Experiencia fantástica: I was recommended Physiotherapy Works by my Chiropractor after I suffered a really bad pinched nerve. The team at Physiotherapy Works really took great care in helping me get back to work and my daily routine. I had the opportunity to connect with Alex, Mary, and Christina and all were fantastic! They take the time to go through what your symptoms are, and there’s many different spaces in their office that you can work on your therapy. Each visit may be a different therapist but it’s a seamless transition between every one. I would definitely recommend this practice for any of your PT Needs. They also specialize in dry needling and there is a massage therapist as well that you can inquire about. Thank you for a great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Had nothing but a positive experience with the team at Physiotherapy Works. They treat you like family which made it enjoyable to go. I have been here for two separate needs: one a few years ago for neck and shoulder and this year for my knee. There are several services offered to help you heal. Each therapist I worked with had a friendly disposition and really cared about the progress I made. They supported and encouraged me through the ups and down of healing. I will also say, as a patient, you have to do the exercises they tell you on your own as well to get the best results. I am grateful that they worked with my personal trainer so that I could still workout with modifications that would allow me to keep on the road to recovery. I also have done several dry needling sessions and I believe it helped me get to the next level. It may not work for everyone but it really was a game changer. Eric explains it all to help you make the best decision for you. Thank you amazing team of therapists!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I've unfortunately needed physical therapy several times in the past 14 years due to a accident I was in. Physiotherapy works never failed me. They are professional, they explain everything to you about your specific problems. Put together a vigorous workout for what area you need and there is ALWAYS a difference after a few weeks of therapy. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a great small but complete physical therapy source.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend if anyone is interested in dry needling . Due to my disc herniation complications I was having trouble walking , sleeping , sitting etc. After just the first session I experienced relief within 24 hours and just after 3 sessions I am able to walk with significant improvement. Dr. Eric is great at what he does and is also very personable and fun to chat with .

My multiple medical conditions and neuropathic issues require both physical and massage therapy, and the team of therapists at the Waterford facility have provided me with a quality of life that would be unattainable without their ongoing care and services. Additionally, the owners, Emma and Eric Mason, are actively involved in the daily workings of the business and make sure that the patient's needs are always the focus in providing their services. If you need therapy, this team is the BEST of the BEST that I have ever seen.

Experiencia fantástica: A couple months ago I had the worst migraine of my life for about seven days. I was puking and going to bed by 5pm every day to try to escape the pain. I tried chiropractic, fasting, supplements, oils, etc. Could not figure out what was causing it. My chiropractor had recommended Eric so on day seven I came in and had a 30 min dry needling session. The pain was gone. Like literally on a scale of 1 to 10 it became a zero. Nothing. And it didn't come back. I am not entirely how dry needling works all I know is it does!!! And Eric and his entire staff is awesome. I feel so comfortable and well taken care of any time I have been there.

Experiencia fantástica: I have gone to Physiotherapy Works for various injuries over many years. Treatments have been for herniated discs, fractured shoulder and most recently TMJ. Excellence has been consistent by all of the physical therapists who work here. Being an RN I feel that I am a good judge of health care professionals. For TMJ I was treated by Eric a couple of times, two months ago, and I have had no further problems with TMJ since then. I highly recommend Physiotherapy Works for any PT need.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband rehabbed here following his stroke and is doing really well. He walks without a cane and he has movement in his arm even without the use of his hand, which is super helpful. Kind, friendly atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: Following a dog bite in the face, I ended up with 4 stitches, swelling and a large very deep bruise. Emma Mason was amazing, helping me to reduce initial swelling and bruising by recommending supplements and cream, then reducing the deep bruising with cold laser and massage treatment. I have had this kind of bruise before and it took more than a year to resolve by itself. After 1.5 months, with twice a week treatments, my face has no bruising and the swelling has virtually disappeared to the point where nobody can tell. I am so grateful!

Experiencia fantástica: Eric and his staff do a great job caring for their patients! Bassill is an excellent therapist, he took care of my mother teaching her patiently the necessary exercises. Eric recommended Dry Needling for her chronic lower back pain. It works like a miracle, her back pain is getting so much better, the pain is gone for several days after each procedure.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot recommend Dry Needling enough! I get Dry Needling done by Eric, the owner of Physiotherapy Works, LLC, for my chronic lower back pain and the results are immediate. He explains every step of the procedure, takes his time and makes sure I am comfortable. After the first time my back pain was gone for 2 days, after the second time the back pain did not return until day 4 and after the third time the back pain did not return until day 6. Thank you Eric!

Most of the time I feel like I'm just going through the paces and I'm not getting any good exercise or therapy. This time around I went in for my ankles and was impressed at the whole body approach that the therapist has. I had badly torn my rotator cuff and decided not to have surgery. The therapy increased my range of motion and reduced my discomfort. I highly recommend them.

They are so caring, really listen and cater each visit to what it is that you need. They use a variety of different techniques and approaches to help you manage your pain and recommend exercises to use in between sessions at home. I cannot say enough good things about them!

The owners work very hard to make sure their employees are taken care of. This company is supportive, knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and wants the best for both employees and patients alike. Experiencia fantástica: Physiotherapy works is a great rehab facility. The staff is super knowledgeable and experienced. I went there as I have neck problems and they did a great job at helping me deal with the pain and inflammation. Great massage therapy and tens unit sessions got my neck pain to a more manageable place. They also had great heat and cold therapy packs that they also used to deal with the pain/inflammation.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome PT! When my DO prescribed, they called me within a few days having already confirmed my insurance and got me scheduled quickly. I have been going for a few weeks. Neil did a comprehensive evaluation and has been giving me challenging exercises, and I'm seeing progress already. Great one on one hour long sessions. A little tricky to find but they give excellent directions. Located inside the walk in clinic.
