Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare: Opiniones
Experiencia negativa: Their call wait times are ridiculous where it takes 20 minutes or more just to get a person on the line to cancel or schedule an appointment. You wait in the call cue but then they send you back to hold in the cue so the wait is even longer. There's no way to cancel or reschedule online. They need to do better to service current patients.

Experiencia negativa: PLEASE, PLEASE avoid this place as hard as you can, it maybe was ( was was ) a good place for patients but not any more, people here are very rude, they don't carr about patients, neither Doctors neither nurses and forgetter of front desk, the words; you don't care about you and your problems, they don't care how difficult is for us to go there or how far you have to drive, they give awful service and they cancel your appointments and don't care to call ( if the Doctors cancel, please make sure you know) I don't know how they have 4 stars when if you check the reviews the 98% are complainants whit 1 star (because we can't give 0 ) so next step BBB report.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We take all feedback seriously and would like to learn more about your experience. Can you please send us a message at [email protected] so we can address your concerns?
Experiencia fantástica: This a good hospital
Experiencia negativa: Had a horrible experience working at the Transitional Living Center as a Residential Technician in Pomona. Nurses, medication techs, ot, pt, doctors are wonderful. But some of the girls that work there are rude and will bully the new girls and the supervisors don’t really care, they don’t do anything about it because the supervisor’s show favoritism towards certain employees, they’re unprofessional, co-workers and supervisors like to gossip while clients are around and I’ve personally witnessed staff gossiping about the patients and their cases. Some co-workers are SUPER lazy. The only supervisors that are nice and should be recognized for their hard work are Lan, Godwin, and Claudia. You can tell they actually care about the clients and employees! Also, the training is terrible terrible terrible! Some people that train won’t walk you through steps so you have to constantly be asking questions and when you ask what certain things mean they don’t know. Think twice about sending your loved ones here!
Experiencia fantástica: Very professional
Experiencia fantástica: My husband Brad, just had ankle surgery on Aug. 23rd. It was our first time in Casa Colina surgery center. We were very impressed with the surgical, attending, and recovery room nurses and staff. Molly, Ronnie, and Millie were very attentive in the recovery room and answered all of my husbands questions and allayed his concerns. They took such good care of him. They checked on him often in the recovery room and helped us out to the car. We have been to many surgery centers for out patient surgeries in the past but have never received this level of care. We are grateful!
Experiencia negativa: Today Aug. 15, 2024 I had an appointment at Casa Colina Hospital imaging department. I arrived there at 12:10 with my wife and my service animal. I am 100% disabled Vietnam, Veteran with traumatic brain injury. I had my service dog with me in case I would have a seizure. Let’s be clear. He is a certified service animal that performs a function at times I have seizures and my service animal, which happens to be A 7 pound mixed Maltese. There was a sign on the Front door excluding emotional support animals as well as pets as much as my service animal is a certified support animal. We walked in after about 45 minutes of sitting in the waiting room waiting for my appointment. We were abruptly told that my dog and wife had to leave. Because they were not allowed in the facility according to ADA policy, that is incorrect. They never asked us what service he provided or what Function he performed I find this unacceptable and unprofessional and uneducated based on ADA policy. I have abruptly canceled my appointment and left the facility with my wife and service animal. These people at the front desk require education about ADA policy and service Animals Casalina in my opinion needs to fully educate their front desk staff In the imaging department regarding ADA requirements and policy.
Experiencia fantástica: Apparently Kaiser Fontana has Partner up with Casa Colina Pomona for surgeries and the Quality of service was fantastic. The Pre op staff Joseph P (RN) and Angelica (Angie) G I believe she was also an RN and another female staff member for whom I didn't her her name were AMAZING, the level of care to my family member was to the next level. I would definelty recommend them to anyone. Clean, smelled good, pretty looking (Spanish style) and great quality of service.
Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service and staff. Lisa helped me and my Dad with information about the aqua therapy at Casa Colina Healthcare Center and Karla helped me with scheduling Physical Therapy. Thank you, Marvin M. and Julio N.
Experiencia fantástica: Doctor Gibani is an excellent neurosurgeon who did a brilliant, precise, and meticulous job on my lower back (tethered cord). He is definitely Best in Class! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs surgery. May God bless him for all the good he does. I am so happy with my results. He has given me my life back and I will forever be grateful to him. Prior to surgery I only slept a couple of hours at night and since my surgery I’m sleeping a healthy eight hours. I feel absolutely refreshed….a new person. He is very kind and compassionate Doctor and his staff are a wonderful team and complement each other perfectly. Thank you again.
