Experiencia fantástica: I’m so grateful for the experience and expertise of the staff here. I’ve been employed in the physical therapy industry and have been a patient in various physical therapy clinics off and on for various reasons. The focus on patient care at this location is above and beyond the industry standard. My results were excellent and I would not hesitate in returning to this location should the need arise.

Experiencia fantástica: In preparation for and after knee replacement surgery, the SODO staff (Erika, Julie, Brenden, and Stephanie) took great care of me. They are professional and personable. They interject a bit of humor to their work to take some of the stress out of physical therapy. My next visit will be my last, as the course of PT will be completed having met my metrics. I can't recommend them more highly.

Experiencia fantástica: After 19 years of chronic and sometimes debilitating back pain, I was ready to just accept this was how I was going to live. Dsmissed by almost every doctor I went to, most just giving me pain meds or muscle relaxers. On a whim I decided to try physical therapy. I've been going for about 5 weeks and for the first time in almost two decades I'm pain free. Not reduced, but FREE. I can't say enough about this lovely staff. Everyone makes me feel welcomed. All of the therapists have not only provided the right therapy I needed, they all made me feel seen that my pain wasn't just in my head or "not that bad". Reception is wonderful and friendly as well. I highly reccomend trying this place, the results I've had are life changing.

Everyone on staff (from front desk to manager) is highly knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I really appreciate that they work with you to figure out what is going to be most helpful, acknowledging their limits and what can be done. I absolutely plan to go back there if needed.

Experiencia fantástica: This is such an amazing clinic. From day one I've only had great care and attention, Jasper did my evaluation and set up my at home exercises. Then between him, Lauren and Sean we worked on getting me pain free and back to my normal routine. Sean knows a great deal, he is encouraging and pushes you to do your best and to keep up the work. I looked forward to my sessions here, good environment, great patient care and everyone genuinely cares about the patients and building a good relationship. I always felt like home.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was wonderful! I had a serious injury and was insecure about starting both PT and OT. The environment was welcoming and supportive. Scheduling was non-stressful. All the therapists were very skilled and tuned in to how I was feeling at each session. My progress was more than I could hope for. Many thanks to everyone— but especially to Jasper and Steven.

Experiencia fantástica: My doctor referred me to the physical therapist team at SODO. I cannot thank him enough for sending me to the them. He had said they were they BEST and he was RIGHT!!!! Jasper was very thorough and listened to ALL my concerns during the initial evaluation. Jasper provided tons of encouragement and was not afraid to push me because he knew I could do it! I looked forward to my PT sessions because we always tried something challenging. I knew after each session, I was on the road to recovery. I was also aware that it would be slow. Jasper knew that my ultimate goal was to get back walking without assistance. Jasper and Sean always encouraged me to keep pushing forward. O’Neill is the sweetest young man. He was there to help and always had a word of encouragement. That meant tons!!!! I had my final evaluation and on the road to recovery. I will continue to keep up my exercises at home. Experiencia fantástica: I would just like to say that Jasper is an amazing Therapist. The patience that he had with my pain was incredible. I looked forward to going to therapy every visit because I knew I was getting better. Jasper helped me with my Low back pain and shoulder pain . He also helped with my posture. I have great posture now thanks to him. I have continued doing all the exercises he taught me and I must say I am doing great. I highly Recommend that if you are in need of any Physical therapy this is the place to go . Tammy was also amazing . she made scheduling my appointments a breeze.

Day one, I appreciated Tammy preparing and reviewing a breakdown of my insurance benefits and answering my billing questions. For treatment, I worked most often with O’Neil and Lauren. O’Neil is always ready with a laugh or smile, the antidote I needed most whilst on crutches. Lauren encouraged me to slow down and follow the protocol, instead of pushing myself too hard, which I appreciated. Clinical director Jasper sets the tone for a fun and welcoming professional environment. The team Advent PT Sodo is excellent and I enjoyed being part of their family!

