Experiencia fantástica: They, and I mean everyone from the receptionist to the PT was great. They are really professional and caring.

Experiencia negativa: They gave us a PT appointment for our 15 year old and when we came they had cancelled the appointment claiming that they don't see minors, even though they had scheduled us knowing his age and he had been seen before at another CU facility, so I don't believe this is really a policy.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been seeing their Physical Therapy team for both multiple sclerosis and to treat a serious fall. I always feel respected, challenged, appreciated, heard and better after I leave. My PT is helping me heal and grow. She knows that I can do it and doesn’t push beyond my capabilities. I never feel defeated. PT is hard for a lot of reasons. At UCHealth, I’m treated by highly trained, collaborative and top-notch providers. The interactive team approach far outweighs the crowdedness of the busy hospital.

Experiencia fantástica: Kelli B and her team were great. I learned alot about my body, muscles, and nerves. Everybody was very positive and friendly which was great because I felt very comfortable.

Experiencia negativa: I’m contacting DORA after my unpleasant experiences with the reception staff and their refusal to transfer my care or provide me information about another clinic nearby my new location. When I asked to speak to a manager, they gave me another receptionist and the woman kept talking over me and refusing to tell me what I needed to amend my referral since I’m a post-op orthopedic patient and my current referral is incorrect. Never heard of this happening ever and I’ve decided to skip patient advocates and file straight with DORA, as it’s obviously disability discrimination. I can’t imagine what others worse off experience there. Very unprofessional, rude, and gross mannerisms by their staff.

Experiencia fantástica: New post: After I posted this it was explained that the physical therapy dept would actually not be charging this new fee, even though the billing department confirmed it when I called to ask. However, I deeply value apologies, explanations, and doing the work to fix a problem/miscommunication. That has now all happened and I have otherwise been thrilled with the service provided! Previous post: My physical therapist, Brittany, was fantastic. Unfortunately, the higher ups decided in the middle of my physical therapy journey to start charging a ~$200 fee per visit for "facility fees." No warning. No explanation. I just had to cancel all my future appts, and I was making such good progress. I am honestly heartbroken and disgusted at what feels like betrayal of the patients by this medical facility.

Experiencia negativa: This physical therapy clinic contacted me at 6am day-of my first appointment (left a message with no contact info...who does that?!) to bring up an issue with my student insurance (it was showing inactive because the school had yet to update it). Caused me a heck of a lot of anxiety (at 6am!) and resulted in the appointment being cancelled and everyone's time being wasted. BTW, I'm a full time student and if they'd just process a claim it would have been fine. THANKS for being the worst!

Experiencia fantástica: Mitsuyoshi Smyth has been absolutely life changing my daily quality of life. Waiting in the lobby, one working mentioned how great Mitsuyoshi is - and he really is. From simple exercises to explaining the how and why and is incredibly adept at understanding compounding issues (in my case, spine issues with Lupus). Short term and long term plans established and sent me to someone who specializes in pelvic floor. I couldn't ask for better. Thanks again!

Experiencia negativa: I love the treatment I receive here. however the lack of enforcement for making patients and visitors to wear their masks properly in the waiting room makes me extremely concerned for public health, at times half the waiting room has been without a mask on properly . Without covering mouth and nose masks aren't effective.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional experience. Took time to know me and understand my goals and challenges. Never made me feel rushed and offer explanations for each step. Put together a treatment plan that fit my crazy lifestyle and walked me through the plan. Great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: The care at UC Health's physical Therapy was a great experience. The therapist and her students were very attentive and forth coming with information about the exam and the plan for care leaving me feeling at ease and confident that they were indeed providing just the care I needed.

Experiencia negativa: The first question were asked if I had a previous physical therapy and when I mentioned that I had physical therapy before. Mr. Nick informed me that I might have used all my credit for physical therapy and if they provide care to me most likely the hospital “Will Eat The Cost”, so until I can provide or proof that I’m still have credit they can’t provide care but he will email me some exercises and when I asked if he can walk me through it, he said “You Will Get it By Email”. He did walked me professionally to the exit with a promise to call me back about my next scheduled appointment. He did call me shortly and inform me that my next appointment canceled and they can not see me till next year February when I have my credit reset.

Kelli is extremely dedicated; she explained everything to me, she answered all my questions, and has a wonderful personality. Experiencia negativa: Great therapists but good luck having the ability to get into an appointment on a regular basis as instructed by my surgeon.

Experiencia negativa: My neurologist referred me to Renee King for my MS symptoms. I waited 4 weeks to be seen my Renee. I was informed by an intern that he will be seeing me. After roughly 30 min, the intern stated that "Renee King would be the best fit for me since she specialized with patients with neurological disorders and I should follow up with Renee". What a scam!! My insurance was billed $955 for a 30 min appointment. According to my dispute, the billing office said that Renee states she was present at this appointment when she never even introduced herself. Stay away from this place, its a scam! Patients are better off with a knowledgeable massage therapist and / or chiropractor to help them heal.

Experiencia fantástica: UC health physical therapy helped me immensely after my knee surgery, and with my various other connective tissue disorders helping me become smarter about my workout plan so that I can live a happy and healthy life!

Experiencia negativa: The physical therapy at uc health is a joke. The patients do not get enough time and attention from the physical therapist which causes them real harm when they are at this hospital for a long stay. You have to repeatedly ask for physical therapy and even then you are lucky if they show up. My boyfriend had a four month stay in the icu and came out so physically deteriorated he will spend years fully recovering because of the lack of care and now receives pt at home 3 times a week. When he has to come to this hospital for week long chemo treatments the physical therapists neglect him and he is left in bed all day everyday. Even when I ask every single person who comes in the room for the physical therapist to come see him. I would give this department zero stars if I could! Makes me sick how little they do!!
