Experiencia fantástica: There is very little of my life that happens without pain. Lumbar and thoracic, myriad physical issues. When I first started seeing Dr. Jones and Jennifer, I couldn't sit, walk, or stand without excruciating nerve and muscle pain from several sources. Through their guidance and medical procedures, I am now able to drive, sit, and live a fairly normal life without opioids. Dr. Jones and Jennifer have worked diligently and with great care to figure out the best plan of action for my healthcare. The wonderful office staff greet me with smiles and I can generally get a chuckle out of one or two of them. Great office full of great people who actually try to work with their patients to help them live with less pain without pushing unnecessary drugs or procedures. Dr. McCunniff performed a laminectomy on my jacked-up lumbar which relieved pain I've been carrying around for a decade. I thank these people every day that I get up and get shit done because it's through their care that I've been able to get back to living.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient at the Peoria office for some time now, dealing with some bulging discs and extremely painful osteoarthritis, throughout my neck and back. Dr. Jones has been a godsend for me. After trying many different things (some worked slightly, but very temporarily), he recommended the radio frequency ablation, which has been a life changer! His bedside manner is amazing and I trust his wealth of knowledge and his guidance very much. Jennifer has also been absolutely amazing. She always takes her time to listen and actually HEAR me, which cannot be said with many specialists these days. Jennifer has helped me find solutions to my chronic, and sometimes debilitating pain, after years of seeing doctors who were only interested in the money they received from me and my insurance. My grandma has seen her for chronic pain and I went alongside her to an appointment so that I could understand more clearly the treatment plan that they have in store for her. Jennifer could not have been more thorough and kind in sharing the knowledge that she has in this area. Pain management isn’t about masking the condition with medications that cause other long term issues, but should and is about treating the source at The Pain Center. Experiencia negativa: Hi my name is Stephanie I will not be coming back to this place lied too me the whole time I had my tablet to show her imaging and notes and x-ray she wouldn’t even look at it then looked at my fiancé told him to put his phone away when he was not even on it proceed to talk to me wanted me to intervental stuff like injection and ablations I said they don’t work she goes if your looking for pain medication we don’t do that here I’m like well I’m not gonna do something that ain’t gonna help me in the long run which I didn’t ask for meds I asked what can help with my back pain cause I have a pars defect in my back compression disc and protrusion disc and she said come to The front they gave me a piece of paper with different pain clinics on there I’m like okay I go to The front I’m like do you guys do medication they go we do I’m like why was I lied too front desk also had a attuide with me but people in the long run do kratom it helps with pain so you don’t get that high feeling I get it from smoke shop lidquid is better just an FYI manger was even rude

I treat you well and they always try to make me feel comfortable. If they don't know how to pronounce my first name, they still. I was making me feel very comfortable.

Experiencia negativa: The nurse practitioner Jennifer lies in her chart notes. When you question anything she says she also doesn’t like it. They refused to give me pain meds because I take sleep meds when my doctor called them before they sent the referral and they said they would be able to give me something short term! When I called to have it changed the admin assistant was extremely rude and lied saying the info wasn’t there when I was looking on their website at my office visit notes. When I asked her for her name she told me hold on notated my account then hung up on me! I WILL NOT BE BACK HERE THEY ARE JUST AFTER THE INSURANCE MONEY AND JUST PUSH PROCEDURES TO BE ABLE TO BILL THE INSURANCE! THEIR ACTUAL DOCTOR SCHEDULE FOR ME TO BE OUT UNDER ANESTHESIA FOR A SIMPLE PROCEDURE THAT YOU WOULD STAY AWAKE FOR!!!! THEY ARE DEFINITELY MONEY HUNGRY PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Caring staff and very informative! My experience was first rate! Thank you Pain Center of AZ. After that initial visit, things went downhill from there. No communication on what they were going to do for me and thought the steroid shot from that first appt was all I'd need for upper arm pain. Previous Dr in Vegas did the same procedure with 18 months of relief. This initial shot lasted about a week and then was informed I had to get another shot which was a major hassle just getting seen an hour after scheduled appt. That shot did nothing and then was told that day I'd need another. Needless to say, I cancelled that appt and sorry I wasted all these months for nothing. Deanna, office manager, is a hard working professional and that's the only good thing about the place. She can't do it all, wish she could!

