Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time at this urgent care. I appreciate the kindness and welcoming of all the staff from the front end to back office down to the provider. Everything was clean and in an orderly manner. I'm thankful that they were open Saturday and down the street from my home. Thank you to the staff that worked that Saturday I'm very grateful

I feel an amazing experience can be just that, a singlar, isolated event; however, from the first visit through our now third, Cottage Urgent Care and staff have exceeded all our expectations. The registration process and visit are easy and streamlined from beginning to end. From the moment you walk in to the clean and beautifully decorated facility at the Esplanade, you are greeted by a calm environment and friendly smiles from helpful healthcare professionals that help ease patients’ anxieties and stress. It is beyond refreshing to witness employees that are actually present and engaged with their patients/patrons and show a desire to work and serve through their actions. The LVNs, MAs, NPs, and entire team are thorough, gentle, and empathetic. More importantly, they are highly communicative and give every patient the time and attention they deserve. Thank you all for the work that you do and the level of care you provide!

Experiencia negativa: I came here after work to be seen for a sore throat and was told to go wait in my car because I have respiratory symptoms, which is understandable. I waited an hour and a half and received no phone call. I finally looked at my phone and realized they did call me but it went straight to voicemail and so I missed my time to go in. Again, understandable. Not sure why it happened but when I went in to see if I could still be seen the two people at the front were friendly and helpful but the one who tried calling me was so rude! Acted like I wasn’t in pain and wanted to make them wait. All she had to do was be nice and I would have waited longer but sadly I didn’t feel comfortable waiting with her attitude. Still in pain and lost an hour and a half.

Experiencia fantástica: The care here was amazing and speedy and very much appreciated. The PA’s and nurse’s assistance were friendly and attentive and listened to his needs. Also, they gave suggestions to make the process much quicker and easier each time we returned. Unfortunately we had to return a few times with his brothers. Experiencia fantástica: I brought my daughter to this urgent care earlier today for the first time and I was very pleased by the excellent customer service and care received that i had to leave a review. We arrived one hour before closing time yet we did not feel rushed. We were attended to right away. The facility is very clean and beautifully modern but what really deserves the 5 stars is Adina, the nurse practitioner who treated my daughter. Wow, she was so attentive, personable, caring and very knowledgeable. She took great care of my daughter and had us out of there within the hour. Adina, thank you. You are an excellent nurse and you are right where you should be, treating and helping others be well.

The provider (Nathan) explained things in a way that was easier to understand. I was very impressed with the overall experience from check-in to provider interaction.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter has been throwing up all night. I didn’t have an appointment and walked in as a walk in. Myra and the PA Pace, both assisted my daughter. My daughter has autism and was very anxious, and scared. Both of them walked her through every step while she was being examined. Talking their time, making eye contact with her, and making sure she was comfortable. I can't thank them enough for being so kind and loving.

I looked up this place and now I know why they have such high reviews. My little one felt so safe, talked to the ladies (although no one understands him, not even me LOL) and didn’t cry at all. We got all that we needed done in a little over an hour. The ladies there are so awesome! If I ever need to go to an urgent care again, I’ll for sure be going here.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to this location by a friend. Not sure what to expect I was greeted by Jennifer with a super friendly disposition. Immediately off to a great start, I was then shown to a room after a brief checkup where then I spoke to the Nurse Practitioner Maura. Another amazing personality who was as humble as she was honest. Not only was I being treated with the utmost respect, but I felt like I had just made new friends. Even though they weren’t able to help me completely they took time and spoke with me to guide me on my journey so at least I had a renewed sense of confidence in where I needed to go. I will be back and will definitely recommend this site to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Today, I was a patient at Cottage Urgent Care - Esplanade for a cyst on my back. The clinical team was so nice and kind. While I was getting the I&D, the Clinical Concierge was making sure I was doing okay the entire time. The Nurse Practitioner was so compassionate and proficient at the procedure. I had no pain in the procedure, got excellent care, and everything was for a flat fee of $189. I am so impressed!