Experiencia negativa: I had surgery a few days ago. I even posted about my experience and my post was removed. I stated in my original post that my experience was good until I was leaving on my way home. As I was in the wheelchair being wheeled out a nurse looks as me and says You look pitiful. How dare you say that to a patient. Well how am I supposed to look after having surgery and coming from under anesthesia. What was her excuse for looking pitiful and being hard on the eyes at the same time. Its clear she lacks full understanding of the word because she did not have enough intelligence to not say it to a patient leaving the facility. I wish I had her name so I could put it in the post. She was an older woman at least she looked older with short dark hair. I was not her patient nor did she care for me in any way so she should have kept her opinion to herself. It was unprofessional, disgraceful, and distasteful. Even if I was her patient or under her care she should not talk to a patient like that. She was not with me in recovery and did not know what I experience. I thought with age came wisdom but, I guess not for her to be an older woman she didn't age graceful. That's was not the time, place, or setting for her derogatory comment. In the future if she does not have anything nice to say to a patient don't saying anything!! For the patients sake. They removed my other post so I am posting it again. The way she spoke to me as a patient after surgery was the belittling and disrespectful. No patient should feel comfortable with a nurse or staff after having anything done. She should have known better!! She needs to choose her words more careful what if it was her family member after surgery and coming from under anesthesia, would that be acceptable! It was highly inappropriate, inconsiderate, and rude.

Experiencia positiva: I had outpatient surery june 25th 7:30 am But the pre op nurse wanted to talk more then do here job. Or pay attention. I had to correct IV in hand that was to be operated on and tell her the hand needed to be shaved. Carpel tunnel surgery .
Experiencia positiva: This place is beautiful. I would love this place to be my regular hospital
Experiencia fantástica: Everyone said that this is the premier place!! They were right!!! Loma Linda saved my wife's life, Casa Colina brought her back to us!!!! This place is ALL THEY SAY IT IS!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!
Experiencia negativa: My dear mother-in-law unfortunately had a stroke on 04/28/2024 and after being at a different rehab facility she was eventually transferred to Casa Colina. Unfortunately during the week she got transferred I was sick so I refrained from going to see her to avoid getting her or any other patients sick. When I finally went it was close to final visiting hours 8PM. My husband came out to switch and advised to be quiet and quick as my mother in laws roomie was bothered by our visits. Me and my daughter went in whispering respectfully, right away her unnecessarily commentary began “omg why don’t you guys just leave “ I paid no mind left it like that. Next day my brother in law and niece go visit her and my father in law were in there. She began complaining because there were 3 visitors 1 being a minor my niece who couldn’t stay outside by herself. My brother in law explained this, continued the unnecessary comments of just leave don’t come back we continued to ignore her. Before my brother in law left he requested a change due to the roomie being hostile we just wanted to avoid issues. Sunday morning we go visit her. I go in with my nieces immediate” She starts only 2 ppl blah blah”. So I replied respectfully we don’t need the unnecessary comments and we had a right to be there until 8 witch we would be. She then proceeded to state I’m calling immigration on all you. That’s when I called the nurse and they got her out and I explained to the nurse we had already requested a chance and nothing had been done, miraculously there was opening a few minutes later. As we waited in the hall the patient was seated there proceeded to antagonize us making further racial comment stating “this ain’t Mexico” with other guest around having to witness everything . Staff did nothing in my opinion other than wheel her to another room where she kept on going on with her tirade. My advice before leaving your loved on, be ensured your loved on isn’t staying with this patient. I understand they are medicated in pain but for you to consciously conjour your thoughts to say racist comments, you are pretty sane. The staff was definitely biased and I understand but I feel that professionalism should have prevailed in this situation. I whole heartedly believe that if my mother in law was left with her alone one more night something bad would have happened. Please ensure your loved one’s are ok comfortable and if they aren’t fight for them. My mother in law later thanked me said she was a nightmare wouldn’t let her sleep with the tv loud. Please advocate for those who can’t.
Experiencia fantástica: As I am still here on day 3, I must say, I have never felt so taken care of. Although I am usually never a patient, I have been to so many. Hand down this is 5 stars. The staff, the cleanliness, the food, just EVERYTHING!!!!!! Thet are all true Angels here. Thank you for taking such good care of me. I truly am so thankful to you all❤️❤️
Experiencia negativa: Reception staff is not friendly at all. The couple of times I’ve visited it takes awhile before being acknowledge. They do not acknowledge nor make you feel welcome. There are no kind smiles .Only Our Therapist is great.
