They are aware of my medical issues and again, willing to work very well with me! If there is anything you need regarding your treatment just speak to them, likely they can accommodate you! I’m confident they will do anything in their capacity to make clients feel heard and appreciated.

Experiencia positiva: Helpful but could be better. The staff is kind and prompt with appointment times. Therapist Radika is great at fascia stretching. Notes would be to offer heat prior to exercises and offer ice or heat after exercises. Aides should be taught how to provide instruction on proper breathing during exercises and insure proper postures throughout the exercises.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had several experiences with different physical therapists. By far, Jenna and Tyler have been the best!! They listen and care, they are aware and are by your side through the beginning and during your therapy sessions. Most of the aids and physical therapy techs are great and assist me through my exercises. I appreciate everyone’s hard work and dedication to their patients. The front office needs a little tweaking with their duties of checking people in and scheduling, but the care I receive, by far, is totally worth dealing with a small issue that will lead to a much bigger picture. Thank you Tyler for helping me begin my journey and I wish you much luck in your future endeavors.

Experiencia fantástica: Almost 20 years ago, I was given a diagnosis of PMS when I went to the doctor for debilitating sometimes shooting lower back pain. I was told to take Advil. Today, my PT, Jenna, said my pain made sense. She kept trying and listening and adjusting until she realized one of my vertebrae is not moving as it should. She showed me diagrams and explained how my dull pain could develop into the shooting pain I experience if my nerve gets pinched between the moving and unmoving vertebrae. I was elated. I told her "I finally feel like I'm not crazy". Thank you for giving me clarity and relief after nearly 20 years, Jenna. I am just starting my treatment but I already have hope. Everyone on staff has been so kind and professional. I am excited to finally address my back pain!

Unlike those who give you a list of exercises and have you do them yourself, they actually take the time to work with you personally and come up with a plan to treat you as an individual.

My therapist, Matt, is wonderful and clearly skilled. All the staff are positive, encouraging, and attentive to you where you are that specific day. I am indeed blessed to be at Two Trees.

Experiencia fantástica: The level of service at this location is above average. They have friendly, kind and attentive staff, including the front staff as well as hands-on physicians. I worked front-office for a lot of my career and it can be the hardest position in the business; seeing how the back staff supports the front is great teamwork. They accommodate the patients so well, with flexible scheduling to make an appointment that suits each person. The office and equipment are clean and well-maintained. What I appreciate most is how vigilant and kind they are towards the older clients and those that speak Spanish primarily. Everyone in the office makes a noted effort to work together to ensure patients are given the best care from the start to finish of your appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to many different physical therapy places before I stumbled across two trees. The difference with Two Trees is you get a half hour with the physical therapist and then a half hour on the floor to do your exercises. The physical therapists are great at working your muscles through massage and improving your flexibility. I have had three joints replaced and I have been going there for about five years. I would highly recommend Two trees.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this Physical Therapy location. I just finished about 3 months of therapy on my "drop foot" condition with Rebecca and some of the other therapists. Rebecca is a good listener and knows her stuff! She gave me the correct exercises to gain ankle mobility and get rid of the pain. The office staff is efficient, friendly and a pleasure to work with.
