Experiencia negativa: This place is horrible. The wait time is ridiculous to only be seen for a minimum of 5 minutes. Their orthopedic specialist is the worse. He doesn’t hear you out. The lack of care to their patients is unbelievable.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible customer service and the Doctors don’t work for you, they would send you back to work even if you aren’t able to. Front Desk ladies don’t come to work they are laughing making jokes and patients waiting forever.

Experiencia negativa: I’m waiting for like 10 minutes this African American lady asked me my name 3 times look on the computer doing something else then got up went to back came back asked me for my name again then went back just heard her laughing the whole time then ask the other lady next to her asking if she knows where my paper is then still doesn’t know what’s she’s doing to see how many pple are ahead of me this is crazy it’s only her not taking her job seriously

Experiencia fantástica: Fastest nurse on the planet. lol she was quick. Took height, weight, urine sample, blood work and ekg in under 10 minutes. The doctor was pretty awesome also. Ladies in the front were nice. Overall about 1 hour but it was my first time and I had to fill out a few forms. Not bad imo.

Experiencia positiva: Customer service seems non existent these days. However, we went to Proactive Work Health Services and the Physical Reporter, I think her name is Monica, was very informative, sweet and friendly. We left very happy with the service.

Experiencia fantástica: I was at Proactive Health Services to obtain information. A nice lady, she said she is the reporter, she has highlights on her hair. By the way, she is amazing! I needed to comment on her expert advice. She is smart and so nice. It was a pleasure getting help from her. I definitely recommend this place for medical services.

Experiencia negativa: This place needs to be close they have no ppl manners, just because they been working there for years it doesn’t give you the right to treat ppl like they don’t know nothing. This place is so unprofessional and threat patients so disrespectful and are always backed up.

Experiencia fantástica: Hello, I just came to Proactive in Palmdale to do a preop physical I was greeted by Jamie who had a very exceptional customer service presence she was very professional made me feel very comfortable, The process was handled by her very smoothly and accurately she was also very empathetic, which was also a comforting.. I usually don’t do reviews, but she was very refreshing to come across this morning, especially at a time like this for me thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: It was packed when I walked in yesterday for two tests. I was in within 10 mins tops, and one of the medical assistants there, Tori, was very sweet and took the time to talk me through one of the tests as it involved a needle. Very pleased with my visit and the whole visit for both tests took about 30 mins total. Awesome.

Experiencia negativa: Had to get an employer mandated physical. When the "doctor" walked into the room, he was wearing a knit beanie / watch cap / skully / whatever you want to call it. Not only that, there are visible signs informing people that masks are mandatory while inside the facility, this "doctor" was not wearing his. On top of all this, his white coat, had a piece of white duct tape where his name should be. I am not sure what vending machine his "doctorate" was issued from, but this guy needs to take a course in professionalism. Unless you are required to go here, stay away.

Experiencia negativa: I went in for a WC issue and please please go elsewhere. MS Michelle Turner apparently thinks that numbness in your arms and loss of strength is arthritis and she wad dismissive. When I complained to director Yaddi that too was useless. Go elsewhere if you want a professional to help you not a box checker

Experiencia fantástica: Called prior to get info on the services provided. The receptionist was so kind on giving me all the information regarding their services. Did the walk in. They were swift at attending me. They even had a movie playing in the waiting area. Good movie made time pass easily. The nurses and doctor didn’t take long. They asked all the necessary questions. They all followed the proper health protocols. Very good service overall. The nurses up front were all multitasking and making sure no one was ignored.

Experiencia positiva: I went to this place as it was recommended to me . The staff were understand and upfront. They wrote down the total of everything that what it would cost. They were kind , courteous and considerate. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I can't front this place has a long wait time but the staff are really nice. Dr.s are good. It's just an understaffed office. They need more help.

Experiencia negativa: Decided not even to try to go there after how rude the person answering the phone was. I had a simple question about sports physicals & she was angry. I can’t comment on services.

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t get it the reviews are bad but the staff is quick with service. I came in with no appointment and it was my first time there. The paperwork was little to none and I was seen within 20 minutes of my visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in for a drug test, was out in 30 minutes. The staff was professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Compared to all these people complaining, I had a great experience. Fast and friendly. I guess it has just gotten a lot better!
