I have had an exceptional experience from the time I made my first appointment until now for post surgery rehab for a joint fusion, bone spur removal and Achilles Tendon repair. All of the Doctors and staff are kind, professional and helpful so patients can achieve a great outcome. Experiencia fantástica: Went to Pipeline for balance &strength after having a stroke. Had to relearn things.When first got there could not even do basic movements. After working with Chris I can now run, jump, walk backwards and my balance has improved tremendously. You only have one therapist rather than being juggled around.Much better to effectively monitor one's progress. Would highly recommend them plus the scheduling staff is a delight to work with and extremely effective in accommodating each persons schedules.

It started out with post-hip surgical therapy and they have become my personal trainers who have been addressing frequent additional issues of degeneration and injury with equal skill and compassion. They listen and respond with some of the most personalized treatment plans of any health care professionals I've ever used. I would give them 10 stars above if I could ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This group was outstanding today as usual. Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient at Pipeline for almost 8 months, due to a torn ACL. I started before my surgery and have continued after. I love that their PTs don't jump between multiple patients during one appointment. I also enjoy that they are willing to work with the patient according to what best motivates them in their healing journey (several of them have done planks alongside me). I've seen their PTs do soccer drills with a young athlete, chat about all sorts of topics with all sorts of people in a kind and compassionate way, develop job-specific exercises with a firefighter, and keep me engaged with sport-specific rehab. I'm certain I owe my rehab success to them and am super grateful for their support.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great and has truly changed my life, dramatically, for the better. I had all kinds of leg mobility problems related to years of psoriatic arthritis. My rheumatologist helped me with the internal medicine, but all of the kind and knowledgeable people at Pipeline got me legs, ankles, and feet working again. I'm at the beach multiple times a week and can now workout. My wife even said that the posture exercises have made me taller! So, she went to Pipeline herself and reduced/eliminated her chronic hip pain. I am thankful for this place. You will be too:)

Experiencia fantástica: Discovered Pipeline Physical Therapy after I had shoulder repair surgery, and the prescribed physical therapy was not getting the results for strength and range of motion. I was way behind the curve for recovery and my surgeon said I had a "frozen" shoulder. I made the switch to Pipeline. Almost immediately I could see improvement from the hands-on approach or working the shoulder. I followed all their directions, and after a few weeks, my surgeon was surprised to see how far I improved. My shoulder came back 100%. I will be a repeat customer should I have any other need.

I am so glad I was able to locate him again as he is by far the most knowledgeable therapist I have ever been to. He listens very carefully to all of my issues and questions, and adjusts exercises accordingly. Pipeline has a nice location not far from the beach and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Pipeline now for a few months and I can’t thank their team enough for how much they’ve helped me improve my “normal” body aches. I was ready to accept that I’d always have shoulder, hip, and lower back pain for the rest of my life and I’m only in my 30s! I was recommended to come here to see if they could help me and they were kind and easily able to come up with techniques and work outs to help me train the right muscles to correct my aliments and keep my loosey goosey joints in proper alignment. Don’t go to a chiropractor for a bandaid fix this is long term and worth it!!

The attention to detail here is great and the experience is fantastic. You will not only learn exercises that improve your health you are also offered a fun lite hearted educational experience in the process. By this I mean you aren’t just told to do exercises, they go one step further and give an explanation as to why they are important specifically for your individual well being.

Working as a nurse, my recovery took a lot longer than expected but everyone was so helpful and optimistic about me getting the full function of my knee back! Chris gave me hope that I could improve my symptoms. He focused on every aspect of my life and didn’t treat me like a number. I am so thankful for his persistence. The physical therapists I’ve had all have their doctoral degrees and their approach is hands on. They’re very attentive to my health issues and are very kind and patient. Experiencia fantástica: The team at pipeline is like no other. I have undergone physical therapy 3 total times for various injuries with Pipeline being the most recent. Heres a few reasons why they stand out: 1) During your sessions you work 1 on 1 with the physical therapist for the entire session, most other practices you see your PT for 20 minutes of the session and they hand you off to an assistant. 2) The atmosphere they create is energetic and you can tell that all staff and employees really do care and want every patient to succeed and get better. 3) All the PTs listen to your input and how you are feeling and adjust care based on it. There is no cookie cutter plan they assign to patients, they actively adapt each patients program to their progress. This was not the case at other practices where even though I was progressing and rehabbing quickly the program wasn't adapted to my level of progress. I recommend Pipeline Physical Therapy to any of my friends and family in San Diego County, even if there are other choices closer to home Pipeline care goes above and beyond what I ever expected to get out of physical therapy. I’ve had appointments with 3 therapists at Pipeline PT and I have found them all to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Over the last several months, my appointments have been with Chris. He has been exceptional! He takes time to listen and asks questions. Chris loves the challenge of figuring out “the why” and the importance of proper body mechanics. He is passionate about finding a solution and has been instrumental in helping heal those nagging aches and pains. What I also appreciate is the individualized attention you receive at Pipeline PT. I’ve been to several physical therapists over the years, only to have 10-15 minutes with the PT before being shuffled over to the aide who just watched me do exercises and sent me home. The therapists at Pipeline Physical Therapy do not believe in this philosophy. I highly recommend Pipeline Physical Therapy!