Experiencia negativa: What a disappointing, first experience! I was advised to come in for an evaluation at 2:00 PM when my appointment was at 1:45 all along and apparently I had to be here 30 minutes earlier all of which that was not explained to me on the phone and it was a line to see the representatives, and finally when I get to the front of the line at 2:30 PM. I am told that I am over an hour late so they cannot evaluate me even though nobody Else is in line and they don’t close for a good while … This was very disappointing and a waste of gas and time. Now I need to return back tomorrow at the same time and repeat the same pattern only this time be here at 1:15… Let’s see what tomorrow looks like
Experiencia negativa: The Receptionist are awful. Not friendly at all. A smile with a greeting would be nice.

Experiencia positiva: All staff was very nice, but security had a lot attitude for no reason when all he had to do was just show us to our room. Date and time of incident Jan 12 2024 around 9:10pm.
Experiencia fantástica: They did a great job for my wife.
Experiencia fantástica: Excellent all around staff.
Experiencia fantástica: We are so grateful with the staff at Casa Colina, our father was taken care of with such loving care. The respiratory dept treated my father with dignity. The phlebotomist was very patient and kind We didn't get everyone's name but Linh and Aveene were so great with our entire family. Thank you again to ALL staff ❤️❤️❤️
Experiencia positiva: I have bringing my son here off and on for past 19 years for outpatient therapy. Mainly at the children's center but most recently we started coming over to the adult side. First and foremost the therapist themselves are nice enough and engaging. I just wish some of them came out to get us on time instead of 10 minutes after your appointment time and ending it 5 minutes early taking away 15-20 minutes of therapy time away from patients, but it's always been like this even at the children's side. My biggest issue is with the schedulers on the phone and receptionists when you walk in. I would give a 1 star if I was just rating these departments. Over the phone you are on hold for a very long time just to make an appointment then you, more often then not, get someone who is rude, unprofessional, or seems to hate their job. And I'm not just talking about one instance, multiple. I had one scheduler put me on hold about 4 times during the call for no reason. I would say "I'd like to make an appointment" after waiting 30 minutes, then she would say "hold on". Then 5 more minutes. It kept going on and on like this. But every time she would come back she had a horrible attitude. Then apparently she had to go to a meeting because the next time someone picked up the phone after the 3rd or 4th time being put on hold, it was a new person who told me the other lady had to go to meeting, but before she went to the said meeting, she gave false information to the new scheduler. I finally threw in the towel and asked for a manager. Who was very nice but so far she's been the only nice person I've dealt with. Then when you go in person, you get the same type of people. They all mostly seem like in a bad mood or they hate their job. They don't smile and they aren't welcoming at all. One time I was the only person in line and their were 3 ladies at one window just talking about another patient. No one acknowledged me at all but they all saw me. They didn't say "we'll be right with you" or "hello" or anything. So I just waited patiently until almost 10 minutes. I finally walked over to the check in window and asked if someone else was available to help me because those 3 ladies were too busy to help me, so the check in lady, seemed surprised, and walked over to the 3 standing around and told them to assist me. Only then, did someone say "we'll be right with you" to which I had to wait even longer until they stopped talking and went back to their desks. When someone finally called me to the window. There was no apology there was no hello, nothing. It's like this every time i go in. What's with the bad attitudes and unprofessionalism? People are coming here for treatment. There should at minimum be an ounce of kindness a simple smile and hello goes a long way. Side note. Parking is terrible. There is only a tiny lot available near outpatient. So more often than not there are no spaces available. So then you have to park at the far lot. But if you have a wheelchair and park in one of the blue spaces, there is no ramp to cross the street from those spaces, so you have to roll your wheelchair all the way around the parking lot and cars just to access the crosswalk. So bizarre for a facility that is helping people with medical needs. All those spaces in the tiny lot near the patient entrance should be designated blue as the lot is so tiny. You shouldn't force the disabled to park in the lot far way then give no access to the crosswalk or sidewalk from those spaces. There is a golf cart shuttle but that won't really work if you are on a time constraint and in a wheelchair.
Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful. Place. To. Recover. This. Is. A. Place. Fill. With. Angels. Very. Good. Doctor. Very. Good. Staff. Very. Good. Food. No. Words. To. Describe. Number. 1. I'm. Very. Thankful. For. This. Place
Experiencia negativa: My family member received maybe two physical therapy sessions there. They moved him around until he got pneumonia. Then he spent the rest of his time getting over pneumonia in with no other care. Then they sent him home with nothing. I'm so disappointed in this stupid hospital setting. They have they drop the ball completely!