Experiencia negativa: I am so perturbed! Why does this practice keep this NP Jennifer? She is rude. She shows no compassion. Jennifer immediately judges others and assumes all are just seeking pills for pleasure. This NP has been giving my best friend such a run around. And she does it so openly condescendingly. I personally am 59yrs old and have Rheumatoid Arthritis. I choose an alternative to opioids. However, not all can do so when they must work everyday taking care of terminally ill patients. I have seen my friend miserable and in tears due to pain so many times. She finally seeks help and she gets treated like a junkie on the streets would. Everyday she goes and takes care of dying individuals by making certain they are comfortable and pain free. And yet with the major back and bone injuries she obtained by doing so for over 10 years, she must do this everyday in severe pain herself. And then be treated with so much disrespect. This is the medical industry we live with today. Too sad!

Experiencia negativa: First time, last time patient. I understand assisting patients and appreciate doctors who provide excellent treatment. I also understand respecting time and communication with patients waiting. I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early, I did. I prefilled out all forms online and more in person. I waited 23 minutes past my appointment time. Saw a half dozen people arrive after me and were taken back within minutes. When it was 23 minutes PAST my appointment time I got up, walked past 2 receptionest and out the door towards my car. 9 minutes later, 33 minutes past my appointment time and 1 hour and 3 minutes after I arrived, my phone rang from the office. Leaving a vm they are now ready to see me. I have to schedule time off work to get to doctors appointments. This cost me money, and loss of productivity. I do it because I am seeking assistance from a medical profession. I respect the request to arrive however early and I do that. I expect the profession to provide the same respect. Complete opposite is what I experienced. So while I cannot review the medical services as I was never seen, I can say that the lack of respect for my time says more than enough for me to know this is not a profession I will be providing time and money to.
Experiencia fantástica: When I started with Dr. Jones my mobility, pain level and weight were bad. It takes time, but with several outpatient procedures on my lower back, routine follow-up minor procedures (epidurals, nerve ablation) I avoided major surgery, have lost 40lbs and can exercise and ride my road bike and mountain bike. I've gotten a large chunk of my life back. Thanks, Dr. Jones and his great staff!

Experiencia positiva: I have had some of the best/worst experiences here. Dr Jones does great work, awesome "bedside" manner. My biggest issues seem to be office staff: calls at this office rarely answered (1/6). Don't leave a message because being called back just doesn't happen. I left a message a week ago in regards to a "potential emergency" of a swollen leg after a procedure that I was sent to the ER for, called daily and finally had an office staff associate answer (approximately 6 days later). She took my message: 2 more days later, still no call back. I am still waiting....... I have had rude behavior from the office staff initially, it did get better .... it's consistently inconsistent.

My mom been a patient for four years and they have very unprofessional treatment.She needed accommodation signature from the doctor so she can go back to work. Mind you my mom English is medium and I wrote a paper for her to give to the reception so they can understand her better. They threaten a patient that has been seen by the office for three years to call the cops if she didn't leave instead of calling a translator or communicate better. The pain center facility at Thomas which where my mom has her surgery has the best patient care and a very welcoming reception.

Experiencia negativa: I have been going to TPC for years, I have gone to many different locations, as the staff is pretty wonderful at each center. However, after not going to this location for a few months, as I was going to DV location... I decided to come back to this location, since it is closer to my house. I specifically told my tech that my scripts get sent to 2 different places. Jennifer O. was the person that was to help me with my refills, she comes in the room says something about the visit being recorded, and then proceeds to tell me that they will no longer honour my refill request, the protocol I have been on for YEARS, and the only protocol that actually helps me. Then tells me that in order to get the regular scripts I need, I need to go back to the DV location. That's all said and fine. Then I find out that this jennifer person sends all my scripts to the mail order pharmacy, which I specifically don't want. (Price & convenience). It just shows me that she had no interest in looking at my chart for the notes, nor taking the time to realise I have been on these meds for over 25 years. I will not be returning to this location. I have never felt so discarded & dismissed like I did today. The attitude alone from jennifer was off putting and I can see by other reviews, I am not the only one.

