Experiencia negativa: The receptionist I spoke with was highly unprofessional, impatient, and blatantly rude. I was put on hold numerous of times and then hung up on! Did not schedule appointment because of this unfortunately!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is very welcoming. You are continuously challenged and your feedback is incorporated in your treatment. There is little to no wait time and the atmosphere is a pleasant one.

Experiencia fantástica: When I couldn't make it to the other location, I came to Fairlawn and the care is top notch and they got me back to 100% as usual. I am really happy with my experience and will continue to go back as needed.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to Sports Med since I had issues with Plantar fascia. The staff is wonderful, especially Jackie upfront. They are always accommodating. They know what needs to be done to get you back on your feet or whatever ails you. Always feel at home here.

Experiencia fantástica: I must say my experience with Sports Medicine, has been one of greatest experience I've ever had, as far as recovering from a serious injury they have some of the best licensed physical Therapist in the State of New Jersey. No matter how busy they get, every patent is provided with individual quality service you are never rushed, or looked over. They even provide transportation for the patients that can not drive, no matter where you live. That's classified customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: SportsMed physical therapy put me right back on my feet. I had severely broken my left ankle and my orthopedic recommended me to SportsMed in FairLawn, NJ. I couldn't be more happier with the results. The doctors even including the staff , couldn't be anymore helpful in ever area pertaining to my recovery. If SportsMed was referred to you than I suggest waisting no more time picking up that phone and making that appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at the Fairlawn office is excellent. I am post op from a 2 disc back fusion and am in physical therapy. They follow exactly my doctors instructions on the script. The staff is Very friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. They take their time with you and give personal attention. I love coming here because everyone knows everybody and you feel like home. The transportation service is a plus and the driver is very personable and friendly. I would definitely recommend!!!!!

I have a very eradicate work schedule, i never know when im going to be done with work but they're incredibly flexible with me. Its never a long wait either they get you in quickly to see the therapist.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is a gem if you, like me, have a bad back. They are open 6 days/week and it is easy to make an appointment - you can usually get one the same day. The wait is typically minimal. The reception staff is competent (thanks, Jackie!) and friendly. For physical therapy, I usually see Jasmin, who is terrific, but my experience with other therapists has also been very positive. Overall, true professionals who have your best interests in mind!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best place to come for all your physical therapy and chiropractic needs. All the therapists are real professionals. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The place is neat and clean. They are always help to work out all issues with insurance (most other offices put it on you and you have to deal with insurance on your own - I learned it the hard way). They are also flexible with the schedule. I refer all my family, friends and coworkers here.

I always come to bring a friend to her therapy for the past year and I have seen a lot of change in the patients after they take their session. They have such happy environment and treat each other like family.

Pero todas las muchachas desde las de al frente como Yeili siempre me ayudan en todo lo que necesito es muy buena gente. Editha, Rachel me ah ayudado bastante, con mis dolores, JoAnn es muy buena también. Todos son como una familia otra mi los recomiendo mucho mucho. Aquí me quedare!!

Experiencia fantástica: What a fabulous location, and very helpful staff. Stephanie and Kiara go well out of their way to help their patients. My dad has a rare neurological condition that paralyzes him if he does not receive regular PT and medical attention. They not only help him get to/from his home, but they also make sure he receives the finest care. Would send my parents and friends here for sure.

Experiencia negativa: I have been coming to this location for a couple of years now mainly for Acupuncture/Cupping. Recently had to take a break due to insurance coverage, however, i resumed in August 2022. I scheduled these appointments during my lunch hour, so i am on a restricted time frame. The first appointment ran on time as i recall from prior attendances. The second and third appointment ran 20-30 min past my scheduled appointment time. Unlike PT, appointments for acupuncture were always timely. In and out, without any wait time. My third appointment was set for 12pm, but another patient arrived at 11:57 and was accepted; running into my appointment time. I was asked to wait a total of 20 minutes before being seen. The management of the office has decline tremendously since i last attended, which is a shame as i enjoyed going to SportsMed. Since there are 2 other offices within walking distance of SportsMed, i will be taking my care elsewhere.

Edith and Joanne are incredible, Dr Emma is the best in the biz, and all of the PT Aides (especially Paco, Alyssa & Denys) are so so helpful. Experiencia fantástica: All staff at SportsMed in Fair Lawn are extremely friendly and helpful throughout the therapy process. The admins are very knowledgeable about any insurance related questions (and more), the PT techs/aides are very attentive and knowledgeable, and the therapists really care about your recovery. During the COVID crisis, they observed all required policies like required temperature checks, masks, and limiting the number of patients to socially distance. Most important of all, the therapy has significantly enhanced my injury recovery. I highly recommend everyone to go here!

They are flexible in terms of working with my schedule, and really just very accommodating in every regard. I've gone for a few different issues now (neck, back, TMJ), and they've always been able to get me to a better state with whatever is troubling me. Their entire clinic operates like a well-oiled machine; there's seldom ever a time I have to wait to get seen. I highly recommend SportMed!