Experiencia fantástica: Best place for fibromyalgia physical therapy!
Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and professional, love this place
Experiencia negativa: I was referred to the Outpatient Center for Occupational Therapy as the place was recommended as the go to for people with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. My first appointment was with someone who was not only new but also not EDS aware. I scheduled out the rest of my appointments, most of which were supposed to be telehealth as I live in San Diego County. . Come time for my 1st telehealth and I receive a text appointment confirmation for in-person. I call the office to see what's going on and it takes 45min to get through to someone. They switch the appointment to telehealth but the person on the phone isn't able to tell me how to connect. Maybe it'll be a call or an email I'll receive. 15min into my appointment time I still haven't heard from anyone. I finally get a call saying "sorry we forgot about you." They say someone will call me to reschedule; Noone did. . Following appointment was in person. I had another doctor's appointment in the area so in person made sense. By that point I found out from my referring doctor that I was scheduled with the wrong OT and to schedule with an EDS aware therapist. I never received an appointment confirmation which shouodve been my first clue, but I call the office, leave a message to confirm, noone calls me to tell me my appointment is canceled. . I check in for my inperson appointment 30min early since I was already in the area, they take my copay, and I look to reschedule with the proper OT. That OT is away on leave and they dodnt know when she will be back. Maybe December? . I wait for my appointment. 15min after my appointment start time I still haven't been seen. Turns out the OT already had another patient and wasn't going to see me... even though I was scheduled, checked in, copay paid, and having driven from San Diego County and waited an extra few hours from a previous appointment. . At this point it's an hour after I arrived and some woman named Sally (?) Comes out to talk to me. She was apologetic and although appreciated, it didn't help solve the problem. She promised to follow up with me in regards to scheduling and sorting out this situation but she did not follow up with me. . It is extremely disappointing at the continuous lack of care this medical facility has provided. Considering it is an Occupational Therapy Center, you would think the staff would understand how limited its patients are in their health, energy, mobility, etc.

Experiencia fantástica: Casa Colina has taken me from needing to be in a wheelchair to fighting every day to take that next step......Iv'e been attending Casa Colina since they were a little office on the conrer 12 yrs ago ??? Always remember , KEEP MOVING If you don't move it You will lose it AND if it hurts when you move slow it down and breath ....
Experiencia fantástica: I was at Casa Colina for two weeks for therapy after having been in a diabetic coma. This is the finest place I have experienced or even heard of as far as rehabilitation and assisted living/therapy are concerned. The medical staff is dedicated to your well being and safety and the therapy staff takes the time to not only help you do the work, but explain why they are doing it and how it will help you attain your goal of getting your life back. Safety is the number one priority. When I first got here, I could not get out of bed on my own and had almost no stamina or strength. Two weeks later I am walking unassisted and am well on my way to being independent. Overall, everyone is interested in seeing that patients are safe, working towards achieving their physical and even mental health to where it was before whatever happened to you. I would HIGHLY recommend Casa Colina for your recovery/therapy needs. There tends to be a waiting list to get in here and after two weeks I understand why.
Experiencia fantástica: Clean, modern, well-equipped facilities with amazing therapists, doctors, and staff. In-patient, transitional, and out-patient services. If you're recovering from a neuro or ortho injury or illness, this is where you want to be.
Experiencia fantástica: My mother was there for about a month. Great staff and excellent therapy. Got her walking again.
Experiencia fantástica: I was a patient at Casa Colina on for therapy. I highly recommend C C for therapy. They have excellent therapists. I was a volunteer at CC for around 25 years and loved it. The staff is wonderful to work for.
Experiencia fantástica: My 90+ year old father has been treated at the Wound Center. He has received excellent care. We are very pleased with the doctor and the staff.
Experiencia fantástica: my mom is there rehabing from her hip replacement surgery there taking the time to help her walk again its a slow painful experience they are very caring and understanding she is waling better day by day getting pain free thanks casa colina
Experiencia fantástica: This is heaven on earth here, the staff is caring, patient and over all AMAZING!! I'm here scared but because of the staff willingness to spend their time talking to you and explain their experiences with you I now understand what's going on I understand and am now relaxed. I love this place and can't say enough good things about it. I would recommend all my family and friends to come here. the facility is clean and very well taken care of. Do yourself a favor and come here if you need this kind of service you will never regret it.
