Experiencia fantástica: I had my annual MediCare Wellness Exam with Nurse Practitioner J. Garcia, RNP at the Palmdale Clinic. She was thorough, very easy to talk to and we developed a rapport very quickly.

Well most of the doctors, this doctor named dr.guo I believe that’s how you spell it, anyways, I was there for a check up and yes I am bigger then other girls my age but he said and looked at my weight then looked at me “your a heavy girl , you need to lose weight” mind you I’m 12-13. I don’t need that in my brain rn. #STOPCALLINGYOURPATIENTSFAT #YOUCOULDCAUSEANEATINGDISORDER

Experiencia fantástica: I recently joined with Dr. Jittrikawiphol (Dr. Jitt) located in Palmdale CA. He and his team are very caring and genuine. I believe we came up with some very good game plans. He explained clearly and intelligently. I really like him.

Experiencia negativa: Called number to site got the runaround at least 3 times asked for Representative twice gave my acct or card number twice the last time I got a person who angrily said you didn’t talk to me and all I needed to know was if my prescription that was called in on Sat was ready before I drove there but phone service sucks

As usual, he spent the appropriate amount of time on my visit that was necessary to address my issues and ensure that my health needs were taken care of. He is very thorough, attentive, compassionate, and understanding. I always leave my appointments with him knowing that he has my best interest at heart, confident that my medical needs were met, assured that he has done the best for me, and feeling that I am being well cared for.

Experiencia fantástica: My son had a nurse visit scheduled today in Lancaster but I mistakenly took him to east Palmdale location. It was an honest mistake and the nurse in Pediatrics Jocelyn was ready to go home but ended up staying to accommodate us. Not only was she amazing and pleasant but worked so well with her two other coworkers that helped stay to provide us with the test results and school notes. It’s little things like this that make a difference in a moms life who is juggling multiple things and would have missed the appt. If I would’ve been turned away. Thank you so much for working us in and staying past your shift Jocelyn!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Sadhana Panduranga Kamath and her nurse Elizabeth were fast efficient and after having my appt canceled by my pcp they saw me today and addressed all of my inquiries and pains The lab and xray personnel were fast as well. Denise who drew my blood was really nice and friendly. People in her position usually have a hard time finding my vein and she did it on her 1st time! Her 25 yrs of experience really made a difference! Wow.! She's on point!

Experiencia fantástica: Love this Kaiser Office! So close to home! We been coming here since when they first opened it. Dr. Saborio and Dr. Jitt are the two best Doctors here For Family Practice. The Lab and Radiology/X-Ray department are very fast as well. And the Pharmacy is always quick at getting you your prescriptions filled. Thanks kaiser Palmdale!

I’ve been with Kaiser for a long time and dealt with just how rude and unprofessional (Kaiser north California) can be. This lab had me done in fifteen minutes. Likewise the pharmacy was quick and efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: This hospital it is great for blood test, medical appointments like check ups, pharmacy, flu shots, paper work etc. If you have an emergency or need urgent care you must go to the Lancaster Kaiser. The staff here is very friendly and the pharmacy is small but nice.

Experiencia fantástica: My family sees Dr Cho. We are seen on time and in a timely manner. Any outside supports are arranged in a timely way, sometimes faster than I'm ready for. I prefer not to miss work, and I like using holiday time for physicals, etc. I wish I had switched to Kaiser a while back. BC doctors would have you waiting for an hour in the waiting room, then an additional hour in the patient room, then almost an hour to check out. Who has that time?! I always wondered who these people were who were not waiting 4 hours or more to complete a scheduled visit, 5 hours for urgent care. I like that all my care is in one place and that my Doc recommends anything I might need. There was no advantage to BC/PPO with such long wait times for anything.
