Experiencia negativa: Worst PT experience. Doctors were fine but the assistants were incredibly unprofessional. They start you with the doctor for the first 10 minutes or so and then someone else tells you what exercises to do the rest of the time. (College students I gathered) All they ever did was talk about how much they partied that weekend and almost never paid any attention to how I was able or unable to perform. I came here for several appointments and stopped scheduled by because of it. No confidence in their ability to accurately assess or make annotations on my record. Also spent one appointment next to a young lady who openly told the staff RIGHT NEXT TO ME that she was in direct contact with someone with COVID in her household but she tested negative this morning and came anyway. I had a baby at home under 1 and so this morning really pissed me off. Lastly, the receptionist has an attitude problem. Usually rude.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Proresults for about four months now, healing from a car accident injuries. I’ve been working with a couple of Therapist, and they are phenomenal. Specially Dr. Karly, she’s very professional and attentive. As soon as I come in she will ask how I’m feeling, if anything is bothering me, and work instantly with what I can tolerate. She makes me laugh, and a very positive person to work with. I’ve noticed for a couple of weeks now that my neck is feeling a little better from doing all the treatment and exercise they provided me with. I know it’s a little bet of a long process to get back to where I was, but it is getting there, I’m on the right track to feel like myself again, or even better than before with my PT’s hand. This place have an amazing team, they work will with each other, and I love how some of them are Dodgers fan too, and that’s a plus for me. I’m very thankful and grateful for Proresults Theraphy staff. Thank you

Experiencia negativa: Based on previous reviews, I had high hopes for ProResults, but my experience fell short. The facility itself seems fine, but after a positive initial consult, the quality of care during my second appointment ensured I will never return. Before starting PT, I was already doing a daily home exercise program. During my first appointment, my therapist and I discussed this, and I explained I was looking for assistance with my recovery in ways I CAN'T do at home. My therapist mentioned they would try cupping, K-tape, etc., starting at my next appointment. I arrived on time for my second appointment and was left sitting in the waiting room for 10 minutes past my appointed time. A different therapist called me over to a table and began barking exercise orders at me – the same exercises from my home program. She didn’t make eye contact with me once. I finished the first exercise, and she mumbled something about doing another as she walked away to assist a new client. I was left sitting on the table, alone. She never returned. After several minutes of waiting there like a fool, a second therapist, who was assisting their own client, noticed I was being ignored and picked up the slack. She tried to multitask with two clients but eventually returned to her original client, telling me to go stretch in a corner and then leave. As soon as I began my stretches, a third therapist and their client moved in on my space and stood over me until I gave up and walked out. No one watched my exercises, gave me direction, feedback, or advice, or ensured I was doing anything correctly. I’ve never felt more like a nuisance or that my recovery was an inconvenience to them. I took time out of my busy work schedule and paid for the privilege of doing the exact same exercises I already do at home, with the added insult of no guidance or support. I should be concerned about canceling future appointments, but I walked out of the office, and no one even bothered to ask me to schedule my next appointment.

Experiencia negativa: I am extremely disappointed with ProResults Physical Therapy Oceanside. I booked an appointment over a month in advance, specifically requesting an afternoon slot. After waiting in pain for over a month, I showed up for my appointment only to be told that it had been canceled without any notice. No one bothered to call or leave a voicemail, so I had no idea it was canceled until I arrived. I could have rerouted the referral and seen another therapist by now if they had communicated properly. To make matters worse, the staff informed me that the therapist only works on Mondays and Wednesdays - yet they had scheduled me for a Tuesday! When I asked for the soonest afternoon appointment (as I had originally requested), they told me I’d have to wait another three months. I feel like my time and pain were completely disregarded. Very disappointed with the service

Experiencia negativa: It’s a shame I won’t get PT from this place because they require a referral? I have PPO insurance which means I can go anywhere, but the fast talking receptionist who acted like she couldn’t wait to get off the phone with me, insisted a medical provider has to refer me. I think she is mistaken but she did not give me the time of day.

The therapists, pt aids, and the front office staff are always professional and compassionate and each appointment I’m meet with patience and encouragement. If I have questions, they answer in an easy to understand way and take their time when teaching me new exercises. I primarily get to see Karly who not only is an incredible human, but truly an expert.

First time coming to their office was from foot surgery and was the best experience and patient care, after that I had to get shoulder surgery and requested them again, best decision to get me back and moving again. I've been to other physical theapy places, I did not recieve the help I needed for my specific problem. I recommend this place you' get treatment from here.

I can’t thank the staff enough for providing me with excellent health care and encouragement along the way.

I came in for lower back issues and have seen improvement in my flexibility and core strength that I had not had since 3-4 years ago. Experiencia fantástica: So let me tell you about ProResults. This place is AMAZING!!!!! I HAVE A 89 year old grandma who can not stand going to the doctor, well who does? So when she was told she needed physical therapy she wasn't happy to say the least. Even after our first visit she still wasn't too keen on going back. Her therapist was Karly and she is WONDERFUL. She was patient and kind and very respectful about tending to my grandma. She was also very patient with her due to the fact she is hard of hearing. The assistant Carlos was also very gentle with her. The experience we had there was AWESOME!!!! After a few sessions she really started to noticed the improvement in her mobility. She is very hard on herself due to the fact that getting old is not easy. Karly worked her well and pushed her to accomplish things she didn't think she could. Karly gave her positive reinforcement and supported her on every exercise that she had her complete. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer just due to the pleasant atmosphere and the improvement Karly helped her with to better her quality of life. Thank you so much Carlos and most of all Karly. I recommend this place for ALL ages. Even though it is a challenge it was well worth it in the end. Thank you again so much for all that you do. She has set me up with a perfect plan from her hands on therapy to individualized exercises that Cesar, Alex , and Marisol go over with me. Not to mention I always get greeted with a smile from Angelica when I come in for each appointment. I highly recommend coming here to treat an injury or injury prevention.