Experiencia fantástica: My father is going there for wound care, and it has been a great experience. The physical therapy has helped him have a speed recovery.
Experiencia positiva: The rehabilitation gets 5 stars but the medical care gets the low rating. My wife needs help with meals. It took about 10 minutes for the nurse to come since she call nurse.

Experiencia fantástica: Had my surgery at this facility. And let me tell you, it is, hands down, the BEST out patient surgery center I've ever been to!! From the front receptionist to my amazing nurse Ponchy, to my anesthesiologist and the Dr that did my surgery Dr. Kofi Agyeman!! I'll be seeing them all again in a few months and I'm actually looking forward to it! Thank you Casa Colina staff for a great experience!
Experiencia fantástica: My daughter was in a car accident and everyone at Casa Colina did an amazing job with her rehabilitation. The staff is very friendly and professional. I really appreciate all of you. Thank You Dad
Experiencia negativa: this hospital has great in patient care and excellent doctors. If I were just to write a review for in patient care and the doctors, I would give it 5 starts. However, out patient care is a joke especially after COVID. therapy time had been shorten from one hour to 45 minutes. But they still bill the insurance for one hour of therapy. What can they really do in 45 minutes absolutely nothing! The therapy begins from the minute the therapist pick you up from the lobby chair which is extremely low and soft. If you are a patient who really need therapy to recover, there is no way you can get out of that chair! then after you struggle for a while the theapist will then ask you if you need some help. Seriously? by the time you get into the therapy room the therapist will begin to stretch you then some simple exercise without explaination of why those exercises are important to get you back to health. After she used up all the therapies the insurance approved. the licensed therpist began to test her walking speed and distance walking capability. After she accomplished all that with a cane she was discharged. Then tell her that she needed to go to fitness part of the therapy program which is not covered by the insurance! It is just awful in my opinion. dont't get me wrong the fitness program is great and neccessary. The problem is how you get there. The only reason my wife's neurologist referred her back there is because Casa Colina accepts her insurance. after 5 years of therapy she still need to walk with a cane and assistance! There are some really good therapist but also very bad ones. Too many patients not enough time for care. In addition, if you are lucky you will be treated by a licensed therapist. My wife were mostly treated by therapy assistants. She was evaluated and discharged by a licensed therapist and the fact that she is still walking with cane and assistance. I gave Casa Colina one star msinly because the poor out patient therapy service.

Experiencia fantástica: My surgery was schedule here because Kaiser Permanente has contracted them. I was pleasantly surprised with this place. The staff were all amazing but I have to shoutout Kelly who was my nurse during intake and was phenomenal! But everyone who cared for me was warm, kind and patient. The anesthesiologist, whom I am not sure if he was a Kaiser doctor (my surgeon was) but he was also amazing and had such great bedside manners. Very happy with my experience.
Experiencia negativa: Waited over an hour for an xray but yet do not schedule appointments. Receptionist are dry and no help.

Experiencia fantástica: There is something about this place. its not only a home built on a hill, but from what I have seen so far, it’s home built on passion, compassion, love , oneness, togetherness, great personalities, team work….I don’t know why am already so so excited to becoming part of this great family I hope I become one of them ‘ cos considering the rate am being offered far more below what am currently earning in my other job. It’s not all about the money though , but at least wanted something close to what am earning . Regardless of this I love this home.
Experiencia negativa: This review is not based on their qualifications, it's only based on the fact that their so-called therapy scheduling hotline is TERRIBLE! I was referred by the physician, turned in my referral and was told someone will contact me. Never happened. Just now, I've spent over an hour waiting from position "13" down to position "2" and the system forced me to leave a message and disconnected me. Obviously, my time means nothing to them. I am on the line again, as I'm typing this review. I started on position "9" and currently "6", Unfortunately, after 36 minutes on hold I have only now moved to "4". Again, after a whole hour on hold, I have gotten to position #2 and it's forcing me to leave a message, no other option. I have to mention that even though I was at postion #2 on my first call today, nobody has returned my call. I have tried several times in the past month calling and after waiting for long periods of time, the system transfers me to leave a message and wait for a call back, which never happens, then, it disconnects me. It is beyond frustrating and disappointing. To reply to their response to contact them privately due to privacy concerns. Please state where? How? Dialing their main number gets me to the operator, who will tell me all she can do is transfer me to that "hotline" extension number. It's a vicious cycle.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give this hospital a lower rating I would but Google only allows a 1 star rating the nurses are rude they don't care about their patients I'm not the only one there were plenty yelling for help not to be answered

Experiencia fantástica: The best place
Experiencia fantástica: Good place. Food is good . Rehab gym is great. Staff is great
Experiencia fantástica: If you're looking for courteous, caring and compassionate staff you'll find them at Casa Colina! The environment is welcoming and clean! This was our first visit to the facility and we were quite impressed. It was a pleasant experience starting with the security guard who greeted us upon entering the building onto the registration clerk who escorted us to preop holding. The preop nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr. Yaramada were superb! Staff took time to update us on next steps and we felt we were in good hands. We were in and out for an outpatient procedure without any hiccups. From one healthcare worker to another, you totally rock! Thank you for your great service. I strongly recommend this facility!