I was advised over a month ago about getting a call back about treatment to get my MRI approved....never happened. I called a few weeks ago and left a voicemail and did not get a single call back. I called again today asking for a follow up. Now I am livid....we have literally two months left of the year....and I am at the end of the rope with my deductible....going to another office trying to get treatment is not going to work.....This place is a JOKE!!!! They dont care about you.
Experiencia negativa: The doctor Jennifer O. and nurse's refused to help my wife, accusing her of being a drug seeker, after she very clearly said that she didn't want drugs because she is afraid of taking them. They manipulated and lied. I recommend looking into your basic patient rights and filing a grievance with Honor health if you've had the same issues.

Experiencia fantástica: I Love all the staff at the Peoria and Thomas Rd location. But especially the front office receptionist at The Peoria location. She is kind and asked me if I forgot something as I left the desk. I had a 5 dollar bill in my phone wallet that had dropped out. I said oh you should keep the 5 bucks for coffee since you were kind to let me know I dropped the money. She said we are not allowed to accept money. HONESTY and ACCOUNTABILITY are virtues that are not seen to frequently these days. Kudos to this young gal

Experiencia negativa: My 80+ Year old mother had been going to the pain center for years to manage arthritis in her back and knees. She’s had 4-8 procedures done each year, for years, as well as pain med management. Since Dr Burgher left this practice (2019?) things have gone downhill. This week they told my mom they would no longer see her and they would not continue her pain med management, even though that is listed on their website as one of the services offered. At one point They did a trial nerve stimulator, which did not work for her, and it took longer than usual for her to recover from that. When asked about doing another trial and we declined, it seems that’s when they said “we can no longer help you”. Earlier this year she did have blocks done, and she got relief but apparently that’s not enough now to keep her as a patient. So it seems that if you are a patient that can have procedures done on a regular basis ($$$) they want you. If you just need a monthly appointment for pain meds, they can’t be bothered. Very disappointed in what The Pain Center has become.
Experiencia negativa: Maybe if they did their job last week we wouldn’t keep calling. It’s not our fault our insurance requires a pre authorization. Why do we have to suffer in pain after we just spent time coming to see you showing you all our broken bones. You say you’re going to help but it’s a battle. Then they discharge us as a patient and send us on our way to the next pain center.
Experiencia negativa: I was sent to the Pain Center for lower and mid back pain. In September 2021 they asked me which was more severe at the moment and I said my mid-back pain but my lower back pain is more consistent and problematic. They decided on an epidural treatment plan (which is tough to schedule because it takes you out of work for two days and your "ride" out of work for 3-4 hours every time) for my mid-back pain. I went in today to ask about x-ray results and inquire about what can be done about my lower back pain, now that I had started the treatments for my mid-back pain. It was then I was informed that they would only treat one body part at a time and I couldn't receive treatment for my lower back pain. I was shocked and the Nurse Practitioner (the only person I've seen at this location) was very dismissive of me and cutting me off when I tried to discuss it further. Just that the Doctor would only treat one body part at a time. She was not clear about this the first time, I would have chosen my lower back pain if I had known as it impacts my daily activities and work more than the middle back pain which is often a pinched nerve situation that can come and go. If you have a complex problem, or pain in more than one place, I would NOT recommend them. I'm very upset that my treatment options and choices were not more clear, I feel like I've had my medical decisions for my own treatment removed.
Experiencia negativa: I just came here with my mother just for one of her check ups (she’s not the best with English, but I am). Upon walking I saw there was a sign saying no more than 1 member with the patient inside, and how it needs to be family. My mom was called but they told me I couldn’t go in but I felt that was odd considering I am her daughter (family member) and it’s just me (1). I didn’t fuss, I just stayed there as said. Then the next patient gets called who has a daughter as well, Hispanic as well, and both of them walk in. I then walk to the front counter desk and ask why is it that they could go in together but I couldn’t go with my mom, and even he couldn’t answer my question. He said “I don’t know, I guess it depends if the provider seeing them wants to or not”, so if that’s his response, why does your sign up front say we can join just as long as it’s family and 1 person? This is not okay, and it should be for ALL people it’s applied to, not just some. I don’t care if the medical providers thinks this or not, do not promote something false upon walking in! And for the front counter guy, he was no help at all either. Do not come here unless you want to be discriminated “just because”.

