Experiencia negativa: Ella was an amazing speech therapist. She left and we had Miriah I saw a HUGE change in my son I’m giving 1 star because I don’t want to not recognize them. But I have to regretfully leave this review after I drove to an appointment yesterday all the from Bennett to be told my son was removed from the list due to his “attendance”. We only miss days for illness. They have a sign stating if you’re sick not to come. We have three kids we get sickies in this house ! Because of staffing changes I had to fight to keep his Monday appointment. Then I was told his appointments on mondays were being moved to Wednesdays. I had to do a lot of re-arrangements with my job to accommodate this. Just to drive there and be caught off guard. There was no phone call. A sorry email was sent - not appropriate way of communicating. The director was not helpful and was one emailing and not calling . Sounds a little lazy like you don’t want to call people. If you want to go through the hassle like I did come here !

Experiencia negativa: I did not have a good experience with them. The first two sessions, I was with my daughter. The third session, the OT and SLP took my daughter alone, they said they wanted to work with her without me. By the end of the session, when they brought her to me, she was crying her eyes out, she was inconsolable! Then I noticed a bruise on her leg! When I asked them , the OT replied it is because the carpet is rough.

Experiencia negativa: Needed to be seen urgently as our 2 month old is completely rejecting the bottle after our appointment at a different office got cancelled and rescheduled 4 days later leaving us only a week to get him transitioned. This office seemed like they would help. Got an eval scheduled over the phone and was told the therapist would then be able to schedule therapy appointments quickly as babies are their priority. However, the next day we didn’t receive the eval phone call and learned it was never actually scheduled! They messed up trying to reschedule the call for the same day but then told me the earliest they could do would put us back on the same timeline as the original therapy office we were scheduled with. Absolutely infuriating when you go back to work in less than 2 weeks and baby won’t take a bottle and no one seems to care that your child might not eat when you’re at work! Babies are not the priority.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience with all of the steps for Summit Pediatric Therapy. Getting ahold of them, getting a call back, setting up appointments, etc. They have made all of it very easy and seamless. We are excited to start working with them with our child.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional therapists. Great PT gym. Easy billings and they email receipts weekly. Much easier than other places that send a huge bill 4-5 months later.

Experiencia negativa: Awful experience. Appalled. Terrible, terrible customer service. Every time you call you get voicemail not an actual person and with appts at $100/appt, I expect to be able to talk to someone about cancelling and/or rescheduling. I think I have talked to someone twice and I have called at leasr 20 times. They charge $50 per missed appt if not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours beforehand. They are not interested in helping families or children get services, it is all about money for this company. They will continue to send you automated text/email reminders about appts you have cancelled, so you have to call again and leave additional voicemail messages to confirm and again wait for them to hopefully call you back. But, they will promptly email you every time you miss an appt to tell you about their attendance policy of 70% or more and threaten to take you off the schedule. It is so difficult to deal with this, it isn't worth doing therapy here. We have attended both Centennial and Aurora locations. Therapists were good, but they did not provide much information or examples of activities to support OT at home. Also, my child needed speech and food therapy too, but did not get services for these. Overall, do not recommend. No families should be treated like they are a hassle when they are paying to get their children the help they need.

Experiencia fantástica: We couldn't say enough great things about Summit Pediatric Therapy. Our son's speech has improved dramatically since he started 8 months ago. Ms Kelsey is fantastic with him and we are so happy with his progress.

Experiencia fantástica: My son has been seeing Ms.Alana (speech pathologist) for a few months and the amount of improvement I have seen in him has been a life changer. My son loves Alana so much he looks forward to seeing her every Friday. She is the sweetest person and knows her away around kiddos. I have been very lucky to come across Alana and the huge impact she has made. Thank you Alana I am truly thankful for you

Experiencia negativa: Disappointed. Their billing office was difficult to reach and there was always confusion on insurance when we never had a copay. We’re also super disappointed because when our then 2 year old was released from speech therapy with Paula we had concerns that he wasn’t understandable. She still released him and months later we’re back in therapy. If he wasn’t released we could be farther along. So much time wasted to be told by his pediatrician that he should’ve stayed in therapy.

Experiencia positiva: 3/8/22- I decided to take a star away due to their billing practices. They charge you the day of service so if you've hit your deductible, they will continue charging you at full price. If they waited for the insurance to pay and then billed you, there wouldn't be such a mess. Just figured out I've overpaid more than $400 and now I'm waiting for billing to correct the mistake. We absolutly love working with Kelsey. Her energy and smiles light up our day! We have been with Summit for 6 yrs. I love that they give you homework and tips on how to work with your child. This is our 3rd child that has needed speech therapy. My only complaint would be the amount of times we changed therapist early on....but they bring in amazing therapist and they all bring their own unique style!

