Experiencia fantástica: My experience so far at this facility has been great, I rather be home but this place is not disappointing. the food preparation is amazing, the staff is excellent very patient, kind and happy which shows. Thank you Ontario Healthcare

Experiencia positiva: The entire staff was great with my dad during his 3 week stay. PT worked with him 5 days a week, always encouraging and showing him extra care. The social worker and case manager went above and beyond to help us get the care Dad needed.The care nurses were compassionate and patient with Dad's dementia, always showing him respect. The LVNs took time with Dad and were patient with all of our questions. Even the reception staff was welcoming and kind. The people are the best thing about Ontario Healthcare. The facility was clean, but could use some updates including the parking for visitors and that is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Overall a great place!

Experiencia fantástica: Therapists were awesome. My mom wasn't walking when she went in, but now walking, going up and downstairs and getting up on her own. Chris, Carlos and Maria were awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for a skilled nursing facility for rehab this would be a perfect place! Up to the facility’s physical therapy department truly is amazing how close they work with the residents and the results is amazing. Ive seen many residents go home stronger and better then ever. Thank you Ontario Health Care Team dont stop what you’re doing

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic physical therapy department! Carlos and Maria did a great job with my mom. The staff was wonderful to her. Her nurse Maria kept her laughing and was always there for her. We appreciate all of you and all you did for her.

Experiencia negativa: All they did was give him drugs had the attitude there is nothing they could do he was in hospice.i knew the place was very depressing pretty much people waiting to die who would want to be in a place like that i begged my mom to get him out of there he was getting worse thank God he had to go to the hospital because it was there where his doctor realized this place the staff was not treating him they were very much neglecting him and not treating him just drugging him of course so they don't have to treat him makes there job easy right. His doctor pulled him out if there and now my Uncle is out of hospice and in a much better place where people are caring for him and giving him the right treatment not just drugging him but treating him!!!

Experiencia fantástica: It’s the staff that make this place special. My wife was a patient here for 3 weeks. During that time my impression of a nursing facility was very poor, Ontario Healthcare changed all that. They are awesome, everyone was happy to help, from the nursing staff, housekeepers, therapist, kitchen workers. Thank you!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The nurses and caregivers took good care of my dear husband after his diabetes strock after a year he passed away. Thank you all and God bless you for been kind and caring toward your patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Great facility!! Never have I seen a Director/Administrator participate in "Fun Dress Up day or answer patient call lights. Director of Nsg too! Director of Nutrition visitation to make sure that the patient is fed enough , good food!! CNA's are very loving, caring and clean!! CNA's give genuine pt care. Medication Nurses are responsive to pt needs on pain mgmt, safely administer and discuss options. RN's on board at all times. Social Worker at facility on daily basis and works overtime to meet pt needs, putting pts first. Even Payroll clerk and Finance staff pay attention to patients. Nobody is ignored. Laundry is clean. Facility is very clean!! Physical Therapy Dept is excellent. Well staffed facility. I'm glad I was given the opportunity to stay at this facility by my insurance. Highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: The people that run this facility need to be put in prison for elder neglect and elder abuse. My stepdad was placed here and not only were they not prepared, but the place was very dirty. My mother was berated and cursed at by the administration and told that she is not allowed to assure he got a bed, they would not let her have a copy of the forms she signed to place him into their care, all while all the nurses were just standing around watching and laughing. While this was going on another patient was in distress falling off of a bed and was told by a nurse "what do YOU want?" And refused to help him. I reiterate, the nurses and administration NEED to be put in prison.

Experiencia fantástica: Newly renovated, this rehabilitation facility is small and quant. The staff is friendly, the food is amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: My 90 yr old mama is currently in this facility, and I cant begin to put into words how amazing the staff is. My mom was originally sent to Villa Mesa and within 5 hours she became very ill, (she was in the hospital 33 days) and was sent back to E.R for they couldn't care for her, and the facility was bad, 4 beds in a room, smelled bad, it was an act of God she was sent back. Ontario Health Care has met all her needs, and we love the nurses it's as if we're family. I love how they all know our names and even the other patients. I could go on and on but as i said, I cant say enough This place is CLEAN and SAFE! And trust me when it comes to my mother we are extremely staunch when it comes to her health and welfare.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy we decided to go to Ontario Healthcare. All of the staff are so nice and treated my husband and I with great kindness. They were attentive to our needs and listened to my concerns about my husband's health history. The nurses are great and I owe a special thank you to Emilio who was always there when we needed him.

Experiencia negativa: I would rather die then go to this place my mother has been here for 6 months and finally after she switched insurer something has happened she is bedridden the staff won’t move her except when changing her. The diet they have her on isn’t diverse enough (cottage cheese with fruit for lunch everyday!) too me it seems the insurance company and this place is in cahoots

Experiencia negativa: I don't know who would give 5 star rating they seem they don't want them to get better soon this place is a joke I see my dad just laying in bed he's only 53 Had a stroke but is willing to get more therapy he hasn't had it for a week in a half not even speech therapy either I'm so sad seeing him in the bed they should be helping him get better I don't like this place its dirty need to upgrade everything the money they get it's sad I wish I never sent my dad here I'm moving him somewhere else I get so mad at them they always have him smelly they just need to step it up care for them They don't want to be here either :(
