Experiencia negativa: So i was suppose to go to Lancaster but urgent care was full so I came here for a 730 pm appointment and its 9pm and i still havent got seen. Like they don’t care. Never coming back. Definitely will put a complaint.

Experiencia negativa: Pésimo hace un año mi hijo no tiene un chequeo y hoy q lo pedí me lo quieren dar para el siguiente año aparte se tardan para atender en el cuarto esperas al doctor más de 30 minutos y se tarda la consulta menos de 5 woou pésimo

Experiencia negativa: If you're new to Palmdale or the lancaster area I don't recommend wasting your time even visiting this health center I Honestly wouldn't even call it that you show up on time with only one other individual waiting in the lobby & they finally call you after waiting way past your appointment time and still leave you in a room WAITING FOR HOURS ON END THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS!

Experiencia negativa: I was a patient of Dr. Arivigiri she acts concerned but she really is not. I changed Doctors to Bartz-Altadonna bc I have Hep C and for years, I kept asking her to refer me to a Liver specialist because there is cure. Dr. Arivigiri response was "oh no I can't refer you because your liver test are not high enough for a referral for treatment plus it's very, very expensive". So I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Then I got covid and there is medicine you can take and she flat out refused to prescribed me the medication saying that my liver test were too high. So what kind of Dr. Is she? She wouldn't refer me and she wouldn't give me medicine.The best thing I ever did was change to Bartz-Altadonna. I feel human there and they care for the patients. I already have a referral to a specialist. Let's hope it's not to bad and I can get Harvoni to treat my liver. Beware of Dr. Arivigiri she is not a good Dr. She is not concerned about your health.

Experiencia fantástica: Physicians may not have the best bedside manners. However, if you're concerned about your health. Reverse to specialist will be sent out in timely manners.

Experiencia negativa: Staff needs some improvements. The lady at registration to the right of the entrance, was very nice and helpful, but the gentleman, whom she asked a question to, needs some customer service training or communication improvements course, since he interacts with the public regularly. His response was unhelpful and unprofessional. The lady at the registration window was more helpful and willing to help than this gentleman.

Experiencia negativa: I went to urgent care because I've been suffering on lower backpain for a long time. I supposed to see my primary doctor in High Desert but then she wasn't available so they have to reschedule me. So instead they told me to get an appointment to go to urgent care. Its supposed to be in High Desert but then since I live near South Valley Urgent Care, I made an appointment to them. They checked me in, check my bp, weight etc. And then they put me in room wait there to see the doctor. This is the worst part, Dr. Wind never ever examine me. She just told me she already saw my records and told me right away I have to go to USC to get MRI over there. And told me all the things that she can said to get my ct scan record and health record to where I went in emergency,but she never examine me. I also told her that I need a doctors note for my work, instead she offer me a 1 day because she seen me. I told her how will I be able to go to work suffering on my backpain, I can't even stand for a long time. She then told me, I will send you in an ambulance to Olive View. Which her job is suppose to examine me and see what she can do but she's very rude and very unproffessional.

Experiencia negativa: I have seen 3 different doctors at this place and I can't understand 50% of what they're saying due to their heavy accents. I don't want to be disrespectful at all, but I feel embarrassed to keep telling them that I don't understand half of what they're explaining to me so I just node and go home with whole bunch of unanswered questions.

Experiencia negativa: Ea peor oficina de pediatria en la Zona por favor cambiando a sus hijos de proveedor de servicios. No pierdan el tiempo.. los tiempos de espera son wternos, y los doctores que estaban antes se retiraron y todos son nuevos y estan en constant cambio. Y el personal de receptions muestra el menor interes en ayudar a los pacientes y hacen su trabajo con total desgano.

Experiencia fantástica: Have been with this center, since 2094, they are simply fantastic and clean. The only thing lagging here is vending machine for snacks. I wonder the reason they would not allow one in there. I have been agitating for same for long now. Can this be done quickly please?

Experiencia fantástica: Urgent care is a bit of a wait, but the care team is awesome they try their best to administer treatment If they don’t they say to come back and they let you know your results as soon as they are available. Telemedicine is an alternative if you don’t want to go in for antibiotics for a UTI. As with every urgent care the place is busy so plan to stay for awhile.

My appt time when i check in goes by quickly my doctor is great she ordered test about my concerns and found out the why. After going to different doctors for year Dr. K to me is good to me she listens and follows through with your concerns and addresses them. Lab work was quick not a long wait at all. Receptionists are pleasant. Even security. I hope they keep up the work and continue with fast sufficient serviceFor me knowing how some clinics in this area operate with poor slow service and rude receptionists. So far this is a good clinic for me and my family

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming here for almost 6 years now and have always had a positive experience. All the staff is pleasant and I've always been seen in a timely manner. If I've made an appointment I'm in an out in under an hour 9 times out of 10.

Experiencia positiva: Took my son to the urgent care. Getting in to do vitals and to a room was very fast. Literally called our number immediately after we got there. Paperwork was pretty quick. We did show up soon after they’d first opened. All the nurses were extremely nice and helpful plus the x-ray tech was awesome. The only thing that was a bit rough was waiting in our room for about an hour just to see the doctor and then maybe another 10 minutes to see the follow up nurse after we went to get a chest x-ray. It was definitely better than being in the main lobby and getting coughed on by other sick kids when that’s what I’d already brought my son in for... turns out he most likely has bronchitis so I also didn’t want him coughing on anyone else anyways but it’s also good that he didn’t get the chance. However he’s four and was bored because it’s doctors office and the TV is just in the main waiting room so there wasn’t much for him to do other than letting him play a bit of “doctor”. We saw Dr Vallejo-Sinavsky and she was patient and made sure to remind me to catch my son up on his most recent vaccinations that I had let slide.

Experiencia positiva: Yes the wait sucks especially when you have to go do alot of things ...the reason why I give it 3 stars is cause at the urgent care there’s this older doctor... always give me the right prescription.. never had to come back shows he’s a good doctor! Absolutely outstanding.
