Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this Cora physical therapy location. The therapists are all highly trained and so caring. I recovered very fast after hip replacement surgery with the help of all the men and women at this facility.

I have been attending Cora (West Pines) for several months, due to a car accident. I have had the pleasure of working with all the physical therapists. Mayte, Karina, Michelle, Ian, Gil, Rafael and Natalia. They are very professional and caring, always looking out for me. I am on the road to recovery and very grateful Cora Physical Therapy (West Pines) has been there every step of the way to get me back whole again. Front Desk Operations- Top notch as well. Experiencia fantástica: Kim, OT at Cora, is amazing she has been helping me for several weeks now for a broken wrist. When I started seeing her 7 weeks after the break I was in so much pain I couldn't do anything with my hand. She has worked with me patently with compaction but still pushing me out of my comfort zone. I am no longer wearing a brace and can hold my coffee cup. I would highly recommend her to anyone having pain or trouble with movement.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to Cora before for therapy and found the staff to be very nice and professional; however for the past 2 weeks I have been going for therapy for my left hip and worked with Claudia who has been the best therapist I have been to she's very hands on And efficient she knows her job very well not only with me But other patients. She is the true definition of what a therapist should be She pushes me to want to do more as a result of her Wanting me to do better I have now been going to the gym at my home and doing water exercises which normally I would not have done. I strongly recommend this place and highly recommend Claudia as a therapist.

I am seeing two occupational therapist at this location, however I really felt like Ricardo was a phenomenal therapist. He’s personable, approachable, listens to you and is very hands on. Although exercises are important, he really spends time and puts effort in working the effected area. I strongly recommend him and consider him to be a great asset to CORA therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I am writing this review about my parents treatment at the Cora in west pines. My parents have had a great experience every time they go to this facility for therapy. They feel the therapists and staff are all very caring and professional. My parents have been going to therapy for a couple weeks now and they say they feel a big improvement and less pain. Karina and Rafael have treated them exceptionally, like if they were family. They are very thorough in their treatment from explaining exercises to their plan of care. My parents look forward to going to therapy every week and I am so thankful that they are in such good hands and are really being taken care of! I highly recommend this facility.

Experiencia fantástica: Ok. My review is going to be a little lengthy, but it's worth it. And CORA Health West Pembroke Pines is absolutely more than worth it. I have had a pain in the ball of my foot which has gotten increasingly worse over the last couple years and had now affected my walking, causing me much back pain, and nothing (I tried everything) helped. Until I met KARINA at CORA. I had never tried Physical Therapy before (couldn't afford it) and didn't know what to expect. But Karina was like the daughter I never had. She was kind and patient and obviously caring and so interested and invested in my well-being. And she knew her job well. She helped me through many exercises and treatments, even explaining them in detail so I could continue the work at home, in between visits. We still have a way to go, but for the first time in years, I can walk without constant pain and discomfort. I have more work to do, like finding and wearing the right shoes, those with proper support for my metatarsalgic area (ball of the foot). I also have to rest my foot more and do simple exercises while sitting. This is all heaven to me as I never expected such relief. Add to this outstanding work that Karina does, and the positively indescribable care that Karina has given me, she has the most delightful sense of humour and pleasantness that makes my time at CORA one that I look forward to every day. I always leave there with a lightness and a joy that takes me through my day. As an aside, I have watched her as she goes about with her duties with other patients, and I know that they also feel specially treated and handled with care. YEAH, KARINA!!!!!! Thanks so much for everything you do and for being you and for sharing you with us. You are a blessing and I wish lots of blessings on you and your work and your life. And of course, thanks to all the staff of CORA Health West Pembroke Pines, especially Meagan, Rafael and Lucy. (Sorry but those are the only ones I have dealt with, and know their names.) Experiencia fantástica: I’d like tell you about my therapist Ricardo Presa. I found he is most professional and encouraging physical therapist. I had 3 therapists since my surgery and even though they were at different stages of my process, with them did I feel as much improvement in my recovery as I found Mr Presa methods. He explains every step as I have progressed and always addresses any questions or concerns I have had. He pushes me to work thru to improve my arms mobility by setting expectations to the next step in my recovery. In other words I always know in advance what I have to work towards next and this encourages me to work towards that goal making it part of the recovery process. I want to let you know in my opinion, Mr Presa is a professional in every way and this makes him a great asset to your team as well as to anyone who has him as their therapist. Experiencia negativa: A worry husband ... To my wife this was the wrong choice, She had a foot surgery a few months back and my insurance allow me to have 60 therapies per year, but since the first days her therapist Karina was reluctant to give her the number of therapies our Doctor send her. She keep saying that there was nothing more to do , that She was going to be limping the rest of her life . She decided to do only 25 of 36 therapies that our doctor send. To me was weird, my insurance pay for it and was my wife’s recovery in her hands. After asking her several times to continue with the therapy I decide to find another services provider ( Therapy Now ) where To our surprise We found several people complaining about CORA. Now after a few more therapies My wife is walking perfectly . So, if you need professional and considerate treatment consider a different option, your well being is in jeopardy.

