Experiencia fantástica: Let me start by saying that I know how hard it is to find good care for our elders. After considering two additional facilities our family ultimately decided that this location was the best. The staff is very friendly attentive and professional. They answered all questions and concerns we had in regards to our family member. The facility is very clean which was extremely important to us. Leaving there we felt our relative was safe and in great hands. Thank you FootHills Heights for making a hard decision easier for us.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to the nursing home to see my aunt today and I thought it was so cute that I found her in there making bracelets with her friends. My aunt has been in the home for about 2 years. She loves it there, she says everyone is good to her and I love that.

Experiencia negativa: FOOTHILL HEIGHTS CARE CENTER 1515 N. FAIR OAKS AVE PASADENA,CA.91103 ADM: SHERRY This facility is the worst I have ever had to deal with. They drug their patietnts so they don't have to deal with them. Granted some patients are difficult, but they are human beings. If they can't handle difficult patients, get another job. I had to file compalints with various organizations. Even their rating in USA TODAY shows them at a 1, whih means LOUZY! Do not let your loved ones be transferred to this facility. They might end up dead by overdosing on their drugs.

Experiencia fantástica: I work in the neighborhood and I was looking for a place for a very close friend of mine, so I went in to tour a few nursing facilities in the area. When I walked in everyone was super friendly and nice. They all greeted me with a smile. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me and my friend through his unfortunate health decline. Even if you’re not looking for a nursing facility or if you have questions about the process, guidelines, insurance, verification etc, I highly recommend this place for resources and information.

Experiencia fantástica: My mother works here for 21 years she started at house keeping and worked her way to dsd. I have seen this buildings since I was a little girl, I saw all the changes and now the buildings is at the best it’s ever been. I recommend.

The environment that was presented to my family and I felt like the team is friendly and they immediately made me feel like family. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a skilled nursing facility for their loved one.

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t usually write reviews but I will for this nursing home that took such amazing care of my aunt. I was so scared at the very thought of my loved one going to a nursing home during the whole pandemic and hearing about so many patients dying of covid but the staff at foothill heights held my hand through the whole process from start to finish . The facility itself is so clean and welcoming. The amazing nurses treated my aunt so well like she was family and made sure she had everything she needed at all times. Best of all the team there got her back home to me covid free and fully recovered from her injury. Thank you again amazing healthcare workers at Foothill Heights.

They helped me find what I needed and their rates are very affordable. I will refer many other patients to their facilities in the near future. They helped my family as well.I needed to take care of my grandmother and they gave me pointers on how to care for her. Their website has useful information and allows you to speak to an medical assistant and schedule and appointment at their facility. I really loved how they welcomed me with open arms!
