Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful Doctor as well as wonderful staff. I was in a car accident and in a lot of pain. Today is my last appointment and i feel great. My father (long haul driver) has been coming to see Dr. Terry Eldridge since i was young. He said Dr. Eldridge is the best that he has seen. I have to agree based on my own personal experience. Thank you to Dr. Eldridge and his staff for their wonderful care.

Thank goodness for Dr. Randy Gelow - Banner Health for sending me to Arizona Pain Specialist- Glendale to take care of all fibromyalgia issues, even after the Spinal Cord Stimulator in 2023, they take care of medication, Chiropractic care, and any other therapy I need. I wish I knew about them in 2012 when my life feel apart and could no longer work. Thanks ladies and Dr. Terry for everything. ❤️

Everyone in the office was professional and kind. The doctor was a very personable, he scheduled appointments for me to have some tests. Unfortunately for me they were unable to help me so my hunt for a cure for my particular condition continues

Experiencia negativa: I believed these reviews and find them impossible to be true. This place is a scam! The NP was nice, however they billed extremely high prices and way out of line compared to regular doctor's offices. They gave be a velcro knee brace and charged my insurance almost $800 for it. I had a cortisone injection and they charged the insurance over 5k! I received physical therapy and never saw an actual therapist. After paying 3 co-pays for each visit, they are now billing me for more money. I have called multiple times with no response. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Experiencia negativa: I had a less than satisfactory experience with AZ Pain Relief - Lake Pleasant. Their service was subpar, with phones often going unanswered. The odd operating hours were inconvenient, and the constant turnover of physical therapy techs made it hard to establish a consistent routine. What's worse, they continued charging me for services I no longer received, including the unreasonable $25 no-show fees, showing a willingness to take money at any opportunity.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing therapists, Dr's, nurse practitioners, and staff - everyone is kind and helpful and knowledgeable. They've been wonderful to work with and made the one-stop shop experience so great! I would do my PT, trigger point injections, and get adjusted all in one visit, and that saves so much time and energy than going to different locations for each treatment! I'm going to miss these wonderful people! They've become family! I highly recommend this location if you need any physical therapy, chiropractic care, or injections for pain. They are so fantastic!!!

I'm turning these folks into the Arizona State Department of Insurance. Not only did they NOT SOLVE my back pain, they are fraudulent in their billing practices

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone here has been very professional and helpful in my recovery. Sara and Ashley have been wonderful in my rehab work, along with Dr. Terry getting my body aligned. I want to acknowledge the amazing, awesome and beautiful Dr. Myers! She was able to get a spot of my upper back to move and release which caused immediate relief. She also went above and beyond to work on my shoulder which has been messed up for decades. Her care to what is causing me pain and finding relief was amazing, awesome, and beautiful. I want to thank everyone that has been involved in my care!

Experiencia negativa: The PA I saw didn't have the first clue what to do with my muscle pain. Rather than refer me to someone more experienced, she sat there mystified until I excused myself. But what really gets me is that AZ Pain then insisted on charging me $100 for a 3 minutes of a confused mid-level. That's not equitable and they should've walked away with the insurance money, but I guess that wasn't enough. FYI this operation is just a feeder for their DCs to get a hold of you and start running up billings. If you've got pain, talk to your PCP. These DC's aren't clinicians and only exacerbate underlying conditions for some short-term relief. Not a solution my friends!

Experiencia fantástica: I first came here to treat severe neck, shoulder, and lower back pain. My job involves a lot of repeated motion and it’s done a number on my body. After my treatment I can confidently say I feel way better than when I started. The comprehensive treatment involved stretches with PT, trigger point injections, chiropractic adjustments, and stretches at home with a neck roll. The entire staff is fantastic. Their front desk, Chloe and Kayla, are always helpful, friendly, and accommodating to a busy schedule. The case manager, Emily, was very transparent when it came to breaking down my out of pocket and insurance coverage. The PT techs, Ashley and Sarah, are funny, efficient, and easy to work with. The nurse practitioner, Alie, is hilarious and does a great job with trigger point injections. Dr. Terry, the chiropractor, is very pleasant and has a nice, chill demeanor for a guy that cracks vertebrae all day. I always feel better after walking out of this office and I’ll definitely be back for the occasional treatment. I highly recommend this location. Thank you all for making my pain so much better!