Each therapist brings something different and helpful every visit. Great atmosphere is important (and they bring it strong), however, more importantly the quality of each session is over the top. If you think you are passed the point of help like I was, this is the place for you, and you get to have fun while doing it.

The staff is friendly and fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I also like that they don’t just show you an exercise and say good luck. Experiencia fantástica: Dear Potential Customers, My name is Michael Tully and I sustained a grade three shoulder separation injury in February 2020, in what I thought at the time, was the end of my surfing days. I came to Pipeline P.T. because the original physical therapy place I made my appointments at in Carlsbad, was just awful. That facility immediately had me working with college interns who seemed to be apathetic to my injury and often left me during my appointment to work with other patients. I called Pipeline and they reassured me since I had such a severe injury, I would not be seen by an intern on my first appointments with them. As soon as I walked in the door I felt very appreciated and met with warm regards by the likes of Yuki and Cherry. They not only made the paperwork process easy and "painless" they also added their own personal touch by asking sincere questions about how I'm doing and about my life in general. My first appointment I felt completely paid attention to by Mark, he is an amazingly patient listener, hearing me out in what I thought was babble spewing from my mouth. I don't know about your experience with injuries but I have such a hard time figuring out where it actually hurts most and articulating what I'm actually experiencing. He patiently walked me through what I thought I was experiencing and asked great questions to be able to pinpoint the location that needed the most work, a true professional. He would ask each time I came back in where it hurts the most and would first manually manipulate that area to soften it up and then work on specific exercises to isolate and build up those muscles to negate the pain. Each week he gave me exercises to do from home that were manageable yet pushed enough to make sure that I was building muscle and recovering. At the end when I left, he gave me a great home comprehensive routine that works with my schedule to make sure I stay injury free into the future. I then worked with Chris for a little while, I don't know about this guy though ;) , just kidding Chris is awesome too. He too was great to work with, he really broke things down in an understandable manner so you could begin to understand your own body. I pretty much had a million questions for Chris and each time he always met them with genuine excitement and would see if I could figure it out in my own body. He's very passionate about physical therapy and it shows with his enthusiasm about getting all of his patients better, not only through the exercises, but the science behind those exercises. I should also add that on top of my shoulder injury, I also had years of previous back issues, I was like there is no way they're going to make that better too. After my shoulder began to show signs of full recovery they both started to work with me on my back issues. This was a process, let me tell you, lots of years of unwrapping for sure but they both helped me through it and most importantly educated me about my injury and my body. Mark and Chris and the team over at Pipeline truly understand the injury recovery process but meet it with such passion, empathy yet push when pushing is needed They truly want to get you better but also educate you at the same time so you can begin to properly manage your body into the future. The best part about the team is that they make your time fun and enjoyable while also creating a family-like atmosphere where everyone is sharing good conversation and jokes throughout the open air facility. I believe laughter and community can be the best medicine when dealing with things like an injury and other challenges in life and Pipeline Physical Therapy completely embraces this philosophy too, which separates it from the other physical therapy facilities. Ensures to describe what she’s trying to communicate in a way that is very easy to understand. Any concerns, questions that I have she addresses them with such great knowledge. The vibe of the place is amazing. In the reception, Yuki, always has the best rad vibe. Everyone else in there are always chill, and I like how they interact with their patients. I’ve heard laughter in there in a respectful way. I would recommend Pipeline Physical Therapy to anyone 1000%.

Experiencia fantástica: After having back surgery, I needed physical therapy. Pipeline Physical Therapy is the best place to go! They are knowledgeable, patient, and have your best interest in mind. They start you off slow and encourage your progress. Everything they do is with you in mind. I would say that Dr, Chris Flynn is the best, but then you would want him too and I wouldn't be able to get him, so I'm not saying that! (But he is!)

Sammy has strength, balance and coordination challenges and she is also on the autism spectrum. Not only did she receive superb physical therapy, Sammy enjoyed interacting with everyone at Pipeline. We will be forever grateful for all the support she received over the years.

My goal is to avoid shoulder surgery and still be able to play volleyball and surf, so far they’ve helped me achieve that goal. I’ve also had chronic headaches all my life and I’ve seen a reduction in the occurrence and duration of my headaches with their help. Life changer!

Experiencia fantástica: Received phenomenal treatment for a badly torn shoulder, lumbar issues, cuboid syndrome, and plantar fasciitis. Am now able to golf again with a single-digit handicap, in spite of several surgeons' opinions to the contrary, thanks to the highly trained and caring professionals at Pipeline Physical. Was given an on-going preventative maintenance program to follow. I am forever indebted to these amazing therapists.

They give you the individual attention you need and are with you for the hour of therapy you are getting. They don;t pawn you off to an assistant. They really know what they are doing to get you up and running again. The guys are both very professional, but also friendly and fun to talk to.