Experiencia fantástica: I had a surgery this morning. I have Kaiser Insurance and they did my out patient surgery here for a mass removal. I can’t say enough how great this hospital is. I was treated with excellent care and my RN nurse Adrian made sure I was his top priority throughout the process. It was super clean, staff was very friendly and such an easy process. FYI, I just read another comment about the security older guy. He was awesome and chipper when I came in at 5:30AM this morning. He was very friendly and helpful!

Experiencia negativa: X-Ray front desk really horrible service.
Experiencia fantástica: Amazing hospital and staff the physical therapy are all amazing and care to your needs.
Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff was super encouraging, kind and professional. They were very knowledgable and were able to help me with my knee pain.
Experiencia fantástica: My Pre-surgery testing requirements were handled with with care, patience, and knowledge by the following staff: Estefan- Admissions; Brian- Radiology; Erica - Lab; Trina - Nurse - All of them treated me, an elderly, with respect and dignity. All of them are indeed valuable assets to the Casa Colina organization.
Experiencia fantástica: Faith has helped me with a number of injuries over the years. I am looking forward to seeing the growth of their sports medicine program!
Experiencia fantástica: Very nice experience! Residency program for up and coming doctors. Didnt have to wait long despite no appointment(they dont take appointments). The resident doctor checked me first, and then the onsite orthopedic doctor followed up to check the evaluation. So you actually get 2 opinions. They gave me a rehab program which was followed up on by the physical therapist. Nice opportunity for the residents to get real life practice, and its a free service to the community.
Experiencia fantástica: Just spent 21 days at Casa Colina for my very complicated health issues including: ehlers danlos, pots and hemiplegic migraines. Overall experience was great. Because my conditions are rare, it's hard finding knowledgeable care. Casa Colina has an eds outpatient program, and because of this, when the therapists were stuck with how to help, they called in reinforcements. So nice to hear from them that what others see as rare, they've seen many times before. For this reason alone I would recommend Casa for eds patients. On top of that everytime I had any issue medical or otherwise, Casa staff went out of their way to accommodate which I have rarely experienced in the medical field. Thank you for taking care of me even during the toughest moments.
Experiencia fantástica: We had a great experience here! The staff was so warm and welcoming, they were quick and efficient, they offered plenty of explanation of the diganosis and gave us clear steps. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient there two times for 2 different procedures and was amazingly well treated. I now am seeing a specialist whos office is on the Casa Colina property and looking forward to continued excellent care.
Experiencia fantástica: I had a procedure there in building 3B. From check in to the time I went home I was treated so well by the nursing staff. There AWESOME A+ care. There so nice and made me feel so comfortable. Thank you all so much...
Experiencia fantástica: I have nothing bad to say about their therapy departments - especially the EDS specialties.
Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service by physical therapist and orthopedic doctor. Great facility with exercise equipment.
Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to physical therapy for the last six months. Everyone is very professional and they listen to what’s wrong with you and come up with a custom plan to help you with your health issues. My pt was Faith. She is amazing! Always positive, always listens and has magic hands!
Experiencia positiva: It's a great hospital
Experiencia fantástica: My daughter tore two ligaments three weeks before volleyball Nationals in Indiana and high school tryouts. We were devastated thinking she wouldn’t be ready. However, the day we met Michele and Dr. Bast, they assured us they could help get her back in time. They came up with a 14 day plan and we worked with Michele multiple days a week. Michele was incredible!! She made our PT appointments fun and challenging all at the same time. The attention we received from both Michele and Dr. Bast was amazing and my daughter made it back to the court so much stronger! We will continue to send all athletes we know here!!