Experiencia fantástica: After experiencing lower back and sciatic pain, Karly was extremely helpful and professional in rehabilitating me. Even after having set backs Karly and the ProResults staff have shown great patience with me. They take the time to walk you through every stretch and exercise, not pushing you further than what your body can tolerate. Karly's encouragement and her belief that I could be rehabilitated through the process of physical therapy has opened my eyes to the importance of taking better care of my body. Re-aggravations do occur time to time, but the knowledge they passed along to me has helped for faster recoveries. Much thanks to Karly and the kind courteous staff at ProResults.

Wished we knew about ProResults earlier. Gordon and the staff made my mom feel welcome. They are very friendly and they care for their patients. There is staffs that speaks Spanish; she was able to communicate with them. They were always there with her during her exercises, and they use the Gait Belt when they saw her that she was not able to stand on her own. My mom loves this place. Thank you for making her recovery easier.

Karly was the first one who really helped me in the beginning and I saw her dogs once so that was cool. Every time I walk in it’s always nice to be greeted by sweet Angela :) I thank her for being so patient with me when making appointments. I always look forward to Alissa’s amazing massages as they help me so much no matter my pain level! Alex is such a great guy and always makes me feel comfortable. Katrina hasn’t been here for very long but she’s so cool and helps a lot with exercises :) Can’t forget relaxed Caesar as he has such a cool attitude and is always nice to talk to. Experiencia fantástica: If you need physical therapy, I highly recommend ProResults Physical Therapy. You will love the office staff, the therapists and their assistants-they are caring, professional and knowledgeable. I especially love that I have the same therapist every time, unless I need to change my day or time. My therapist keeps track of my progress, knows when I am doing good or when I am having a tough time with something and will adjust my program accordingly on the spot. Communication is great between the therapist, the therapist assistants and you. You are not stuck in a corner and ignored. My fiance has a spinal cord injury and has had terrible experience/issues in the past with his workman comp sending him to different physical therapy places and hated them all because he always had a different therapist or just their assistant and no communication going on with each other or him-he did not know what he was supposed to do because no one was on the same page. Everyone was on their own doing what they felt he should do. He is a Marine Vet and is use to being self-sufficient. It's been hard on him and he gets frustrated when I have to do something for him. Today, was his first time at ProResult and he feels very hopeful which he hadn't felt in a long-time. His therapist fully evaluated him, communicated with him and gave him hope. Thank you-ProResults

Experiencia fantástica: Ashley is the best! So caring and personably, alway asking about my day/week. She is very careful of my injuries and respectful of how painful it can be if we stretch the wrong way. My shoulder injury was in March, I lost 50% of movement in my shoulder, and after still being in pain 3 months later, I decided to give physical therapy a try. What could it hurt? After 4 weeks, of sessions with Ashley, I started to notice some improvement. And now, I am on my 3rd month of physical therapy, I feel I am going to make a full recovery! Thanks Ashley and the rest of the team.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to quite a few physical therapy places in my life and this one takes the cake! Pro Results has done an amazing job at creating a friendly team. They are warm and welcoming from the minute you enter and make you feel like part of their family. At Pro Results I never felt like PT was another chore I HAD to do because they make it fun. I never felt like I was just another body coming through their doors because they took the time to get to know me as a person. They showed that they genuinely cared about me and my health through the quality of their work. I left feeling much better about my injury because they gave me the tools I needed to continue making progress at home. If I ever injure myself again, I will be happy to come back to this place!

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred by my doctor and first timer. They set the bar high! The staff (Isabel, Elsa and Karly!) is really amazing and friendly! I am feeling better and better every time I go and they change it up and adapt with my everyday and push you in a good way you! *They are very flexible with scheduling! As a new mommy it’s hard to figure it all out but they’ve been so understanding with me canceling and rescheduling and working with my availability!!!

Experiencia fantástica: When I first came here, I didn’t know what to expect because it was my first time in physical therapy. Garrett helped me out on my first day and it turned out to be a good first experience. He’s an awesome therapist. We do workouts that are going to help us feel better. After a week or two, Karly started helping me out. She’s goo about her work and she knows what she’s going. She’ll recommend any workout to help your body feel better. The first day she showed me some new work outs that really helped my knee. I’ve been here for about a month now and man has my pain from my knee gotten better! It’s slowly going away and I didn’t know or realize how important physical therapy is. Elsa has also been helping me, motivating me to complete my work outs. Being my first time ever in physical therapy, I would say they do such a great job. I can feel my knee getting better and honestly, it’s a really good relaxing feeling going throughout the day with no pain. After a few weeks of therapy, I can see the progress my knee has made. I would recommend ProResults to anyone. The staff is well trained, they’re friendly and can keep up with all their patients at one time. Thank you for all you guys do and keep up the great work

The Oceanside office is new, open, bright and has an amazing view from the floor to ceiling windows! The front desk receptionist Isabel is kind, professional and accommodating to my busy schedule. Garrett is my physical therapist and I can’t recommend him enough! He actually listens and takes the time to do everything I need to get me feeling my best! Highly recommend this place! Don’t go anywhere else, these guys are the best!

I have been to other PT offices, but i have to say that this office is by far the most experienced, professional Physical Therapists that have worked on me. Karly, DPT, Elisa, DPT and Garrett, DPT and also Elsa PTA are very hands on. they work on your individual needs, set a plan to work toward you getting better and also to get you back to normal. I am fortunate my PCP was able to refer me to this office. it's because of this great group of professionals that I am on track to recovery. Thank you ProResults Physical Therapy!!
