Experiencia positiva: 5 stars for their PTs, Meredith was great and her treatment had me feeling better. 1 star for their billing department. I have recently gotten bills for basically all my visits that I had paid my copay while I was there. The first was in January, 4 months after my last visit I got a bill for 9 visits and then this past week 7 months after my last visit I get another bill. It's like they have no record of my payment. Thankfully I have records but if I had paid in cash I would be in trouble. Edit: Someone did reach out to me after leaving this review to let me know that my billing issues had been resolved. I knew that already though because I contacted them both times I received bills. I did not leave this review after first issue in January, but rather when it happened again the second time in April. Therapist are great, but hold onto your receipts if you pay cash so you have proof of payment later if this continues to be an ongoing issue.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough about the staff at FIT. If you are looking for chiropractic care...physical/sport therapy, they are the right choice. You don't feel like a number because they do take their time to listen. Some of the great services I have experienced for my neck pain and headaches, and never experienced anywhere else, like dry needing, graston and cupping. If there is a new issue, whether that is knee pain, foot pain, wrist pain, they are right there with you to help.

I’ve struggled to with every aspect of scheduling and getting my insurance billed since my first session. I’m frustrated to have to go to somewhere else because I can never reach someone by phone to get scheduled or follow through billing my insurance.

I sought treatment from podiatrists and other medical professionals, but Reid at F.I.T. was the only person that gave me actual results. Over a 3 month period, I have went from barely being able to walk, to running over 30 miles a week with minimal pain.

Reid Williams has been coordinating my therapy with on-site care, dry needling, cupping, and at-home exercises. He is friendly, knowledgable, encouraging, and always listens. I knew from my first visit that Reid would guide my recovery and encourage me the entire way. I make progress after each appointment. I highly recommend Reid & this clinic.

They got me in and with a quick evaluation came up with a plan to get me feeling better while being able to maintain all my training. 10 days out from the race and we are feeling great. Overall friendly service in a comfortable atmosphere.

My PT was Davis Cantwell, who was friendly, personable, and above all very knowledgeable. He fully understood my issue, and obviously applied the appropriate treatments because the pain I was experiencing before is gone. Thanks to Davis and the entire staff at FIT Olathe! Experiencia fantástica: Reid is fantastic! I'm no spring chicken and I still put a lot of wear on my body. Reid has treated me across a wide range of issues - mid-thoracic limitations and stiffness, neck and shoulders, legs - and his rreatnents have brought relief and return of function. He and the FIT team have treated me with graston, dry needling (with and without electrical stimulation), ART, cupping, and even DNS positioning. The selection of method is tailored to the needs of the visit, and he spends the time to understand my response to each of the methods. I cannot recommend Reid and FIT enough.

What I didn’t know was how wrong I’d be and how blown away I am at how knowledgeable and friendly they are. I’ve had pretty much every treatment available. Adjustments, ART, Graston, dry needling, KT taping, hands on stretching, PT exercises, and so on. If you need any work or maintenance done to your body. These guys are it.

I've been working with Reid to alleviate stress in my neck and upper back due to being hunched over a laptop for way too many hours—aren't we all? Treatment goes so far beyond adjustment, including A.R.T., dry needling, grastoning, and even cupping. The relief he's given me has allowed me to continue and thrive with my work. Most recently, we've been focused on some post surgical inflammation in my knee, again making use of needles, graston, adjustment, A.R.T., as well as ice treatment and the Normatex compression boots. His knowledge is matched by his compassion and genuine desire to help each patient be better than before.

They needled everything, hooked the needles up to the electrical stimulation to relax the muscles, grastoned, gave me a routine to strengthen, and allowed access to their Normatec massage facilities. After they got me realigned and back at it I was convinced that I needed to add Fit visits into my workout regimen and I couldn’t be happier. Nate is Absolutely the BEST physical therapist EVER. Together we have been through the ups and the downs. We have tried dry needling, tooling, cupping, bfr and many more treatments. Nate has not only helped me physically but mentally. No one understands the mental fight someone goes through with an injury, but Nate is right by your side every step of the way. Experiencia fantástica: I first saw Sean just over 6 years ago for a torn acl. I was 10 years old and he had never seen a torn acl that young. It was a long and painful experience but Sean made it fun and made the future brighter for me. Ever since then, my knee has been great and no problems. Now, if something doesn’t feel right I always go to Sean first and know it will be ok.

I do super high intense workouts daily, boxing, worked a lot from home during CoVid and am in the car constantly driving for my job. I was having severe neck, trap and shoulder pain. I have done massage, chiropractor work, inversion table, the works but nothing was giving me long stints of pain relief. Then I met my man Dr. Nate. I was referred to him by a fellow gym member who was also singing his praises and I am SO grateful I did. Dr Nate is kind and compassionate and really listens to your concerns and goals. The techniques he uses have given me so much pain relief. He also gives me exercises to do before and after the gym to help maximize my workouts and minimize the pain!
