Experiencia negativa: Went for my initial visit today. Filled out paperwork and then sat being ignored by therapists and office personnel for 20 minutes. I counted 17 times where a physical therapist walk within 6 ft of me and failed to acknowledge that I was there. Told them as I walked out this place not for me. Called George Erb who was very accommodating and immediately set up my first 8 weeks of PT. Guess they are so busy that they don't need new clients.

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to Karmen because I was having shoulder problems. My husband told me how wonderful his physical therapist was. So I went to see her. She knew exactly what I had and started me on a regiment before my Hawaii trip. She is wonderful. If anyone ever needs a great personable PT, I would refer them to Karmen. Kelly is awesome as well.
