Experiencia fantástica: I was very happy with my experience at Evergreen. Several neighbors had suggested it when I asked for recommendations for PT for a back problem. The facility is very comfortable and cozy and the staff is very friendly - I felt at home right away. Mandy was my primary therapist and was great - very patient and clear in her directions. Bryan, the manager, was always helpful. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Evergreen PT in Pasadena, was one of about 20 PT places orthopedic surgeon shared with me. I called about five of them. With Evergreen, starting with Bryan (office manager), who was super responsive, organized, and answered all of my questions, to my dedicated PT therapist, Krissy, the experience (and results) were fantastic! No hand-offs from one therapist to the next; great space and equipment; clean; and knowledgeable team. First question they ask, is what you want to achieve – and they build a program from there. While I hope I don’t have a need in the future, if I do, I know exactly where I will go!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been struggling with lower back pain and sciatica off and on since 2009. When it became a bit difficult to manage -my Dr recommended Physical Therapy. I searched a few places that were well rated and also covered under my insurance. I knew that there could be a wait to get in but Bryan (Manager) was great to work with and got me started within 2 weeks of my calling. The place is run very efficiently and Bryan really works with you to accommodate any scheduling that may be a concern. I have worked with Nicco, Rudy and Em. All of them have been great and bring very diverse refreshing ways of trying to overcome my pain and helped build my strength. I am so glad I got to work with all of them. All in all, an amazing place and everyone really does care and does wonders. I am still continuing treatment and can say there has been a world of difference since I started in November to now. I am so glad I found this place and love working with everyone. More importantly it has made a real difference in how I am now dealing with my pain which has significantly improved. Thank you all!

Experiencia fantástica: I am writing this to thank Frances Tran for the excellent help that she gave me. I had rather severe pain from a slipped disc in my spine. After one month of exercise, the pain was reduced to a bearable level. During the sessions, there were exercises that were not agreeable to me. She was able to come up with alternatives for me.

From the scheduling to the therapy itself everyone has been so kind and helpful. They were able to accommodate our busy schedules and the therapists were always on time. My daughter recovered quickly from her injury and we owe most of that to the wonderful therapists. My family highly recommends this practice!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve come to Evergreen as a professional dancer for two different injuries that have pulled me out of work and both times I was restored in such a short amount of time. I even ended up stronger than I was before both injuries. They’re diligent and have Physical Therapists that really understand the body mechanics of a dancer.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing. A pinched nerve in my neck was causing me extreme pain. Bryan was able to schedule an appointment for me immediately. Nico, the physical therapist, worked miracles. Most of the pain was gone a week after my first visit and vastly improved by the third visit. He clearly explained what was going on, what he was doing and all the exercises I needed to do.

Experiencia fantástica: Evergreen PT has been THE best physical therapy site I have experienced. They have the most caring, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. I came in with some back issues. I had a outpatient procedure done on my lower back and my doctor recommended pt. I had trouble bending, slight spasms, and even walking, standing and sitting sometimes was a bit much. The minute you walk in, Bryan greets you with a friendly smile and he was always on top of scheduling my appointments. My pt therapist, Lor-Shing, guided me with exercises to help me recover to doing things I didn’t think I would be able to do anymore. She supported and motivated me when I had my doubts. I had been to other physical therapy places and they passably just go through the motions. Ex: Have me get on a bike set a timer and walk away. Timer was done, ok next thing and same concept no explanation and/or guidance. Lor-Shing wouldn’t do that, she would guide me through every exercise and explain why it would help my certain problem areas. She never once walked away, she coached me, cheered me on and was so very sensitive to my needs. After I graduated so to say, I was able to bend with flexibility, was knowledgeable of exercises to help me IF for some reason I needed to target certain areas and I am walking, standing/sitting for long periods without any pain again. You will not be disappointed coming here and if I ever need physical therapy in the future I will definitely return. Thanks Evergreen staff your THE GREATEST!!!

Experiencia positiva: The facility is spacious and clean. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Just be sure to follow up on billing as my payments were not properly processed and I received a sizable bill even though I had already paid more than what was due after insurance.

Experiencia fantástica: Always professional and communicative. My daughter's therapist, Brian, was fun and patient as she is 10. Results were quick, and we would definitely return if needed.

Experiencia fantástica: As a Medicare patient, I feel so fortunate to have my physical therapy covered at Evergreen Physical Therapy facility that is now located on Hudson in Pasadena in a very clean, up to date, and well managed building. My neck problems and lower back issues have been helped so much by my sessions with Brian, an excellent therapist. He is so good at presenting me with exercises that help my particular problems. I absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough. There is also a very upto date gym that I have been able to use on several occasions. They offer a reasonable monthly fee for use and trainer consultation. Try this place and you will be as convinced as I am that they are the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Over 6 years ago I broke my neck in a surfing accident. My neurosurgeon at the time told me I could never achieve my goals to becoming a firefighter. I went to Evergreen physical therapy after my injury. The staff here is amazing. Great personalities and they are able to help you achieve your goals. I wanted to prove to my neurosurgeon that he was wrong. I truly believe the work evergreen did with me to rehab my neck led to a 100% recovery in my injury. My neurosurgeon told me he was wrong. I could in fact continue to strive towards my goal of becoming a firefighter. After my recovery I was excited to see evergreen develop the PT Lab where I could really train in functional fitness. I am happy to report that I ultimately proved the surgeon wrong as I am starting my career as a firefighter next week. I could not have achieved my dream if it weren’t for the incredible staff at Evergreen.

