Experiencia negativa: They forgotten schedule an appointment for us, then they say we'll it was supposed to be last week, when they know better. This place is a joke, right along with their staff, who shouldn't be in this field. I would recommend going elsewhere for pain management, and quit lining these peoples pockets with money they don't deserve. Worst pain management center in erica.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Syed has been so kind and empathetic. I had 2 epidural injections done today and they were quite uncomfortable but the nurses and assistants were so kind and took such good care of me. They brought me warm blankets and encouraged me through it and really exemplified compassionate care.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Tillette , his Staff and office Staff are Awesome‼️ Always pleasant and kind‼️ Dr Tillette takes his time when giving injections to insure the injections perform as he intends them to‼️ They are God sent.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t believe the negative comments. I’ve seen Dr Tollett with good results and his office makes my next appointment for me in advance and timely. Listens to my concerns and discusses options. Would recommend highly. His staff are great.

Experiencia negativa: Very unpleasant experience. I waited 30+ minutes for the doctor, who didn't even apologize for making me wait. He was flippant as he said the xray didn't necessarily show fusion, even though the written report with the xray said the vertebrae were fused. Said he didn't know how to proceed, even though both my doctor and my physical therapist said an MRI was the next step. When I expressed my frustration with his rude attitude, he said I was yelling at him. I wasn't yelling, but I did assertively express my frustration. We did not finish the appointment and I will not be going back.

Experiencia negativa: After my Google review, I was suddenly able to schedule an appointment!! After months of calls, emails, and left phone messages. He didn't examine me. He walked in the office to tell me he wouldn't treat me anymore, he could have saved us both the time and responded to the first 10 messages left for him, his nurse, or office manager.

Experiencia fantástica: They listen to you. There bedside mannerisms is outstanding. And they look for the none surgercal options. I will recommend this clinic as much as possible.

Experiencia positiva: The people locally are wonderful and very caring. I cannot say enough good things about the doctors and nursing staff. The reason for only 3 stars is that I had a procedure scheduled for 12/6/22. This was arranged at my last visit on 11/7/22. Unfortunately this was not sent in to insurance for approval until 12/1/22 and was denied the day prior to my appointment which causes my schedule and those taking off work to care for me to also change their schedules. Thankfully the staff has worked me in prior to the new year but some may not have that good fortune. Those in charge of and responsible for submitting claims to the insurance company need to do a better job of submitting these claims in a reasonable timeframe to be approved.

Experiencia negativa: Do Not Waste Your Time or Effort with Olathe Health Pain Management Center. No one will ever answer the phone, it takes multiple phone calls and messages left for them return your call. Extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional scheduling system, finally after they do call you back to schedule an appointment they are always booked out at least two months for any type of visit...regardless of your condition or needs. Was told by rude/arrogant scheduler Tim to "get in line with everyone else". This type of timeframe was drastically different than what was told at my initial consultation. "Pain Management" and two month lead time on appointments do not go together. Patient needs and care are clearly not a priority within the culture of the office. Clear contrast to all other entities/offices that I have used within the Olathe Health Center umbrella....they should be ashamed of the service they provide for their patients.

Experiencia negativa: I realize now where all the bad reviews come from. Firstly, the front desk lady poses as a nurse, Tanya I believe. Second, I went in for my appt after a referral and they said okay this is the procedure we are doing this day. The day before my procedure I call and they tell me I am scheduled for a steroid shot. Which is not what the doctor or nurse said my last visit. Lack of communication and accountability, wanted me to come in AGAIN to be seen to figure something else out. 0/0 stars. Wasted my time and money.

Experiencia negativa: My first appointment went well. I was satisfied, although trying get in the office for a second injection has been an ordeal. For 3 days I have atteptemted, left messages,gotten the run around, been pushed around by an automated machine answering service.no call backs, no human to speak to just messages to leave name, number and somebody will get back within 48 yes 48 hours!! This medical service is at its poorest quality I have ever experieced. At this point of my treatment I would not reccomend this office, their service is sub standard! I am still in severe pain the ER says to go back and I cant make headway to even get a call back!!

Experiencia negativa: The nursing staff is very good here, BUT Dr. Syed has a ego the size of the building and will talk down to patients. If they try and bill me for the last visit I am not paying it as that Dr did nothing for me but made me fill it was all about him and not me as the patient. With insurance it's 80 out of my pocket to walk in the door. After he even questioned why i was still on Plavix from my heart DR. I didn't know he was smarter then the heart Dr. which saved my life. Secondly get copies of your medical records what he says to you and what he writes down might differ and can affect your care from other doctors, if you find that what he has put down BY law HIPPA §164.526 you can ask it be amended. And I would do so. He can say he is not going to do it, then talk with a lawyer. BUT you best bet is to just stay away from pain management there then you won't have issues .. I have gone there for over 5 years but just 1 encounter with Dr. Syed and i am gone and will never step foot in that building again. As I should not be talked down to nor made to feel like the Dr is better then the patient.

Experiencia negativa: Their billing practices are suspect. Over $100 for a simple 15 minute doctor consultation (no actual pain mgmt services) with insurance.

Experiencia negativa: Had a terrible experience with Danda, I filed a formal complaint with the Olathe pavilion. He was the most unprofessional doctor I've ever talked to in my life. Do not use this place

Experiencia negativa: I used to go there and they did help me to feel better till my leg comes back pain with nerves. I made a call four business days ago and they didn't call me back. I had my husband called then and explained. They supposed to call my husband back with appointment and Rx and still wait after four business days and left me pain for days no comfortable at all. I am about report on them for failing to take care of eople who need help to get comfortable till appt. Nothing. Is that how their doctors and nurses neglect on clients too long. They answering machine says will call u back with 48 hours. Look at four days. That is enough for me to suffer chronic pain.
