Experiencia positiva: Very professional and polite staff but can't believe the bathroom accessibility is almost inaccessible if you are in a wheelchair and by yourself. How in the world a physical therapy office don't have an accesible bathroom. So sorry for such a professional staff to be dealing with this nonsense.

Experiencia fantástica: They have saved my leg! Instead of the 4-6 months that the doctor predicted, only a month has gone by & the Grade 3 calf muscle rupture is bearing weight & healing well. The therapists are so talented. I will never go to another facility.

Expedite in their communications with the goal of scheduling your appointments ASAP is appreciated when post-op or in pain. Therapists create an "at home" welcoming setting. They are very thorough when explaining proper format of personalized treatment plan, reviewing form before being sent home with a handout and link for online videos. A family owned practice with multi locations makes it even more special. Supporting independent businesses promotes a caring sense of community.

Experiencia fantástica: Asha was an absolutely phenomenal pelvic floor physical therapist. I’d recommend her to anyone!!! I came in with a severe case of vaginismus where was I was terrified of penetration and any version of it felt like a hot branding iron but got discharged being in a place that I never thought possible when I first walked in. She made me feel incredibly safe and well-cared for and was consistently making sure I was where I wanted to be when it came to my goals. Loved coming in every week!

Experiencia fantástica: This is my second time using Ability Physical Therapy services. I’m very happy with the therapists and the treatment plan. The therapists are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I’m making great strides in my effort to rehabilitate my knee following knee replacement. My range of motion is better than expected being only a month past my surgery. I highly recommend Ability Physical Therapy at the Sand Lake Clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: From my first time at the office they have been very accommodating and helpful. Chris always made me feel welcomed from the moment I signed in and was helpful with scheduling concerns. Ginny and Suanny have been so helpful. I came in with Foot drop very discouraged and have been attending PT for 8 weeks. Since then my foot drop has improved significantly and they continue to work with me. I love the office and professionalism. They have been a life saver and gave me hope every visit. I highly recommend them.

Surgery is no longer an option. I can now live a normal life without having to wear a pad. I feel whole again. I love that this was an option given to me by my urologist. Experiencia fantástica: I'll give them the 5 ratings because I felt comfortable, the place was very nice, but I was a little disappointed of the routine, maybe I'm wrong but I'd many physical therapies throughout my years and this one was the only one that I didn't get for the last 10 minutes of the session on the affected area something like a massage heat or cold therapy and the tens therapy that I'm always looking forward to.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience the young lady who I am sorry that I forgot her name but she did a great job of pt for me this first day I was there and then for months the gentleman that works there took even better care of my they may be smaller then Cora but they take better one on one care for you and to be they are a great pt place to get better and well again thank you both so much!

Ashley and Ginny are two of the most professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging health care physicians I’ve ever met and the treatment they provided was just as terrific. I’m god awful at describing my pain, and I’ve had trouble in the past being taken seriously by doctors because of this, but they made my issues feel validated and provided treatment that absolutely improved them. I could not recommend a better PT, these people are lovely.

Experiencia fantástica: I enjoy coming to this therapy facility for after post op needs. Ability Rehabilitation new Dr. Phillips location 6068 Apopka Vineland Rd. Off of Sand Lake Rd. Open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. You receive text alerts on a smartphone and appointments listed on paper as a reminder. Which is a wonderful feature. If your short on cash, and can also pay online for your therapy session. Amazing therapists. Be kind. If your therapy session isn’t right for you, and please speak to the therapist in private. They will make some adjustments. There are other great facilities with other physical, occupational therapists, and throughout Central Florida. There are 2 therapy rooms at this facility.

In addition, everyone is very friendly and they make the time fly by. The facility and equipment are new, always very clean and super convenient to the Dr. Phillips area. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I just finished my rehab at the Dr Phillips location with Eric and Virginia. There are no words to express my appreciation for their hard work and dedication. They are professional, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable but more important they seem to enjoy and care about their patients. I went into this in pain and left feeling stronger and pain free. I went home with the ability to know how to move my body correctly to avoid further injury. I will be recommending them to everyone I know! They built a comprehensive plan to strengthen my shoulder and taught me what to do at home for maximum success. The space is clean and the equipment is in good condition. Not only were they helpful for me, but I could see they had the same caring approach and kindness toward all the clients they were working with while I was there. Experiencia fantástica: I recently had rotator cuff surgery - as I researched this surgery, I read over and over that the quality of rehab you receive after the surgery is critical to your mobility for the rest of your life. My highly respected surgeon recommended this Ability location, so this is where I went. When you arrive, there is plenty of parking close to the front door, very easy access, and you are greeted by friendly and helpful front desk personnel. I have NEVER had to wait for my appointment. I had great anxiety about what this rehabilitation would be like, which turned out to be totally unnecessary. Each therapist treating me has been excellent. Each one works individually with me, is friendly, professional, compassionate and encouraging. When I started, I could not raise my arm 2” and now, I can now reach over my head - something that was difficult to imagine when I began. I feel very confident in personally recommending this Ability location. Here I am, a few years later and back with Ability. I am having the same high quality experience as before. I highly recommend this location, Dr. Phillip’s, Bayhill.