I was fortunate enough to find Evergreen by calling multiple places and seeing who could see me first after being in too much pain to walk. My experience here has been phenomenal - by far the best place I’ve gone to for physical therapy. Experiencia fantástica: Over the past decade or so I have received physical therapy for various "old age" injuries and ailments at different physical therapy offices with varying degrees of success. After knee replacement surgery I decided to seek a new office that could provide a higher level of service and success. My neighbor, a PT from Kaiser recommended Evergreen and put me in contact with Dave and Bryan over Thanksgiving weekend, 2021. Bryan, office manager par excellence, was able to work a miracle and got me in on the Monday after Thanksgiving. My initial evaluation and treatment was with Carlos and Nico. My main rehab has been with Frances and Em. I also saw Krissy for one visit as a sub. All have been excellent with their knowledge, treatment and encouragement and consistency in treatment and follow-up. I am now moving and walking like a "normal" person. My knew knee is now better than the old knee! In fact my other physical ailments, back pain, hip pain and sciatica have also improved. It is nice to be able to walk, bike, golf sleep, and move with little or no pain. Also a shout-out for a clean, modern, spacious and well run facility which is more important than ever in this age of Covid. Thank you again, especially to Bryan, Frances and Em for your excellent care and for laughing at my jokes. I'll see you soon with when I get the other knew knee! Bennett.

Experiencia fantástica: The team at Evergreen was fantastic and helpful! After years of sports, including college lacrosse, and outdoor activities, I finally suffered my first major injury in Fall 2021. I was referred to Evergreen by a friend and was careful in my selection since I was told by my surgeon rehab would be a 6-12 month process. The team, Brian and Isaac, treated me so well. Brain was proactive in scheduling appointments out while Isaac helped me slowly gain mobility again and then an emphasis on sport-specific movements. I started weekly rehab in October 2021 and just wrapped up my final session in April 2022. I'm extremely thankful for Evergreen and for them literally helping me get back on my feet and being able to walk, run, hike, and snowboard once more.

Experiencia fantástica: I can honestly say that going to physical therapy at Evergreen has made such a positive impact in my life. I was suffering horrible pain in my left arm. I was unable to do simple tasks. Fortunately, I started going to Evergreen and I feel so much better. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming. My physical therapist is so amazing in showing me the correct way to do the exercises needed to heal my pain. I look forward to my weekly appointment because I know I will get the help I need to recover. Experiencia fantástica: I walked into Evergreen in incredible pain and more scared than I had ever been that I wouldn't find any relief from it. Ashley worked with me and calmly reassured me on that first day that the pain qpupd become manageable and I would be able to do many of the activites that I love. 3 months later I am cycling, hiking and swimming again. Experiencia fantástica: When my back went out on me my insurance allowed me to choose from several Physical Therapy businesses in Pasadena. So I called approximately five businesses. Bryan at Evergreen is the reason why I chose to go with them. Bryan's voice was so chill, relaxed, and nice and he took his time to answer my questions without sounding rushed so I instantly knew that Evergreen would be the perfect environment for me. And I was right. Krissy was assigned as my P. Therapist. (I swear the Universe conspired to bring us together, lol) She was very attentive, patient, answered all my questions, and I felt safe with her. I learned that "movement is medicine". I learned not to be afraid of my back going out on me because going to physical therapy did not mean that my back was going to stop going out on me immediately. What going to physical therapy meant for me was that I was being given the tools to strengthen my core and as a result lowering the frequency of my back going out on me. (eventually I hope to the point of not having an episode) I was learning to move my body in a new way so that I could personally feel physically strong. One week Krissy went on vacation and guess what? My back went out on me. I panicked a little. I took a deep breath and reminded myself that I could jump start my recovery. I applied every physical therapy move I had learned thus far from Krissy and moved my body through the pain without being afraid. I was still very sore with my next appt with Krissy but I had a newfound perspective in regards to my body. I witnessed how physical therapy does help to heal the body if you participate in your own recovery. The more I went to physical therapy the stronger I felt and it motivated me to be even more active. (a shout out to Nick as well who covered for Krissy for a few days. He also taught me some very valuable Pt moves) Eventually I felt good enough to cut the cord and leave Evergreen. Did my back go out on me again after I left? Yes it did. But having the physical therapy experience had created a new synapse in my brain and this time there was absolutely no panic. The Physical therapy taught me to be mentally stronger than my pain. I was able to approach the back pain calmly and I recovered quickly. The back pain episodes seem to be lessening. I am incorporating the physical therapy moves I learned every other day as part of my daily regime. I'm truly a believer that physical therapy truly is medicine and I am grateful to Evergreen for teaching me this lesson. Thank you Evergreen!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Evergreen Physical Therapy staff are amazing. They were so patient and kind with me. I love the different services they offered because it all worked together to help my body heal from a surgery that went wrong. I have had lower back pain and mild scoliosis in my mid back. The team offered pilates for strengthening my lower legs and sciatica issues from the surgery and provided very useful techniques and exercises. Brian, who operates the front desk was always kind and patient. The staff never made me feel like a burden or as if I am asking too many questions. Plus the staff was very nice and encouraging while I attended my PT sessions. I have been to other PT locations, but this by far has been the most resourceful with great results and the friendliest team. Plus they also offer red light therapy that helps with nerve damage.

