Experiencia negativa: The facility is inferior to anyone of its like ... exposed to the street, dingy, dusty and crowded without any sense of privacy. Patients who are being "treated" face those who are waiting for their turn. And the wait could become longer if the therapist is having a business meeting in some private room. Actually, the rules vary all the time: lunch time differs in accordance with the day and the team. So, if u need anything from the staff, u must wait until they have resurfaced after their unspecified lunch break. And the day is usually one hour shorter in the morning and one hour shorter in the evening for telephone users. The funniest thing about this place is that rules are not equally respected. So, at the time when one therapist can train 2 or 3 patients simultaneously, punctuality must be religiously observed by the patients although the length of the session is decided by the therapist on the spur of the moment. But the worst feature I happened to encounter in this place was lack of cleanliness. Those tools and machines were never wiped in my presence. Some of them had the tag "Clean" stuck to the wall next to them, but the tag was never moved or removed. Actually, the walls had papers, memos and greeting cards that looked at least one or two years old. And I always asked myself whether this place had ever received a clean-up job, especially every time I touched the slippery handles of this or that machine. My plan was to leave this facility for ever at the end of my course, but a silly clash with the vindictive reception manager who was ready to sacrifice the whole world in return for some extra minutes of her long weekend made me change my mind and warn others against getting involved in this business.

Experiencia fantástica: As I told the staff, I would probably say something smart as I love giving the staff a hard time. They are truly awesome people to work with. I came in with a pain, and with the stretching that they have taught me, the pain has lessen and is more tolerable. Kristin, Alejandro, and Drew are the ones I have worked with. They are very knowledgeable and will do what they can to make you more comfortable. I enjoy going there only because I fire them for making me do squats. LOl. I promised I would say something smart. In all honesty though, I would recommend this place to everyone. This crew that work here, I would never ask for them to be replaced. They all deserve a raise for what they do. Thank you Kristin, Alejandro, and Drew. I really appreciate each one of you. I will miss you guys when my sessions end.

Experiencia fantástica: Of all the places I was sent to since my accident this was by far the best. Excellent, professional and friendly staff. Drew is awesome!!! When I was doing chiropractic treatment, I couldn't wait to be better to be done. But it wasn't doing anything for me so I was sent here. What a huge difference. They actually work on the problem areas personally...not just send you to a rolling bed or electrical mechanic. Needless to say, I got results and therapy ended and I was sad to be done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at the South Semoran office are all invested in helping you get better. They provide one on one coaching, therapy, and encouragement. When I started with them 2 1/2 months ago after surgery, I could barely bend my knee, had little strength in it and had balance issues. They started with achievable exercises and challenged me to try more difficult ones until. I was back to normal. I appreciate all their hard work on my behalf.

Experiencia fantástica: Update: I have to add how innovative Chase is with putting a twist on some exercises. We tend fall in a rutt doing same exercises every week. Chase brings a new way of fun why doing the exact same techniques. I just learned I have been a patient of Cora for 10 years off and on. If this doesn't show you trust I have in the staff and organization. Let me say the team at Cora South Semoran is amazing. I can safely say, you want a team who will push you to be the best healthy version of yourself. The atmosphere, knowledge is welcoming along with clean environment. Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to take a couple of minutes to relay my experience with Jenn Cavalleri at your Oakwater Point location in Orlando. Three months ago I had a reverse shoulder replacement, and I chose to return to Jenn at Cora for physical therapy, because she was so awesome with my back therapy last year. Jenn was creative, patient and an outstanding cheerleader. I looked forward to each session, because I knew she would continue to help me progress with new exercises every week. She explained every new task until she was assured I understood why they were important. Because of her encouragement and skill, I was able to successfully complete my PT, and she gave me the knowledge to continue it at home. I hope you all know how amazing Jenn is, and how much she is appreciated!

Professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate is how I would describe him. Experiencia negativa: I was sent to PT by my primary Doctor twice. The second time I came about 3-4 times to therapy and everything was good.... I had an appointment on the 31st which I change to the 8th of January, I arrived to my appointment to find out I was discharged...without my approval and no one bother to call me before my appointment to let me know....and tge receptionist was blaming my primary Doctor cuz according to the receptionist I needed a new referral.....so this place has the worst costumer service!!!! Never again I will return to this place

Experiencia fantástica: Cora Physical Therapy on South Semoran has given me my life back. I came rolling in on a knee roller in a goofy surgical boot in early January after having surgery on two broken ankle bones, and a month later I am walking mostly without a cane, averaging 10K steps a day. Giovanna and everyone else who helped me customized my program to do a bit more every session, carefully evaluating where I was and what I needed to progress, plus helping stave off plantar fasciitis. Giovanna gave me several ways to control pain without drugs - both effective and addressed the cause. The staff is so friendly and encouraging, they take lots of time to explain and answer and questions, they clearly enjoy working there and helping each other. The location on South Semoran is very clean and easy to drive to, especially coming in from the back off Commander/Hoffner. Be prepared to work hard and practice after your session to get the full benefit of your therapy!

Experiencia negativa: I had a horrible experience while trying to even schedule for rehab. The receptionist kept blaming my attorney and other doctor for not sending info. that she either wrote down wrong or fail to properly handle. The appointment was made almost 2 weeks prior but they can't find any of the info. That was sent to them. They contacted me to tell me they could never get a hold of my attorney but every time I call her in front of them she is available and helpful. Shortly after arrival they let me know they didn't have any of the information that they needed which was sent from the attorney office and the surgery. What a waste of great physical therapist if you can't even get to them because they can't sort out the required documents.

Although I'm in pain due to my injuries Rob lifts my spirits and helps me through all my therapy sessions with care. I absolutely recommend this facility. You'll get the physical therapy care you need and get treated with kind hearts and bright smiles.

Experiencia fantástica: I have never had a better physical therapy experience. I have been to physical therapy four times now, and this was, by far, my best. Drew and Kristin are fantastic. They really care that their patients feel better even though they are overworked and underpaid, in my opinion. You will not find a warmer, friendlier, or more knowledgeable group here. They are truly dedicated to their craft and you will not be sorry you chose them. When my physical therapy was over, I signed up for their gym. It's only $35 a month and you get to have their experience on hand if you have questions. What a deal!!
