Was able to diagnose the cause which was needing to stretch, and at home exercises to prevent it from getting worse. I like the attention and have been a number of times.. also appointments are on time.

Experiencia fantástica: I just wrapped up 16 sessions at Trinity Physical Therapy. This was my third PT clinic to visit in Houston, and by far the best. The place is different: the ambience is welcoming and energizing; the office and gym are immaculate; the entire staff is always courteous, kind, and engaging. The owner, Dr. Eric Santiago, clearly honors the military and his faith (hence the name). The staff performs as a team; no matter which provider I saw I received the same type treatment and progression – and this was active treatment by professionals (as opposed to someone supervising me stretching). Trinity Physical Therapy is awesome and highly recommended.

After shoulder surgery I came here in some pretty good pain. They had a very detailed, progressive plan. After just 6 weeks, I have most of my mobility back with very little pain. Experiencia negativa: The staff is friendly, however, I feel I was discriminated against because they assumed my HIV status for the medication I was taking and refused to do dry needling. They did not consult with me or my PCP about my medical condition and when shown proof of lab result, they deemed it insufficient.

Experiencia fantástica: I began my period of physical therapy starting 1 week after my first total knee replacement operation. Recovery went smoothly. I was driving after ten days and was able to schedule my second total knee replacement after 6 weeks. The staff is professional with a tremendous amount of experience. Whether exercises or massages, they provided everything I needed and I was back to full range of motion in what my surgeon thought was record time.

They worked on my leg as well as working me out. I constantly was being checked on and talked to. Everyone was upbeat and encouraging. I am sad to be leaving this fine team, but glad to have my life back! I highly recommend you use this team.

The office is well run and the pricing is reasonable. I do want to note though, that the whole place has a pretty in your face right-wing republican style. The decor is crosses, military banners and blue lives matter flags. The playlist is a lot of Christian rock and country. The covid policies are lax. Again, good physical therapists, but not the best healing environment for some.

It was after about 5 sessions with Trinity Physical Therapy that I felt a ton better. Eric Santiago is amazing! He is super knowledegable and thorough and has great bedside manners. He still wanted me to go to a doctor first, because he had to be sure that I didn't have a spinal injury, which would require a different approach from a PT point of view. The staff are very personable and great to work with as well. I came in with a shoulder injury and after a few visits I was able to get back to the activities I love to do. What I really appreciated is that Dr. Eric was not just trying to force me into more visits than necessary. When he felt I was ready he told me and did not try to continue to make me come for more visits which I had to pay out of pocket for so he wasn't just trying to take my money. He is honest and I will be a loyal customer for whenever I need PT!

Dr. Eric explained the issues that he saw (from the referral) and how he was going to work with me in regards to getting my neck mobility back and help with posture issues. After 3 weeks of treatment I was told I didn’t have to come back as I had regained my mobility. Premises were clean, competent staff and above all, honest. I’d recommend it, a refreshing change. Just had to go back for some other issues and they offer the same competent, willing and helpful service as they did 3 years or so ago. Appreciate it.

I was very anxious going into therapy but Eric and his staff were extremely helpful in making this process very comfortable for me. By my graduation, Eric was able to get me full range of motion of my shoulder and gain strength in my arm that I hadn't had in years. Experiencia fantástica: These guys are the best. I have some compressed discs and periodic muscle spasms in my back and neck. Drs Eric and Ashley are awesome at pinpointing the problem child muscle groups, relieving the spasm and restoring movement quality. They use graston, cupping, dry needling, and are always up to speed on the latest and greatest from the PT industry. Micah, the PTA, and all the techs gave me all the individual attention I needed and consistently provided new challenges for me to tackle while strengthening my core and neck and increasing mobility. I cannot recommend them enough, and am sad to be moving away from an awesome group of people!

Eric was extremely knowledgeable and competent and did an amazing job evaluating and treating my physical problems. The staff was outstanding, kind, engaged, and fun to be around. I have an upcoming surgery and fully intend on making the trip back to Trinity PT for rehabilitation. Fully recommend, these guys are the real deal.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone told me shoulder surgery was the worst (and it wasn't fun) but I would get full recovery if I had good PT and followed through. Eric came highly recommended and did not disappoint. He was completely in tune to what was needed and how/when to push movement. I was amazed and never wanted to miss an appointment. I left each appointment ready for the day, the music was inspiring and the techs were awesome. While I was excited for my final PT appt., I was also a little sad to leave such an amazing crew. With my clumsiness, I am sure I will be back for something. :)

Experiencia fantástica: Eric and his staff are miracle workers; the answer to my prayers! I’ve had chronic and severe pain in my left hip and progressive loss of strength in my leg for years. I’d been to all types of doctors, had all types of scans, and endured weeks of ineffective physical therapy and back injections. Nothing helped. I thoroughly researched physical therapy clinics and Trinity had amazing reviews. All 5 stars. At my first visit Eric correctly identified the precise source of my pain. Over the past month, I have been going to Trinity twice a week. Eric is performing Graston technique, deep tissue rolling and dry needling on my hip. Though the treatments were agonizing at times, it is worth it. I am pain free and have been able to resume my hobbies of gardening and cycling. His staff is exceptionally friendly, efficient and kind. An added blessing is that Eric is a Christian and plays Christian workout music in his gym. I am continuing to get therapy once a week for a few months and then as needed. Without hesitation, I recommend Trinity Physical Therapy to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to seven physical therapy facilities in the past sixish years for recurring patellar dislocations. I underwent a ligament reconstruction surgery and Trinity is the second PT place I’ve been to post-surgery. Trinity is by far the most beneficial, enjoyable, and comforting PT experience. Eric is always willing to listen to your input and will add exercises/treatment plans if he thinks they actually will help you. The whole staff is hilarious and efficient. CeCe and Katherine are always friendly faces to start off your visit. I really can’t say anything negative about them. P.S. Their out of pocket pay is also very reasonable for those of us who have to deal with uptight insurances.

The attentive, kind, knowledgeable and absolutely fun staff are beyond exceptional at their job as well as being awesome people. Experiencia fantástica: I have been receiving PT for about a month and am Extremely happy with the results. Eric and the whole team are very professional and knowledgeable. I have suffered from an old injury that has turned into osteoarthritis. I haven’t been able to lift my arm over my head for several years and have had constant pain. In less than a month the pain is gone and the mobility is almost perfect. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I was in a car accident that left me with a broken neck and surgery on my C1-C2 vertebrae. I was referred to Eric based on his expertise of the spine. The treatment I received was amazing and I couldn't be happier. The staff are very professional, courteous, and respectful. After just a few weeks of treatment, the pain in my neck was completely gone and it was such a relief. I strongly recommend Eric and his wonderful team!

Experiencia fantástica: I had no experience with PT before coming here, but appreciated Trinity from Day 1. After 1.5 years of living with pain, it was greatly comforting to be professionally assessed, have the wounds identified, and learn how to better care for myself in the future. As an engineer, I was very curious about the biomechanics involved in the pain and Eric answered my myriad questions. Great atmosphere, and awesome staff; (hope yall are doing well!)