Experiencia fantástica: We've been coming to the Southlands location for a few years now. We absolutely love the therapists that my children have seen since they first came into their office. From the therapist to the front end receptionist, everyone has been very professional and courteous and will work with you to help improve your children's needs. I definitely recommend you giving them a call wherever the most convenient location is for you.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been at Summit Speech Therapy (in Aurora/Southlands) for over a year; we started with Allison who right away set the goals of what exactly our child needed; due to conflict of schedule we switched to Kelsey and we truly were so amazed at her experience, process, & kindness. Kelsey's work has greatly helped our child flourish at school-her 1:1 has made such a great difference in what our child needed and our child's progress has shown that. We are so grateful to this practice and also to the convenience of their location. Amazing staff.

Experiencia fantástica: We moved my son to Colorado Prep Academy online for this 8th grade year due to all the inconsistencies due to COVID. Summit Pediatric Therapy contacted us quickly and their initial testing was thorough and helpful. My son has now been doing speech therapy virtually with Shelby weekly. They were able to schedule services around my son's school schedule and Shelby has been amazing. It is so great to see my son learning and working with her. She reaches out to his teachers for feedback and is always considering his goals and what he needs to work on. She even set up a small group with another boy to work on conversation skills. We have been really happy with Shelby and Summit!

Experiencia fantástica: Kelsey is truly incredible. My three year old daughter had a few speech issues to work through. Kelsey gave her the most amazing support during the weekly appointments. Kelsey also gave us some homework which was fun and helped my daughter continue her learning between appointments. We are nearing the end of our sessions, as my daughter has completed her goals.

My son’s speech and occupational therapists, Shelby and Marilyn, are always professional, positive, and encouraging. My son looks forward to his sessions every week and he has made great progress since starting therapy. Shelby is always so warm and friendly, very well prepared, and makes her sessions fun and enjoyable for her patients. Shelby is so great about communicating with families and is flexible in making accommodations whenever needed. We are so very grateful for her!

Experiencia fantástica: Kelsey is an excellent Speech Language Pathologist. She is emotionally intelligent, patient, and listens carefully to my concerns as a parent. She has been working with my son for around a year now. She explained in detail to me about the plan for working with my son and explained (and explains at each appointment) to my son in an age appropriate manner what the plan is for them to work together. He absolutely loves going to see her and talks about her throughout the week. On top of helping my son, she has guided and coached my spouse and I in ways to engage my son about his stutter. She provides suggestions on how to interact with him and tips on how to help continue using his tools. Most importantly, she has helped my son feel more accepted and has actively diminished the stigma he feels concerning his stutter.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been attending speech therapy here for almost 4 years. The staff is professional, kind, caring, & attentive. (We love Ms. Kelsey!) We were also able to continue therapy virtually during the pandemic which was very important to us. Bonus part is there are multiple locations to choose from.

Experiencia fantástica: Shelby has been fantastic to work with - she built a connection with our son very quickly and has learned his personality to meet his needs. She is great about checking in with our family for how things are going at home and helping us with exercises and small activities we can do at home to help further his progress. Our son has made exponentially more progress with Shelby than the services he has received in the past for speech!

Experiencia fantástica: My son has speech Apraxia and he struggled a lot with his words. Communication was frustrating for both of us. Then came along Kelsey. She greets us with such a happy attitude and smiling face. My son is so excited to go each week to see his friend! I think I cry every time at the progress she helps him make. This clinic is incredible. If we do ever get to graduate, we will never forget Kelsey and her unbelievably kind spirit and ability to help my son so much.

Experiencia fantástica: My 3 yr old started last year when we noticed some speech areas that were flagged by his daycare in a screening. We were assigned to Kelsey D. -Speech Pathologist. My now 4yr old loves her. His speech has improved. Even through the pandemic Kelsey has been amazing and my kiddo is thriving and getting better every week! We enjoy Summit and especially Ms.Kelsey!

My son currently works with Marilyn for OT and Shelby for Speech and he has a great time with them. My son is 4 so it is important to me that they make therapy fun for him and they do!! I have seen some great progress with my son’s development.

We have seen real progress in her development and know that she is receiving the best from the Aurora staff during every visit!

The staff is welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable in their specialities. If you have a child with speech, OT, PT, or feeding needs, look no further. Summit Pediatric Therapy is the best! Several locations to choose from too.

Experiencia fantástica: All three of our boys are seen at the Aurora location. We just love the staff between the three we see all three speech therapist and Dani for OT. The staff is so sweet and willing to help, scheduling is easy and they are always willing to Work With you. We have been going to summit pediatric therapy for two years now and I wouldn’t want to take my boys anywhere else. Seriously the best place for therapy!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dani- OT is absolutely wonderful! Shes so sweet and does really care about our sons' well being. The resources she gave our family for our son was very helpful. As a parent with two special needs children experiences with agencies are sometimes not the greatest. Enrollment, consistent appts, the summer groups and flexibility with her schedule made to a great experience.

Miss Jen and Miss Mallory work together to help my son and he has improved so much! I'm so blessed that I found them! Their other location is just as good. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