Experiencia negativa: When I think of what a drug rehab facility would be like, that's the way I felt on my first and only visit. Very rude staff, absolutely no compassion whatsoever. Tech came in and went thru questions so fast I couldn't keep up. then nurse came in and asked me same questions even faster, going thru all my paper work very aggressively and by the questions she's asking making its very obvious she's looking for some reason not to treat me. Oh she found one, because I have done physical therapy thru another clinic that does not prescribe, I was told I couldn't be treated there, I had to pick one or the other, even though both clinics send their patients to Dr Siwek who has done all my procedures. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated like garbage.

NP said they would get approval for procedure and call to set up appt. This week l received a call for a follow up appt. For what? I never received a call back on the procedure! I have been referred to a specialist by my new PCP. Not back to the Pain Center.

Experiencia negativa: WORST PLACE EVER for patient care! Jennifer the so called P.A. very RUDE... You guys need to consider patient care. You have no idea what they have been through. You want to kick me out of the room cause my mom wants me there by her side cause your protocol is one person back at a time. Well maybe you should consider signs and one have wipes and sanitizer out, two take people's temps before they walk in, just cause of the virus going around and if I had it I already contaminated the office lobby and the room so think about that. You have no idea what we have been through! And stop treating your patients like their drug addict, they are there for help! So glad my mom got her pain pump out and we won't be needing your service ANYMORE!
Experiencia negativa: I had such high hopes that this place would be helpful. I had an initial visit and was told a urine test had to be done and could take two weeks or longer before meds could be prescribed. Ok. Set up an appointment for two weeks out and had to see someone other than Marybeth, who seemed to care at my intake appt. Appt day rolls around, I see someone other than the person appt was with about two hours later than time scheduled. He told me I needed to set up injections, I had already done so, that he couldn't prescribe meds because the urinalysis had not come back, but later said he could not give me meds because I had alcohol in my urine and that was against the contract (didn't have one at that time and I thought results hadn't returned?) As a final stick it to ya move, he gave me 7.5-325mg Oxy/acetaminophen one every 12 hours. My neck is bad enough to receive injections, but not to receive pain relief but once every 12 hours? You know why these NP's do this? Because they can. I've never had a poor experience with an actual physician, but a NP or PA act like the meds they are prescribing are coming from their own personal bottle. I've got degenerative disease in my neck, exacerbated by radiation treatment. But I doubt this "pain relief" would be prescribed for a PA's loved one. Thanks Steven!
Experiencia negativa: This place is a joke, I wish I could leave negative stars. I will never go back. Marybeth tried to schedule back injections prior to even looking at my mri. You stated that was a more concervative method. In the office You said you would send a referral for my thoracic back. That never happened, instead I get a phone call to schedule the back injections and I ask about my MRI referrral for my middle back that was told to me in the office. She said she had no notes of that and would have to ask the dr. and after 3 long weeks you sent one, the wrong one, one of my lower back Which I already had done. Again you didn’t even look at me as an individual person. Horrible people who choose to do the same for everyone and especially do not listen to anything I had to say. After looking at my mri then you say well this method probably won’t help but we will do it anyways. Really!!!! Why not right because you get paid a lot of money for those I am sure. I will be sure and copy and paste this on google so people know what kind of incompetent people work here. Also to add I showed up for my incorrect Mri at 545am only to be told they sent the wrong one. I will be calling my primary Dr. and getting a different referral to someone else who will listen. Please do not waste you time coming to see Marybeth or Dr. Burgher and probably from what I read other Doctors in this office too. Totally imcompetant and rude people. And I am supposed to let these people do back injections who cant do anything right I think NOT.

