James has worked with me through therapy and instructions on different exercises I can do on my own to maintain the relief he has given me. I highly recommend a consultation and follow-up therapy James and the staff at PCPT offer. They also took care of the insurance up-front very quickly so I could begin the therapy sessions the same day as my initial consultation.

We moved here two months ago from Palm Beach Gardens, and I had to look for a new physical therapist. We contacted personal care physical therapy. The woman I spoke to on the phone named Emily couldn’t have been more lovely, couldn’t have been more helpful but I was concerned about the therapist since it was an unknown. He started coming two weeks ago and he is wonderful. I feel like I’m getting stronger. His name is James and I recommend anyone that needs some physical therapy for whatever reason to get in touch with this company. They won’t disappoint.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to get therapy because I had to pay out-of-pocket due to my insurance being a New York based insurance There’s not many Companies out here in Florida that take my insurance. But I Decided To get therapy and It was worth every penny. calling this company for the first time everybody was so helpful and Professional Sarah, who came to my house and help me with my Physical Therapy was very professional and knowledgeable. Physical therapy for the knee replacement is very painful. Sarah was very mindful and had multiple exercises to keep me engaged and help keep the pain level down while pushing me at the same time. If I did not have to pay out of pocket, I would 100% use them for the rest of my therapy. I highly recommend this company.
