Experiencia fantástica: I'm a Veteran who had a knee replacement by Dr. Sands. You know how difficult it can be dealing with the VA and outside sources. From the start at the VA with Shawn to Dr. Sands to staff then having the replacement then recovery was problem free. My physical therapy was first class. Christy and Pam my therapist were on the top of their game. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

Experiencia negativa: Staff was great. I’m giving them a 1 star. My wife had made all her payments at time of visit and found out she has a credit. She has asked repeatedly for the refund. 3 months later and she is still fighting with them to send the refund. Very disappointed.
