Experiencia fantástica: I was in a pretty serious car accident, a drunk driver T boned me. I could barely move my neck, back, and arm. The pain was so bad, with prescription medicine I wasn't sleeping at night. A couple sessions really helped me start moving again. She used multiple methods that honestly I don't completely understand but she explained everything in detail. I remember the massage and cupping really helped stretch out some areas. This might sound crazy but you need a little bit of pain working sore areas to help them get better. I know the sessions are good because I always feel groggy and a little dehydrated after and slept great without pain medicine finally.

Experiencia fantástica: We love our SI boards! Working with collegiate athletes these boards have upped our rehab game at Soka University. Such great quality and universal boards/balls. We utilize the balls as training tools separately as well. If you don’t have a board, get one!!
