Experiencia fantástica: Try Health Partnership Clinic in Olathe, Kansas, the next time you or your child need to see a medical Doctor or their awesome and outstanding Dental Department ran by Dental Director, Dr Nader Rastgoftar, DDS himself, he performs on the dental floor just like any other dentist does, even if he’s in charge. I must say if you choose this clinic you would be so pleased. The Dental work performed at Health Partnership Dental clinic will give you results in one day . it’s all because of Dr Nader Rastgoftar DDS Who is a miraculous dentist. Today, I have nice beautiful teeth. I finally came home with the best beautiful denture’s, so white and nicely fit teeth. I have been his patients for years. It was time to get a full mouth of teeth and that’s what Dr Nader did for me. I bet if you get brave to take a little bit more of a distance to get to the Health Partnership Clinic of Olathe Kansas. Experiencia positiva: The Doctors here are really nice especiall Dr Okahara but the receptionists are trash they are rude insensitive and condescending. They are very nice to Spanish natives but are rude to other ethnicities.They give inaccurate information other the phone and will try not to cancel appointments that have already been set and discussed with your doctor. One girl tried to cancel my appointment over paperwork I needed signed and had already spoken to my doctor about and another tried to deny me service for a covid test claiming they didn’t provided them but I had already spoken to a nurse there who said they did. Honestly fire the whole office staff or bring in some diversity so they aren’t favoriting a certain race over another.

Experiencia negativa: I recently called the on-call doctor at Health Partnership Clinic due to a severe, recurring bladder infection. My regular doctor usually prescribes antibiotics and pain relief, but this time, I was in such extreme pain that I couldn’t even get out of bed. When I explained my situation to the on-call provider, she dismissed my concerns and curtly asked, "Well, is this a medical emergency?" I told her yes, as I was unable to move due to the pain. Shockingly, she interrupted me, said, "Well, it doesn’t sound like a medical emergency. Call during business hours," and then hung up on me before I could say anything else. I was left in tears, feeling helpless and completely disregarded. This experience was unlike any other I've had with Health Partnership Clinic; normally, they are prompt and compassionate. I am genuinely worried for other patients who might also be denied support during urgent situations. The on-call provider's lack of empathy and concern was deeply frustrating and left me feeling unsupported in a moment of real need.

Experiencia negativa: I can never get the clinical staff to follow through correctly and appropriately which causes my medical care to suffer due to missing or delayed refills of medications. I have tried to get in touch with an office manager many times to voice my concerns and the receptionists answering the phone never seem to have a clue as to who the office manager is. I am BEYOND frustrated and no one seems to care. They have constantly dropped the ball at the expense of my health. At this time, I am still trying to get them to successfully do what needs to be done so that I can get my medication refilled. And don’t get me started on the Healow portal. I send messages through there which are obviously not read thoroughly because of the return responses that never seem to rectify the issues. Thank goodness I have a clinical background because had I not, I would not have been able to help them do their jobs countless times! I take my health serious and just need for them to do the same! Experiencia fantástica: I've been seeing Thao for almost 2 years. She's amazing! Not only does she want what's best for me, she is so knowledgeable and understanding, when I speak with her, its just like talking to a close family member or friend! She is a huge support in my life and has been there for me throughout ups and downs that I've been through in my life. She's an excellent Dr. My favorite therapist as well! Also, Health Partnership is more than affordable and I highly, highly recommend any of their services. You really feel respect there and I know I'm heard.

Experiencia negativa: Fue una experiencia rara las recepcionistas fueron muy amables al recibirme con mi tía y muy pacientes , pero fui al ginecólogo y al acabar me hicieron unos exámenes y trataron de meterme a un play de ayuda pero no fui aprobada entonces me sugirieron si quería tirar mis exámenes a la basura o que si lo iba a pagar y yo dije claro que lo voy a pagar me mandan el Bill a la casa pero creo que fue poco ético de un hospital ofrecerte tirar a la basura unos exámenes que son importantes más que se supones que son profesionales , ya sería problema mío si lo pago o no , así fue mi experiencia poco rara me sacó de onda porque nunca me habían dicho algo así en otros hospitales al contrario me hacían lo que tenían que hacer no me decían ni precios ni nada lo necesario y me decían tranquila eso es en pagos

Experiencia negativa: Bad bad bad bad bad service, I booked appointment two weeks ahead and appointment is on 7.45am, I get stuck in traffic and walk in late five minutes, 5 minutes only!! front desk cancel my appoint, I ask for service now but she refuse, I am late five minutes she cancel my appointment that I have out of work and try to see doctor, this clinic is not a good one at all, my husband check up here and no one call to report the result at all, Bad bad bad , find another good one NOT here,

Experiencia positiva: I started coming here due to my doctor that I have went to for many years quitting and becoming the Doctor in her small home town. I have had nothing but good experiences here and I loved my Doctor Patricia West. Unfortunately, she is no longer my doctor and that makes me have major anxiety. I saw my new Doctor yesterday and she is very nice and I feel like she is going to be a good fit as well. When I first arrived, I was confused about why I was paying way more for appointments than I did. I multiplied and divided and came up with a number that was less than the chart on the clipboard.The lady at the desk said "I just put the number in my system and it gives me the amount you have to pay." I really needed an explanation, but she seemed like she was annoyed, so I just paid and I will be contacting the financial advisor/department to ask for an explanation.

Experiencia fantástica: The dental staff from Health Partnership Clinic comes to our elementary school as part of their community outreach program. They are all amazing! I don't know what we would do without them. We had over 150 students signed up this year who received cleanings, fluoride treatments, x-rays, fillings and extractions - completely free of charge. This is a much needed resource in our community. I am so grateful for them.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the staff there made a huge impacted on me, her name is Dania Guzman I went in to get help with face pain. In my interview it started hurting so bad that I started crying. She didn't make me feel embarrassed for breaking down like that. In fact I felt her concern for me as we talked more. After my paperwork she even helped me get an appointment for that day. After I left I got an email from her checking on me. I was so happy cause I was sure thinking she would forget about me. I was able to get the tooth removed about 3 weeks later. I emailed her back to let her know and she remembered me and was happy I got the help. It's not everyday you get to meet people like her but she had a huge impacted on me for her help. I'm very greatful I was able to get help thanks to her. We definitely need more people like her.

Experiencia fantástica: I love how they treat all my family, I take my children there and go there myself and my husband and his family as well. The pediatric department at Olathe and the vaccine department is always making sure my kids are up to date on immunizations and their physicals. And recently with covid they were very good at explaining to us the covid vaccine and we were able to get our family vaccinated. We are so thankful with everyone there from front desk to the nurses and the doctors. Thank you for all you do!