Once I got Mom there it was amazing her physical therapist Karina is the best she actually works in my mother individually because she's in a wheelchair and gives her much needed attention. my mom likes her as well I have to give a shout out to Christina the receptionist she definitely helps me with my scheduling because Mom is very busy with occupational physical and speech therapy the fact that we drive 40 minutes to the place speaks a lot for it I got to say everybody there is so friendly respectful and I really like the way they take care of my mom thank you everybody at Cora physical therapy for all your time your patience and showing how much you care for your clients.

Experiencia fantástica: I started attending this facility in June after another place cancelled my first evaluation visit. The first 3 weeks I cycled through 4 different therapists, all very nice but the improvement was probably 50%. I took a couple weeks off and when I returned Sandra did the follow up evaluation and since then the change has been remarkable. The exercises she has recommended for strength and the massages have been the difference.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place (Cora West Pembroke Pines) to have your therapy at. I had a shoulder surgery (Latarjet procedure) about 2 months ago and the improvement I’ve had is tremendous. I am happy with my therapist Sandra Correa, she listens to your concerns, takes her time to help you get better and alleviate your pain plus you can tell she enjoys what she does. Awesome therapist. I would recommend this place to anyone the staff is nice, friendly and they get to know you like you are part of the family. Thankbyou guys for a great service.

Experiencia fantástica: I've recently taken my elderly mother to Cora Rehab center. As I'm sure anyone with an elderly parent knows, this can be a difficult and trying process. To say my mother can be headstrong would be an understatement so I was nervous to say the least. Every time we walk in, Jennifer always has a HUGE smile on her face and always greets us by name which really goes a long way to make myself and my mother feel more comfortable. She is very professional and is always willing to help us. My mother's therapist Justin is by far the best therapist. Experiencia negativa: Cora West Pembroke Pines location in Florida failed to provide me with the information about the cost of each session on my first visit and the following visits. The very 1st day the front desk lady told me not to worry about it. That they will work with the insurance. And recommend 12 sessions. After a few sessions I ask again to provide the balance, and she says that next visit, she will give it to me, that she was not able to see it on the system. The next time I went I refuse to go into session until she gave me the price. It is very unprofessional and unacceptable to fail to provide the cost to a patient. I never imagined the amount I had to pay would be that high. It took me by surprise the amount per session because unfortunately the service and the therapy provided is not worth that amount of money. If I had known the price per session, I would have never done more that one session. I cannot afford to Pay $61.18 per session. My current bill is $519.09, and I cannot afford it. I am very disappointed, and I feel your company took advantage by not providing the pricing.

I went through 4 weeks, 3 times a week of treatment and each visit I arrived in pain and left feeling more and more like myself after each visit. Everyone if the staff members is a constant professional; Luke DeGracia was my PT. Engaged, patient, and accommodating, Luke challenged me every visit. If I ever have to go back to PT, I will go to here, and ask for Luke.

While this center is a small storefront, they have sufficient equipment to service the patients since they schedule appointments accordingly. The reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is: the reception desk ladies are sweet and helpful, but my calls routed to voicemail were never returned, not even hours later.

My therapist, Justin, was very helpful in getting me in better shape again. Also Jennifer and Nathalia, the front desk ladies, would always greet me by my name and made me feel welcomed every time I came for my appointment.

Experiencia negativa: The staff is not professional! The ladies at the front office don’t work properly, they just make fun and laugh each other. They made a mistake with my son appointment and I paid the consequence just because they don’t know how to work, not even an apologize. One of the patient told me they do that all the time. I don’t recommend this place at all !!

Experiencia positiva: I gave this place 3 stars because the PT's that work in Cora are good people. But they are seriously over booked. The amount of hands on time you get with one PT is very limited and as they work on you their attention is also on the other patients assigned to them, which can get annoying after a while. I was told they book up to 5 at patients per PT at once. PT's do the best they can considering it's a cattle call type of atmosphere, where privacy portions are barely used. I was there for a frozen shoulder and needed a comprehensive plan of exercise and manual therapy (massage) PT's either don't have enough time to do massage or don't want to. I was lucky my PT Sandra was certified to use a ETPS.. electrical therapy point stimulation, which helped but was only used on me twice, because she had no time to do it, even though I was doing exercises on my own most of the time. I'm not sure how this place got such great reviews, but thinking that lots of elderly patients go there, that don't know any better and don't use the internet. Too much down time, patients take cat naps while they wait. Would I recommend CORA? if you are looking for proactive treatment and the best positive results? NO. Did I like my PT's? YES. But when a company is greedy they set up their employees to fail.

Mi fisioterapeuta fue Sandra, una muchacha muy capacitada y competente en la actividad que realiza, pero todos los trabajadores de este centro nos hacen tener una estancia agradable mientras recibimos el tratamiento. Le recomiendo CORA a todos los que necesiten asistir a un centro de rehabilitación, con certeza de que van a comprobar lo que aquí les digo.
