Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Garfias is the best pediatrician very caring and so professional takes her time to examine my daughter she’s been her doctor since she was born. I would definitely recommend her. Also been coming to this clinic since I was pregnant the nurses are Nice and helpful. The waiting time is not bad at all :)

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Garfias is such a great pediatrician. She is super nice, she answers to all my questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable. She takes the time to fully examine the kids. Thank you Dr. Garfias you are the best! Dr. Crownover was my OB and I gotta say that he is a great doctor as well! He was my OB during my pregnancies, he’s very kind. My 2 C-sections were done by him, and he did amazing. No complications during or after surgery.

Experiencia negativa: The wait was horrible . I had to wait 30 min in the lobby and 40 in the room. I dont understand why if there was no patients. They should let you know if they've behind .

Experiencia negativa: been having an absolutely terrible experience with this health provider. They will not release test results to you without an appointment to do so - but make it almost impossible to make an appointment to do get the results. Every time I have tried to make a follow up appointment with a doctor before my appointment they have taken a leave of absence (they would not let me get my results from another doctor without a long process of approval from the doctor I saw). I have never been seen by the same provider even though I have made a follow up appointment after each appointment I finish. (Because every doctor I’ve seen there has quit or taken a leave and not returned yet after months) They will not return your calls when requesting appointments & will book you out a month, cancel your appointment, and book you out again. I have never left a negative review on google but my health is in shambles and this place has left me even worst than when I started trying to get better over 4 months ago. If you want good care, strongly advise you to stay away.

Experiencia negativa: Do you have a legitimate health concern and want to be dismissed and not taken seriously? Look no further than Dr. Steinberg at this CMH location. Not only was I dismissed and treated like I was overreacting about my chest pain, I was also told that my medical history was wrong and that I don't have POTS when I was diagnosed by Dr. Sergio Cossu in my home state of FL as a teen. I'm not lying about my chest pain and I feel like something is wrong. Instead of looking into WHY my chest pain is getting worse and why my heart beat is irregular I was told that it was "just stress". My time and money have been wasted but what is worse is that it's like I was treated like a hypochondriac.

Experiencia positiva: They literally take forever to call you in I had my appointment 1hr ago overall the the doctor is great with my daughter.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely horrible wait time, making an appointment is worthless when they decide to call you in an hour to two hours after your set appointment. Even after asking what the inconvenience could be they were only able to respond with “We’ll be with you soon please take a seat”. Would not recommend, especially to anyone with a busy schedule!

Experiencia positiva: The only reason I am giving this 3 stars instead of 1 is because of the staff, majority of the people there get a 5/5 for their service. Besides that, the wait times are at least 30-60 min, so plan accordingly. The largest problem is their billing, especially if you are PREGNANT, BEWARE. They are a publicly owned by CMH Hospital, so all of your bills that should be covered by insurance, are not the same coverage because they are billed as professional services at a Hospital, not a doctors office. Their billing department claims it is posted in their facilities, and I don’t doubt that, but they also said that tons of people complain about this issue, and their remedy is to tell you to go to a private practice. I have no idea how this billing format is beneficial or affects other patients, but I have great insurance and I still ended up paying double the amount I should have for my appointments there. Luckily I realized this after only my first few visits with them, so I am taking their advice and going to a private practice.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience. My husband has been in horrible pain non stop and had an MRI 3 weeks ago and the office still wont' schedule our follow up CALL with the dr. Not even an appt, just a 20min call to review results.

Experiencia fantástica: I will preface this by saying that I am lucky to have Medicaid. I went to this medical center for the last 6 months while I was caring for a sick relative in the area. I have anxiety about visiting the doctor's office due to some harsh treatment I received while I lived abroad. This place is fabulous, even during Covid times. I saw Dr. Graciela Hernandez and the level of care I received was high caliber. She was very respectful, listened, explained things to me, was extremely thorough, not at all hesitating before recommending me to other specialists. I also was very impressed that she was knowledgeable about certain diets that have shown benefits for people with certain autoimmune conditions- this is not common with doctors in my experience. Because of her thoroughness I now have a proper diagnosis for a few conditions and a plan for getting my health back on track. Honestly, going to this medical clinic gave me a lot of the tools I need to be an advocate for myself and I am deeply grateful for the level of care I received. Thank you to everyone at this medical center for taking such good care of me and doing such important work.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Garfias is wonderful 100%recommend her. My Child was seeing another pediatrician at the South Oxnard location she is nice too but I felt she was always in a rush. So one day I ended seeing Dr. Garfias and I couldn’t be happier. She is patient, kind and very detailed. Absolutely love her and will be taking my new baby with her. Ps. This office is also better handle than the South location. The receptionist at the south are careless and prioritize their personal conversations over helping patients.

Experiencia negativa: I've used two separate CMH clinics in the last year for my son and both clinics are extremely poorly organized. I work in the medical field and these clinics take no pride job. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I do NOT recommend these clinics!!!

Experiencia negativa: If I could give them a lower rating, I would! This facility shows just how much they care about their patients. Due to their staffing incompetence, I lost a day of work, gas and time. An issue that could have been avoided with a simple phone call. When I spoke to the front desk manager all I got was a simple "I'm sorry". The word "upset" doesn't begin to describe how I feel right now. By the way, this is not the first time it happens to me at this facility.