Experiencia fantástica: Casa Colina and the sports med program is amazing! I came here with knee pain and they rehabbed me to health to run the Boston Marathon in 2018. They are very knowledgeable of the body and tailored my program to meet my needs! As a Physical educator I appreciated their in depth knowledge of sport and anatomy. I had to have knee surgery after a meniscus tear and they rehabbed me through that and now I am able to run and do the sports and activities I enjoy without pain and with better knowledge of my body’s needs. The therapists are also extremely personable and a joy to work with. This is the prime spot for athletes to rehab!
Experiencia fantástica: I completed eight weeks of physical therapy at Casa Colina, my experience was excellent Faith The specialist and her team were beyond awesome, very professional considerate and understanding I would highly recommend the facility for anyone in need of some type of physical therapy. I am thankful for all the great exercises that I was taught I could continue to do from home. Thank you Faith and your team!! Olivia De Vincenzo July 22,2022
Experiencia fantástica: First time at this facility, the place is amazing, the staff very professional and friendly. The hospital is clean and very well orginised.
Experiencia fantástica: I recently had an out patient surgery at casa Colina in Pomona on November 9th with Dr Brady My experience was great!!! Thanks you for your patients and for always explaining everything in detail. The intake nurses were fabulous very sweet upbeat and professional. As a patient I was nervous but having nice upbeat friendly nurses made the experience a whole lot better!!! Not to mention the fact they wiped down everything very clean facilities.
Experiencia fantástica: My mother is currently a patient here. I had to drop off some things for her and was so pleased to see how clean and neat everything was. The staff were especially kind and helpful. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Wouldn't want her anywhere else.
Experiencia fantástica: Such an amazing experience here. I had an outpatient procedure yesterday at the surgery center. From the minute I arrived the staff was so nice and professional. My pre op and post op nurses were also amazing. My anesthesiologist explained everything to me and was so nice and friendly. I even got a follow up call the next morning and the nurse was also so nice. I give their staff and cleanliness of their facility 5 stars. I would highly recommend Casa Colima

Experiencia positiva: It was modern clean and the staff was so nice and friendly. It had a upscale vibe to it.
Experiencia negativa: The place looks wonderful bit on a bit discouraged about not allowing outdoor visits for a therapy patient. I guess they don't have the right training to screen and manage such a simple thing. I guess the parents mental well being isn't a priority. I will say the place looks wonderful.

Experiencia negativa: Wish I could get a call back. I need pt for my arm and shoulder. I have called for 10 days with no call back. No one answers the phone in that department. I'd love to give a great review if I could just have the .experience.

Experiencia negativa: Imagine Central bad service the front desk guy discriminates you

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding doctors, nurses and receptionists. Always kind and caring. This is the only doctor facility that I like. Every other facility that I have dealt with is COLD AND UNCARING. My wife died Thanksgiving and when I went for my visit the doctors and nurses were crying and if I needed anything just call AT ANYTIME! I love Sonja and Dr.Huang SO MUCH! AND ALL OF THE STAFF!
Experiencia fantástica: Great service, lots of free parking, very beautiful buildings, all services offered are great.
Experiencia fantástica: I was there for nearly a week in the ICU after undergoing brain surgery and I had the best experience there. All the nurses and the doctors were outstanding, the food was decent and the rooms were very comfortable, airy and inviting. I don't think you can get a more top-notch and yet seriously underrated hospital in the Inland Empire than this one.
Experiencia fantástica: My father broke his hip and his recovery was at Casa Colina. The staff took very good care of him especially considering the additional challenges with my father having speech and heart conditions. While we hoped he could have had more time there to recover, he had to be transferred to another facility due to Medicare limitations. The case manager at Casa Colina (Jason C.) was especially helpful and supportive in making sure this transfer went smoothly. We appreciate and want to thank Jason and the staff at Casa Colina for their assistance in helping my father through his recovery process.
Experiencia fantástica: I was treated two different times in 2016 for total knee replacement. Annie was amazing and constantly encourage me to work hard for the best result while continuing to support me at my pace. I recently found myself needing hand therapy, went against my original thoughts and went to the therapist my surgeon suggested. I was miserable yearning for the support I had previously experienced. I took a chance and tracked down the staff I worked with previously hoping for a recommendation. Of course life goes on and I didn’t expect much but thankfully both the director and the therapist still work for Casa Colina. I reached out to the director for a recommendation and Christi Ewing went far beyond that, she listened to me and my concerns and immediately got me in to see a hand therapist the next day. I had my first appointment today and left with tears in my eyes because the therapist wanted to hear about the path I had taken and assured me that she would help. I look forward to working with Mariem and can’t speak highly enough about the professionalism I experienced. Thank you Casa Colina for being diligent enough to keep your staff long term and obviously creating a team dedicated to service!