Experiencia fantástica: PT can be challenging, to say the least. Saying the least would be an injustice to the quality of the treatment I have experienced at Ashley’s more than competent care. Not only does sge work wonders, but Kudos to the entire staff for the atmosphere they create. They are more than friendly and creative an atmosphere that is conducive to achieving results. Humor is always evident and goes a long way towards making an otherwise unpleasant experience bearable. Keep up the good work.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my initial visit today with Ashley Warner, therapist at Lake Pleasant office. I have never been more impressed with her thoroughness, efficiency, knowledge and ability. I was sore when I left, but I felt like I was given the best exam possible. I hurt when I got there, and the pain was minimal when I left. If her treatments on me turn out as well as my initial exam, I will definetly be better off. I am looking forward to starting my.therapy.

Experiencia negativa: This place is running a insurance scam! Do not trust them. My wife kelly barott went here. We did regret our decision to come here. After 4 months of going every week our payments had stopped we were ready to part ways . however Dr terry told us there was a way we could still be helped and continue to go see him through medicare hardship without payments. So we took his word and still went for adjustments the next 2 months on Dr terry word we would be coveredd and not owe money as we are struggling. After 2 months Dr terry told. us there was nothing more he could do for her neck and spine because they were so bad. So we understood and parted ways and thanked him for the extra help. Imagine our horror when we just got a bill for almost $500. 6 months after all of this from az pain relief. They lied to us and charged us but dont worry az pain relief and Dr terry now were coming for you. We never signed anything authorizing extra payments after your original agreement of four months was over. Expect a court date soon because we will not be paying that bill

Experiencia fantástica: I was very satisfied with the care I received at Arizona Pain Relief. Every team member was professional and courteous. I was suffering with sciatica and was pretty much anchored to my couch. After working with their team I am in much better shape. I can do a lot more activities without pain. Prior to coming here I had been working with several other doctors for over 9 months with no progress whatsoever. I had been trying to get an epidural steroid injection with my prior team and they could not get me in for two months. That’s when I decided to come here. They had my injection procedure done in 2 days. Unfortunately that treatment didn’t work for me. But with trigger point injections, PT and chiropractic care the team here had me feeling much better in just a few weeks. I especially liked having the multi disciplines under the same roof and centrally coordinated. It seemed my prior doctors just passed me from one discipline to the other.

I’ve dealt with so many of the staff and they are awesome…from Dr. Terry and NP Bauman to the PT staff that have worked with me to include Ashley, Rachel, and Sidney. Heck even Casey and Carina (forgive me but I think I got that name wrong) up front are awesome. I genuinely feel welcome there despite the fact that I am a complete jack wagon of a clown but hey I have fun with it. They also are genuinely concerned with making me feel better!!

My whole right side has been in pain off and on for many years. My low back is doing well , a month befor coming to AZ. Pain relief iI had to go to the ER do to the pain in the low back and now I it doing really good. They are still working on the neck and upper shoulder, I have gone from a constant nagging pain level of a 8-9 down to a 3-4. . Mattie and her magic fingers find all the right spots to help relieve the pain. I think it the whole team that make their system of pain relief work.

Unable to deal with the pain I contacted Az pain relief and they made a plan for me of therapy and adjustments.....im so glad I did it and stuck to it because 5 months later I'm almost done and my pain level went from a 12 to a 2.....im able to workout and do my job with no pain. Please don't hesitate to go to them and get a better quality of life. Dr Terry and all the staff are friendly and know what they are doing to fix your problem.

Experiencia negativa: I made sure to call and ask if they accepted my insurance before going into the office and they told me over the phone that they do. Right off the bat I get told there's a $75 fee for x-rays that will get reimbursed by my insurance after treatment so I agree. A week later they have me schedule an appointment for treatment and I get pulled into an office to be explained what my options are. After a whole sales pitch I get told I am OUT of network and they want me to pay $1600 for neck pain treatment which is absurd. I ask why I was told they take my insurance over the phone and the saleswoman explains that they take out of network insurance but it only covers 20%? So first I was lied to, then charged $75 for x-rays and third I had my time wasted with 2 appointments for them to try to slap me with the "you're out of network" sales pitch. I am mind blown by the 4.9 star rating here which was the only reason I called them.

