At the end of my “program” I left walking on my own in a sneaker. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm coming to the end of a five session package and couldn't be happier with the entire In Balance team. The out-of-pocket pricing is very fair, my consult was thorough, every question I've asked has been completely answered, the atmosphere is friendly... I could go on. Because I don't have an acute injury — I've had some intermittent back pain and wanted help with posture/strengthening to prevent anything getting worse as time goes on — I was initially nervous that I wouldn't be taken seriously. (I've had some not-so-great medical experiences in the past as a young, apparently healthy woman.) Thankfully my nerves were immediately squashed. I feel heard and supported, and I've looked forward to every appointment.

The therapists there brought him back strength, increased his abilities, and made him want to do the exercises independently. They made sure he was doing things correctly and focusing on isolating the right muscles. Wish I could give 10 stars!

Experiencia fantástica: Mike, Andrew and the team worked with me on my shoulder rotator Cuff that I thought required would surgery. I injured it by lifting too much but, luckily, the MRI said I didn't tear it. I waited 1 year thinking it would get better before going to physical therapy. I now have just about all of my mobility back so I can start exercising it to get my strength back. Everyone I dealt with there was polite and professional. Thanks All!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The team at In Balance are absolutely amazing! They foster a great environment and commit to 1 on 1 time with the patients. After my ACL surgery, they helped me get back into shape so I could play hockey again! Insurance note: they may be out of network, but check what the co-pay is. If they are only a few bucks more, they are worth it!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Mike and everyone at In Balance is caring and knowledgeable. After having brain surgery, my arm and hand were weak and unresponsive. Dr. Mike knew it was a brain connection as well as muscle atrophy. He was kind but did not let me slack. He took my abilities to the edge and kept me moving forward. On the days when my frustration peaked, he would show me different exercises to reach the same goal while all the time making sure they were done properly and with good form. On these days, I would joke with him that he was not only a physical therapist but also a cheerleader and mental counselor. The facility is clean and bright. I highly recommend In Balance.

I went in and became a patient of Dr. Mike. He was both knowledgeable and empathetic to my needs for my back. Experiencia fantástica: After having a nagging pain in my shoulder for three weeks, I decided to go to PT. Mike found the exact spot and developed a tailored set of exercises to address my problem. Within two weeks, I was totally fixed. Mike's manual massage of the areas to loosen up the area prior to exercise also really helped. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: I had severe back surgery with lots of hardware installed. I was in pain and very uncomfortable for a long time. In-Balance worked with me and my doctor and provided extensive physical therapy rehabilitation services and I am now doing wonderful and 90% pain free. As well as pain free, I am able to move around, walk and continue home PT instruction. The PT instructor is well versed in rehabilitation policies/procedures and always maintains a professional atmosphere. I have referred friends to In-Balance and they feel they have gotten Excellent Services and are as happy as I am. In-Balance has an A++++ rating in my book.

For years I have gone to different Physical Therapy clinics trying to lessen my pains due to chronic arthritis .My first impression entering was the cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere of the place . Megan wife of DR. Mike welcomed me with a smile and introduced me to Mike who listened attentively to my problems. He spent about one hour with me showing me a few exercises to do at home between visits I left with the printed exercises that I had to do at home . From that first visit on I was switched to Therapist Emely ( with the beautiful green eyes ) and gentle voice, Emely was great she knows by heart her job she pushes you gently to more exercises as you progress...All I need to say is I am so pleased to know: In Balance Rehab, so will you...

My experience started with a call to the the office receptionist who was very professional and understanding. So many times these days businesses don’t treat you like a person with respect and understanding, that is not the case here. When I called to discuss my case I immediately felt like I was talking to someone who understood me and cared about my wellbeing and I knew I was going to the right place. Dr. Mike Nichols assessed my condition and identified my problems. He along with the physical therapist Emily Tillinger designed a treatment program and within a few sessions I was feeling great and all my pain was gone. Experiencia fantástica: Very pleasant receptionist. Dr. Scales, the physical therapist, does all the work herself. She does not use assistants. She does a thorough job and is very compassionate. She gives you printed out exercises, specifically for your problem, for you to practice in between sessions. She uses whatever equipment she has that she thinks you will benefit from and explains what she is doing and will answer all questions. Very professional office.