Experiencia fantástica: The PTs at Advent SoDo are the best! Rob did my initial evaluation. He was super thorough and said I had frozen shoulder. We did a few exercises, and then he gave me a bunch of at home ones to do which I started doing right away. My next appointment I had already greatly improved. Lauren and Rob were my primary PT’s when I would visit. They were both able to answer all of my questions & super knowledgeable about anatomy & what was going on with my shoulders. They started me off light, but then would increase my exercises each time. I could feel the improvement & every time I would leave I felt much better. They all seemed to genuinely care about my progress and would ask me how I was feeling multiple times throughout each session. The front desk staff, O'Neill and Tammy were also so nice & friendly & helpful. Definitely recommend this place if you need PT!

Experiencia fantástica: I showed up at this place in so much pain that I couldn't perform many life functions. I couldn't sleep, sit, stand or walk. I couldn't bend in half enough to get pants on. I cried a lot - daily. Rob was so patient and kind and could tell that I was not functioning. Because of his in-person care plan and the exercises he put together for me at home, I graduated from in-person PT tonight. I have 12 at-home exercises to perform 4 times a week for 2 weeks, and if I need anything, he is a phone call away. The most important part of this for me is that I set a goal for myself to get off of anti-inflammatories and Tylenol. And I did. Pain reliever free since last Saturday. And I cannot forget to mention O'Neil. He is super nice, charming and has an infectious laugh. I'll miss seeing them, but I'm glad they helped me get better!

Experiencia fantástica: I usually don't have a strong opinion about the places I go to, but being a patient here is definitely one of the best medical experiences that I've ever had. I came to AH Sports Med to treat my shoulder and I was really impressed by how dedicated and detailed my treatment was. I have a lot of gratitude for the great team of therapists that helped me get through in my time of need. The best part about it is that my effort to get better was met with the same dedication and energy from this wonderful crew. Thank you Jasper, Lauren and O'neill. I'm eternally grateful to you for helping me reach my goals. If you want a team that is dedicated to your well being, then this is where you have to be bar none!

Experiencia fantástica: This has been an excellent experience from beginning to end! The team here (Jasper, Tammy, Sean, Lauren, etc) were great from the first phone call to the final evaluation. I came to them post-op from a micro-discectomy and they helped me achieve my ultimate goal of getting back into teaching Zumba Fitness classes again. I cannot recommend this team/location enough!!!!!

After suffering a broken ankle and getting it surgically repaired, I never thought I would walk the same again. Everyone was so patient in working with me at my own pace during the recovery process. Everyone was extremely professional with each visit and genuinely empathetic towards my health and recovery. I looked forward to my PT sessions knowing that with each one I was one step closer to recovery. I'm leaving this place with the empowerment I need to keep up with my home regimen and get my life back to how it was prior to my surgery. Jasper set the tone, was thorough and listened to my every word during my initial evaluation. Rob and Sean were amazing in providing me the encouragement I needed to push myself in the right direction; not only aiding in my physical rehabilitation, but building up my confidence to strengthen my mental health. O'Neil is so nice and always had the softest touch when setting up my STEM therapy at the end of my sessions. And Tammy was always willing to answer any questions I had during a time where I had so many! The location is super convenient for me and plenty of parking. The facility is super clean and very accessible. Thank you to the entire staff for everything they've done for me!

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Adventhealth Sports Med & Rehab SODO due to right upper back and shoulder pain. My initial evaluation was with Jasper Casano. He was extremely professional and was very knowledgeable about where my pain was coming from. I had the pleasure of working with Lauren and O'Neill as well. They were also very kind and professional. Tammy was very helpful when I needed to switch some of my appointments around. Overall, the staff at this location are absolute rockstars. Physical therapy is not an easy process and it is painful at times but they helped me get through it all. Jasper pushed me the hardest because he knew I had it in me. Thank you for that Jasper! And thank you to all the staff that helped me through this process!

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re in need of physical therapy, you need to work with a physical therapist that is genuinely dedicated in doing everything reasonably possible to help you get better. That’s exactly what you’ll find at this office. Jasper and his team (Lauren, O’Neal, Tammy, and others) have been absolutely wonderful during my time coming here for help with my chronic low back pain that has persisted for over 20 years!