Experiencia negativa: I called Patient Relations and spoke with MaryAnn in the hope of resolving the unethical, atrocious treatment I was subjected to at the Peoria Clinic by NP Jennifwr. Our 1st 3 calls didn't go well at all. However, once MaryAnn could hear and understand, I felt somewhat better especially when she asked if I could see Steve, my provider. By Friday, I called MaryAnne without success due tothe high volume of calls, which was told to me by Janet, another Patient Relations employee who offered to send MaryAnnnn an email. Due to the. hour on Fridy, I decided to drive from Surprise, AZ to the Paradise Valley location where Steve Adler was. The level of anxiety was huge because in the almost 17 years with The Pain Center, having had the originator, Dr Siwek as my doctor, Jennifer is the only provider who demonstrated such evil. I had that in my mind until I arrived at the Paradise Valley location, and as I spoke privately with Vicky Millwoo d, Front Office staff. I was somewhat relieved because she knows me, and agreed to speak with Steve AdleI . on my behalf. As I wait3din the lobby, I felt like the outcomme would be favorable because I am being honest! To my surpris3, as soon as Vicky returned, I knew the outcome waw not favorable at all. I looked at Vicky as sh3 soke, with her heae down, and I said, "you can still look me in my eyes" to which she responded, "I am looking at you"; she rais4e her head and made eye fontac6, and with tears in my ey4s, Vicky said ""I feel so sad for you". I. said, "I'm ok becaus3 it's not your fault". I had been lookingfor my keys! while she had gone tto talk to Steve Adler, and I'd contacted Geico's Road Assistance, and I was waiting for their arrival. A woman came into the lobby, holding some keys, and I saw they were mine. Immediately, I said, "You are an Angel". As well, Vicy and another younger Front Desk employee also joined in my glee, while the Angel shared how she discovered my keys. I 2aved goodbye and walked out with my Angel, nam4d Ivanka! I am a Christian and I believe that God always takes care of me! Although the pure evil that transpired, unfounded lies, and Steve's refusal to help and the atrocious behavior of Jennifer, God made sure I had my keys. Today, I realize the Blessing for meis, I seethat the peopleI've had as providers don't care about me at all, money is their motivator.I was never a person to them, and Jennifer is still able to ha5m more patients. It's my duty to speak up, so others might come forward and share their experiences at The Pain Center of Arizona. God is the Author and the Finisher, and His Will shall be done. How would they feel if all of the pati4nts banned tog3ther against such unethical practice. What harm would it hbe for them to care about me, and at l3east hear me? Instead, I'm left without any concern for my well being!

After been with my RA Dr for 10 years new regulations forced me to the Pain Center:, in the past 4 months I had to lower, whole on my own, my medication to 1/5 of what it was before they even accepted me as a new patient. Today the medical director of this clinic told me he was gonna take me off my medication...period!!! They are forcing people to despair I wish I could give them less than 1 star but the app doesn’t allow it!

Our board certified pain management specialists take into account the needs of each patient, and while it is true we are conservative in prescribing of certain medications- we work to figure out the best solutions. Experiencia negativa: Dr Burgher is great, but (in my opinion) Jennifer Okidegbe is a horrible person, a liar, and a narcissist. She took her power over her sick, frail, and elderly patient and used it to emotionally abuse her. She reduced my sick mother to tears every month with complete disregard. She should have her license revoked. It should be a giant red flag to any potential patients that this practice feels the need to have signs on the walls that if you argue with the staff they will deny you service...how many patients were driven to that level of desperation by Jennifer’s incompetence before they had to put that up? If you have options, please, please run the other way. If you have no choice but to have Jennifer “care” for you, protect yourself. Record your appointments. Know your rights. Document everything. Report her. If enough of us speak up, we CAN stop her before she kills someone or leaves them in such pain that they do it themselves. Patient relations should investigate her, ask themselves if they would want to be treated like that if they had a debilitating disease, and think on how they would feel if their ill parents had no choice but to beg that woman for fair and ethical treatment (and still not receive it).
Experiencia negativa: I have been here a few times with my mother. This place is terrible if you can go anywhere else please go to them. Every time we have had an appointment it has taken us hours just to see the doctors. Had 7 am appointmenet this morning got here early to check at 645 am. Did not get in until after 815. No respect for your time. Last time we came it took us over 2 hours to see doctor. Need to find a place that actually cares and respect other people's time. If you go here plan on spending an easy 3 ro 4 hours from check into check out.