He's lessening my pain and listens to how I'm feeling and designs my plan accordingly. Alyssa seems to know when I need injections and when I don't. Dr Terry has helped me immensely. My neck and shoulder pain and knee pain is improving. I'm so glad I started a treatment plan.

They definitely make you feel welcomed. Then I'm off to do my physical therapy with Ashley and Sydney. Some days I'm worked very hard but I know they have my health in mind to get me feeling better. They are truly gifted. When doing my medical intake, Corinna listens to my problems with a smile and makes you feel comfortable. Ashley, Dr. Swick and Dr. Terry listen to my concerns and are able to help me with my pains. Dr. Ennis, to me, is a miracle worker as he gave me the ability to walk pain free. Experiencia fantástica: I started seeing Dr. Terri almost four years ago due to severe migraines. Since that time Dr. Terri had joined with Cactus Medical, which has now become Arizona Pain Relief. I have recently started a treatment plan in hopes of not having to have weekly adjustments. The physical therapists that I have been seeing are excellent. Thank you Ashley and Sydney. Dr Alyssa is the nurse practitioner who is in charge of my therapy and she is great as well. She takes the time to understand what is wrong and what is needed to fix it. When you enter the office you are greeted by KC and Brittany, always with a smile. They also do not require a patients to wear a mask, but you can if you prefer to.

Me and my wife went in for massages and physically therapy after a car accident.after I settled with the insurance, i made appointments. 1st day they asked for the insurance I made the settlement went with. They failed too contact the insurance too see if any coverage was gonna be taken of. Even asked them " is the insurance gonna take care of this? " response" yes ! "After a whole month they did not contact them and they billed me. They stated "they did everything they can too communicate with the insurance " which is false. They billed after a whole month. If they did everything they could too communicate, then it would have been taken care of on the first day !! After I gave them the information!!! I would recommend else where. Find some place thats more in tune with there customers, and who can be more informative and less Incompetent. Thank you Shelly

The whole staff is wonderful beginning with Shelley on the phone to her knowing us by our voices right as we walked through the door. Last time in, I mentioned getting a doctor appt for a cortisone shot and they said “we do those “ within 15 minutes, I had an x ray, a very good consultation and a cortisone shot plus a great follow up to what options I had in the next year or so. One stop shopping!!! I love them! Friendly staff when you walk through the door and during your whole visit at every stop!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of chiropractic care my whole life, and Dr. Eldridge is by far the best I have had the pleasure of visiting. He knows just the right technique to get every kind of pain and stiffness out of my back. There have been times when I woke up in the morning with a neck and back so stiff that I could hardly bear to stand up without a migraine forcing me to lay back down. I gave Dr. Eldridge's office a call and they always got me in on the same day (amazing!) One adjustment and the pain was virtually gone. I have been a patient here since I was in high school, and now that I have a husband and kids, I bring them here as well. I found that chiropractic was very helpful when my boys were newborns, as it straightened their backs out from the curved shape they are born with. I also love that they accept insurance, but even with their self-pay option, treatment is very affordable!

While I was primarily there for an assessment on one condition, Alyssa Bauman, FNP-C, listened carefully and quickly prioritized some other symptoms and ordered additional testing. Our case manager, Roxanne, was very thorough and helpful as well. We were impressed with how professional and knowledgeable each staff member was that we encountered. Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend! I had been experiencing sciatic pain for a long time. It became bad enough that I had difficulty walking, bending down, sitting, standing etc. We started off with epidurals which gave some relief. Then is was recommended we do Radiofrequency Facet Ablations. The results were amazing!! I can now go back to my job, hike, work out with weights again and do all the things I love to do. Being able to wake up pain free and sleep though the night again has been such a relief. The ENTIRE staff here is amazing! They all took a genuine interest in me. They listened, they worked with me, the saw me cry and heard my laughter when I began to feel better. I couldn't of done this or gone through what I did without their help.
