Experiencia fantástica: This place has changed my life in the best ways possible! Sam really channels all her anger into her finger tips... but in a healing way!! These ladies are truly a pleasure to work with and I will forever recommend them to anyone I know. (You just might need a pack of tissues if you're a wuss like me.)

Experiencia fantástica: It was an extreme pleasure working with Nicole. She is very knowledgeable and has a wealth of experience. I was 7 months post partum with my second child when I first started with her and was dealing with diastesis recti due to my pregnancy. My core was very weak and I had incontinence. After working with her for just 3 months, I strengthened my core (back, abs, glutes and thighs), my back pain completely subsided, and I was able to sneeze and jump without tinkling :) My diastesis recti separation is also smaller than when we started (from 2 fingers to 1.25 fingers at the umbilicus). I feel so much more confident in my skin and don't feel like I look 5 months pregnant anymore. I highly recommend working with Nicole.

I’m still wonderfully perplexed at how she made time for my calls in the midst of life as a business owner and a mom. She really listened, looked over my medical records, and wanted to help, but realized what I needed was outside of her expertise. (How refreshingly honest!) She was quick to give me a recommendation with the invitation that if, in the future, I ever felt stuck, I could always come back to her and she’d help again. Thank you, Sam!!

We are both full time performers and our bodies are the healthiest they have ever been which we never thought we would say after 30 plus years of combined performance experience! Experiencia fantástica: As a high level acrobatic performer, (Cirque du Soleil)I try to keep my body functioning as efficiently, strong, and healthy as possible. The ladies at Next Level Physio have been amazing, working with my schedule and adjusting times when needed, to keep me at my best. If you are a Dancer, Gymnast, Acrobat or physical athlete, I would absolutely recommend Next Level!

Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Sam for a shoulder injury. I appreciated her approach of assigning me work to do on my own and just coming back for a few checkups and adjustments to exercises as needed. She was focused on getting me healed and back to my activities instead of trying to get me to come back multiple times a week as I’ve experienced in other practices in the past. She does a great job explaining what each exercise is accomplishing and I learned a lot not only about the recovery but hot to protect against further injury. I hope I never need a PT again but if so I’ll definitely go back.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Next Level Physical Therapy for the past 6 months after sacroiliac joint fusion surgery. I’ve been working with Nicole from day one and she has been a blessing to work with. Nicole is very intuitive, knowledgeable and experienced. She knows how to meet the client where they are currently at by adapting exercises specific to each client’s unique needs. Nicole fully understands the biomechanics of the body and quickly identifies where there is a problem. Post surgery I was very physically weak and simple walking was very difficult for me. Now after working with Nicole I can bike for 90min, walk 3miles, and engage in all activities that were giving me trouble prior to working with Nicole. I have come a very long way and owe my gratitude and physical health to Nicole who has been there with me each step of my journey. I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with someone who is so knowledgeable as Nicole about the human body.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot thank Sam and Nicole enough for all the work they have done for me. They are just amazing… I feel very lucky to be able to go through my ankle rehab with them. Thank you for your support, encouragement and dedication.

Both their tele-therapy and home visit options worked perfectly for my schedule, and they were able to give individualized attention (not found with many PT's in a group setting!) that was customized to my needs. So happy they are around!!

Experiencia fantástica: THANK YOU Sam and Nicole for helping Jeslyn after a bad tibia fracture, she is extremely HAPPY to be back to dance but most important to feel stronger every day fallowing ALL your advices. Highly recommend Sam and Nicole to be part of your recovery process they have a true passion for what they do with there patients. They work with my 11 y/o daughter to recover after been with a cast for 12 weeks, happy mom to see her daughter strong enough to dance and walk with out any deficit.

They were very concerned about her progress and tailoring her program to her specific needs for dance. Sam and Nicole were able to combine modalities and exercise to maximize treatments and outcomes. They create a very caring environment while continuing to encourage the patient through a difficult task. We loved working with Sam and Nicole and would recommend them to anyone that requires therapy!