Experiencia negativa: The first time I came, it was around lunch time and there wasn't a single empty seat. I waited almost 2 hours to be seen, then spent another 30 in the room. I'm currently here now again, and when I got here there was 2 people here. I've already been here for an hour waiting, with my 21 month old daughter. If I didn't have to come here I def would not!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient at this clinic for about one year. Dr.Burgher and the clinic staff are all wonderful, pleasant and very knowledgeable. Dr. Burgher has helped to relieve my lower back pain with injections and some non narcotic anti inflammatory medication. Facility is clean, medical assistants friendly, helpful and hardworking. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone having pain.

Experiencia positiva: there is good and bad here you will get the help you need they do try to help you ! the bad is the peranoa these people have over the DEA no govern body should stand in the way of a ethical treatment yes it should be at the doctors discretion if a second opinion is in order than it should be by a license educated medical doctor not a government official this place has strong feeling of staff disconnect the Pa didn't even remember meeting me on my first visit so she practically argued that i never met her before and they lost my MRI report which is very important after being forced by my insurance to switch doctors for pain management living with this miserable disease has been nothing but a downward spiral i had a doctor that was taking good care of me and using proper ethical practice now im forced to a doctors practice that that almost treats you like a drug chaser and i was warned by the pa that they may threaten to hold the meds that have been working for you ! kind of like they force your hand to the fire to make you comply ,if you refuse any dangerous treatments you may not agree with ! i'm 63 years old im not a drug chaser i've suffered two major heart attacks , i have sever Arthritis in my whole body i've done practically every treatment which usually only short term and have a short term results my life is very short on this earth i would love to leave here with a little dignity thank you please have your staff not be so combative with ur patients and act more connected with the Pain center !

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been with The Pain Center many years. I’ve had many Doctors, and they really listened to me about my serious neck, back and leg issues. I love Doctor Burger, he now only seems to do surgeries. But, I sure enjoy his bedside manners, granted, not all the Doctors have the caring, loving mannerism as he does. But, these Doctor here sure try to help you have a better life. Living with serious Chronic Pain that I deal with. Wanna thank Sharon too. ( she’s gone) There’s a Doctor named Gary, he hasn’t failed me as being my new Doctor. I want to thank all the Doctors at this Facility for everything you’ve tried, to help me with my Pain. Without any luck, just Meds. seem to be my only relief. I’ve been fused, and I’ve had 2 SCS, and many, many and many injections ect..., without any relief. And, wanna give a shout out to all the beautiful Office ladies, for putting up with me for so many years. I really appreciate all your hard work and effort in scheduling me for this or that. Experiencia negativa: Wasted my time! They scheduled my appointment at 7 am. I arrive at 7 am, they tell me that because I'm a new patient I'm considered late, they have too many patients, so they cannot see me. Then why not schedule my appointment at 6:30 or 6:45? If I'm not equally important as your other patients, then you do not need my business. Therefore, I will not reschedule.

Experiencia negativa: Arrived here at 12:50p, and I'm still here at 3:30p for initial consultation. Like one of the other reviews said, this place has a very large disconnect between office staff, nurses, and doctors. I will be returning, but just for the sake of not wasting any more time to find another doctor in network. I will be updating this review as of the next visit. Update 1: I finally left at around 3:50p. I gave them an extra star because at the end of the day, I feel much better, and that is saying a lot because I haven't felt well for over 2.5 months. Update 2: back for my follow up, and I've just been informed that there are 3 people still ahead of me, and that there will be around a 1.25 hour wait to go back. It is becoming very clear and evident that they over-schedule at this office and expect the patients to adapt and compensate with their schedules as a result. Update 3: They finally were able to schedule me for my epidural that I've been waiting on for 3 months. It is scheduled one month from now, so that doesn't do me any good. They also cancelled my appointment this week, so I have to get a bridge prescription that they said was ready for pickup and that it could be picked up at 1-4pm.. I arrived at 2p, 45 minutes later it is finally available At the end of this all... I wouldn't recommend this place. In fact, I would save yourself a headache, and steer clear of this place. I've talked to several people here and they have had several experiences like mine, and are very unhappy with this practice. I will find some time today and talk to the number they have provided to give them some much needed feedback about their very unprofessional practice. I should also mention that they didn't provide my insurance information to their lab for the drug test and as a result I received a bill for $400, which I was responsible for clearing up.