Experiencia fantástica: Before my treatment I could barely lift my hand without a LOT of pain. Turns out I have "Tennis Elbow." Dave treated me with the laser and fitted me with a small brace. WHAT A DIFFERENCE A DAY MAKES! My pain was significantly reduced the next day, and has continued to improve. I'm looking forward to my next laser treatment (this afternoon, in fact). Thank You! Experiencia fantástica: Evergreen physical therapy is an amazing clinic. I have come so far working with Krissy and Dave! I am so psyched to be running and climbing again. The 1 hour one-on-one care model is how every physical therapy clinic should be run. As an athlete as well as someone who works in orthopedics, I have seen my fair share of PT clinics. I can say hands down that Evergreen is amazing and goes above and beyond. They are so knowledgeable and really focused on getting to the root of the issue. I can't recommend Evergreen highly enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Dave Johnson saved my life. Okay, okay, he didn't literally bring me back from death, but he sure as hell gave me my life back! I've had back pain since I was in high school (many, maaany years ago). My problem came and went, with no sense of when or why. Earlier this year it was the worst it's ever been. Usually my pain would subside after a few days, maybe a week. I was in pain for MONTHS. A friend invited me to a seminar Dave was giving. I loved Dave's energy and his approach to PT and healing. I went in for a consultation and he was certain he could help. Help he did! Dave provided a sequence of exercises/movements for me to work on, and after a few sessions was able to find the true root cause of my pain . I noticed improvement very quickly. I'm happy to say that I've been pain free for several months. I went for a follow up last week, just to check my progress and see what additional workouts I could start doing, etc. Dave doesn't want to see me again for 6 months! Which is kind of sad, because Dave is awesome, but also so exciting because that means the work we did together paid off! I can't recommend Evergreen enough. The staff is always super nice and courteous and the therapy is worth every cent. Thank you for letting me be able to be me again!

These are the most competent and caring people I’ve had the good fortune to run into. I’ve had a stellar experience there and have benefitted more than just physically. It’s unusual to find such professional and friendly people in one place. I highly recommend them, and know you will be equally satisfied and delighted with their care.

Experiencia fantástica: Dave Johnson and team relieved my teen daughter’s severe, debilitating migraines and she got her life back! Before treatment at Evergreen PT she was in so much daily pain she could barely leave the house. For 2 years she saw many specialists with no relief. While waiting to see one of the top migraine neurologists in the country (who only accepts the most difficult cases), we heard about Dave treating migraines successfully. His initial exam was extremely thorough and at the end he said ‘there’s something going on with her occipital nerve.’ He did her first treatment and she felt immediate relief. When my daughter finally saw her migraine neurologist, he came to the same conclusion as Dave - her migraines involved her occipital nerve and asked if my daughter had tried PT. Because Dave was on the right track he recommended she stay with him. My daughter now has a normal life thanks to Dave and his team. Every therapist at Evergreen is a kind and gifted healer. I can not recommend them more highly. They look to fix the root cause of pain, not just provide temporary fixes.

Experiencia fantástica: I do not even know how I hurt my back, but I was experiencing pain while sitting, standing, driving, even cooking. Dave assessed my situation and in less than an hour, he knew what the problem was caused by and was able to fix it. I left the clinic pain-free and the very next day was able to do yard work! I am grateful for the compassion and expertise shown me by Dave Johnson.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a partial tear of my trapezius muscle about a week ago. I saw Nick a couple times and he helped me get my ROM back quickly and I was back in the gym in 6 days, doing light work but still I was amazed at the speed of recovery. He also went out of his way to go over ways to strengthen stabilizer muscles so this injury doesn't happen again. I highly recommend seeing Nick for your PT needs!

Experiencia fantástica: I've only been three times since I had back surgery, however this office and the people in it have really made me feel welcome. After having back surgery at a young age, I was nervous going into PT. Dave and his staff are wonderful and have made my transition easy. I have more work to do but am happy I chose Evergreen.