Experiencia fantástica: There children's center is amazing. Especially the people.
Experiencia negativa: If I could give ZERO stars I would. Terrible customer service - they make it seem as though money is all they care about. My first experience was in the physical therapy ward. Although I had 2 sessions a week for 2 months (over 16 sessions), I dealt and met with the doctor ONE time. He did not give me the time of day. The PAs were helpful but still gave very little personal attention. My second (and last) experience was in the surgical operations ward. I was told I would receive phone calls about pre-op Covid test, pre-op patient information interview, and a final call as to my operation time. I received NONE of these calls, I had to initiate every call in order to get the information. I provided feedback to the chief of surgical operation, who passed me along to the head of Human Resources, who passed me along to the next. I finally called the CEO directly in order to inform him of the terrible experience - he brushed me off and asked “what do you want me to do about it?”. Zero empathy for someone receiving no attention from the people I am trusting to operate on me under anesthesia. The operation time finally came around, and even though I put up a major fuss about the low quality of service I had received, the operators still managed to show no regard for my experience - chipping my front tooth during the operation. Not only did they disregard my well being, they GAVE me an entirely different patients medical information, pictures, and diagnosis. Huge HIPAA violation. RIDICULOUS. After calling to inform them of the mishap, the only response from Casa Colina was a call from the head of compliance. No apologies were given to me, but she made it very clear that I signed a consent form alleviating them from any legal issues following my chipped tooth (fair point, I should’ve been more aware while signing). She also accused me of being “egregiously inhumane” for refusing to return the other patients information until they handle my situation first (their mistake, not mine). Not only have they showed zero remorse, but they harass me with phone calls accusing me of wrong doing, when in reality they didn’t care enough to check the patient information they were handing out - they only cared when they were placed in a position of dealing with legal ramifications. When I requested the chairman and vice-chairman’s contact information to inform them of this situation, the CEO blocked any employee from releasing this information to me specifically. Covering their mistakes. Terrible facility. Terrible leadership. WOULD NOT recommend.
Experiencia positiva: Have had a good experience with their physical therapy department, so after some research I chose them for my hip replacement. I came out with a disability that is looking like it will be permanent. My retirement will be more of a challenge now.
Experiencia fantástica: caring and professional however as with any large corporate institution it is severely understaffed causing clients to go to the bathroom on themselves or risk injury by trying to make it to the restroom on their own. staff does the best they can with what they have.
Experiencia fantástica: What can I say about this Hospital but . Thank You. Thank you Casa Colina for the love and care you showed my mother for the 4th time once in 2001, 2015, 2018 and now 2019. Never have I ever been to a facility full of people that are so loving and so kind. It took a lot of weight off my shoulder knowing that she was being taken care of. My mother showed up weak she had been in the hospital for a month and in 2 weeks she is so much stronger. Once again we appreciate you working on her physical inside and out and her spiritual with the sweetest Chaplin ever. Thank you for being more than a hospital but a home away from home for my mother. The only thing that I want to say thanks a lot for is, because of PT my mom wants a Nintendo Wii lol.
Experiencia fantástica: Had gallbladder surgery 8/23/19. The staff and people there treat me great very professional
Experiencia fantástica: Really good facility with physical therapy treatment. I actually have to go here each week to get pelvic floor dysfunction therapy which is a very specific and they do a really good job and seemed to care about their patients. I am very impressed.
Experiencia fantástica: 3yrs ago I became septic and was treated with at San Dimas hospital I was just there to be stable then was send to Casa Colina to recover and for Therapy Man I have never been pampered in a hospital like I did there all my Nurces, the dietitian, physical and occupational therapist were the best and still are!! Dr: Yong Lee as been taking care of me since then, now I'm going to pool therapy because of other problems I have doctor Lee being the best doctor for me I love, love Casa Colina if any one needs care you should talk to your insurance to be cover with Casa Colina. the care is beyond words can say well here is mine "Phenomenal"
Thank you for the kind words. At Casa Colina, quality care is our number one priority. We are always pleased to hear about another positive experience.
Experiencia positiva: Only giving three stars because their staff is rude on the phone. They don’t problem solve all they do is hang up and you have to call back up to 4 times to get transferred to the right room.
Respectful and appropriate handling of all of our phone inquiries is a priority at Casa Colina. We appreciate you sharing your experience and will look into the matter.