My poor husband is in so much pain yet they're not helping him for the reasons I just mentioned. Very unprofessional and unorganized.I felt like I was watching a circus instead of sitting in a doctors office. I wish I could give this place a negative zero!

Experiencia fantástica: Previously saw Dr. Siwek in Surprise office last July, but was told he was temporarily in another office. I was given an appointment within 2 weeks in their Peoria facility to have a procedure with Dr. Burgher! Both Dr. Siwek and Dr. Burgher were kind, compassionate, & considerate & more importantly, succeded in alleviating my pain! I encountered only pleasant personnel, including the receptionist, & PA Jacob! Never felt rushed, or ill-treated! I have 2 pain disorders & have had 3 knee replacements & numerous back surgeries over 12 year period! Carolyne Licause

Experiencia negativa: The Doctor is wonderful. His PA'S, CNP and new physcians that come and go faster then you can blink do not read patient files or even verify medications before perscribing new medications that are duplicates, possibly harmful to ones health. When brought to clinics attention there answer was "I can't explain the issue as i didnt perscribe". I beleive the appropriate response would be "i will look into that or let your doctor know". This issue was one of many.

I have been insulted to my face and lied to my face so many times. Not until notifying their staff of a TWO PAGE COMPLAINT to my Primary as to why he should NOT REFER ANYONE else to them did they magically come up with an appointment and verification of injections. Now that they have @#$@ around for another month I will have to wait yet another month before I can receive the care I have been asking for for many months! I could go on with facts and details but this hopefully says enough. 10 strikes Pain Center, your "award" means nothing!

Experiencia negativa: This should be a 0, but it won't allow me. It's one big corporation and the medical personnl are the loyal servants. Horrible, horrible people, Drs. and P.A.s, Diane and Dr Burgher in particular. They've refused to give me much needed medication and treatment for 4 months due to, I have reg insurance through my job, but a secondary acchs insurance, I no longer needed, kept showing up. Then, it was one thing after another, until I have shown up for 3 appts since Aug, walking away with nothing in severe pain and tears. Stay away from these corporate pain centers. They DO NOT care about patients.

Experiencia negativa: Took my mother and her appt was at 2pm. Sitting here at 2:45 and still no one. This is ridiculous. Drs are not the only ones who have a time clock or lives. And we choose not to waste them sitting waiting for drs. It's called consideration. This is not the only time this has happened. This needs to stop.

Very unorganized and no empathy for people that need help. It's like we're doing them a disfavor if we have a question. My Husband goes here, not me. But I bring him to the appts and witness the phone calls. It's very sad.

Experiencia negativa: First appointment with Dr Strand for lower back pain bulging L4-L5 she recommended gabapenten a epilepsy medication. Stated would not prescribe ANY opiate pain relievers including the ones I am currently on... she refused Radio Frequency Ablations, Facet Injections, basically everything that has offered SOME relief in the past was refused. I am completely mind blown at this appointment and do NOT recommend this facility to ANYONE. Period.
Experiencia negativa: First trip there, I was so hopeful these people could help me. Office seemed clean and efficient. First impression was good. Then it went downhill. First procedure, helped for three days then back to usual lower back pain which radiated through hips and down legs. They scheduled another and no relief at all. Then another, still no relief. They kept me coming back for a "different" treatment but each one seemed the same. Finally after so many weeks and no results, I went in for the final one in a process to see if I could get the next level. They did the procedure and was supposed to ask me that day if I felt any relief, but no one asked and no one phoned afterwards. I went back for the second and still no one asked and no one called. I wrote a letter through their portal (which I dislike intensely) and got a call apologizing and told me to come for a doctors visit. Why. By this time, my bill had escalated and I had received no statement or anything explaining what the charges were for and no record of my payments. After such an exasperating talk on the phone with them, I told them to forget it. There is a huge disconnect here between the doctor, the staff and the patient. Still have my pain and minus money. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
