Experiencia negativa: Most of the time, receptionists are rude over the phone and in person. Every time I go in for my appointments, they are rude and act like I'm interrupting their busy schedule, when in actuality, there is usually either no other patients or maybe one or two waiting. Appointments are rescheduled quite a bit. Us patients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect by your receptionists. If they don't like their job, then they need to find another one. They are no better than anyone else.

Las qe ellos piden y aunqe te vean llorando sangre de tristeza les vale madre Deberían cerrar estas clínicas que no ayuda a. Nada y solo te regresan a tu casa a terminar de llorar de ansiedad y depresión así tengas a ataques de pánico les vales madre y si te atienden te cobran 1280 dólares el tratamiento

Experiencia positiva: I've recently visited the County Mental Health Clinic in Palmdale, CA. It seems to be a brand new building without clear signage. I struggled looking for suite 150. Since there was no directory or tenant's information, I tried opening doors and look inside, I was about to leave when a Security Guard directed me to the correct location, a sheet of paper taped to the glass door. Why can someone add just some building directory to assist the clueless?

Experiencia negativa: I sought help from a psychologist here regarding my mental health, but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. Instead of providing support, Blake completely misinterpreted our conversation. She fabricated information in her report and even contacted my friends family to falsely claim that I was on the verge of committing suicide in front of their daughter. There is no real help here. Filling out a questionnaire just leads to being prescribed generic medication. I strongly advise against working with Blake or anyone in her team. Unfortunately, it seems that Google is protecting them from honest reviews, but they absolutely deserve a one-star rating. Blake is still employed here, despite my attempts to file a complaint. Experiencia fantástica: I have been mentally disabled for 23 years plus. By far Palmdale mental health center is the most helpful with my condition of bipolar and Paranoid schizophrenic. The staff is very helpful and goes the extra mile to help. Thank you so very much for doing your complete job it's helping us patience

Experiencia fantástica: The folks at the military resource center are great. Richard, Ricky, and Leslie are by far the best people I have had the privilege of working with. They are professional, hard working, understanding and helpful people. If you're a veteran and need help... go to this place, ASAP. As long as you're honest with your situation and receptive to what needs to be done, you will get what you need. Richard Castenada especially went above and beyond for my family and I. All in all, really great people at this establishment. Didn't have a single negative experience. Imho they're doing God's work. Experiencia fantástica: I've been going here, and have had phone appointments as well, and I have no complaints. The staff is wonderful. And my therapist, Carmen McLean, is the best. She and I clicked immediately. She understood me. She was able to quickly diagnose my mental illnesses. She was spot on. I would highly recommend her to anyone, and I did. I recommended her to my daughter, but unfortunately, due to conflict of issues she's unable to see her.

Experiencia negativa: I wouldn’t recommend this place, they’re so unprofessional and messed up my appointment 3 times. The desk workers were rude to me, I’ve been waiting months to get an appointment because they keep messing it up. If I could I would give them 0 stars for customer service, professionalism, mental help and anything else they’re suppose to be doing. I was finally excited for nothing I immediately got let down by these people. They just want your money sadly.

Experiencia negativa: I tried to go here 2 separate times, a couple years apart. Both times both therapists had to reschedule my appointment. But then everytime I would call or leave a voice mail to make a new appointment, I could never get ahold of them. My friend had a bad experience also. He was supposed to have a phone appointment and they never called.

Experiencia negativa: This center is alright for the most part but they do have minor issues that could be fixed and i highly recommend that if you can find a better center then i encourage you to do it.

Experiencia fantástica: They were very professional and welcoming, there was unbelievably no wait time or list, called and next day appointment and next week I start my treatment, the person who did my intake and evaluation was very welcoming and an avid listener, I felt for the first time ever very comfortable opening up, I have no doubt about them being able to provide me with some very much needed tlc and services required to balance me out.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going here on & off for about two years now. I love that there are plenty of options available to help my mental well being. The options range from medication, to group therapy (weekly), and one on one sessions. Walk ins take a while which is understood, lots of patients. Ah, they even have snacks for patients, while you wait (I adore & appreciated that, seeing as how I did not eat that morning). If you are on the road to living your best life & want to maintain a healthy and balanced mental health, this is what's up . Enjoy.
