Experiencia fantástica: I can not say enough great things about this office at Goldtree. I had a very difficult surgery and recovery and everyone here from the time you check in to to the time you leave is attentive, professional, patient, and kind . I actually miss their welcoming atmosphere.

Experiencia negativa: I wont recommend this place located at Goldtree Ln in Port St lucie. I go there the first 3 times and they get me out in 40 minutes which in my mind i paid for an hour. Now I came late one time by 15 minutes and they told me they couldnt take me and scolded me with a really bad attitude. I reminded that rude lady Stephanie that I am the patient and paying customer and she is an employee. She is a knucklehead. ( In my mind if they were able to do it before in 40 minutes why they can take me in 15 minutes late, i already paid for the time anyways) Anyways save your time go elsewhere. I wont be going back there.

Experiencia negativa: They overcharged me in January 2024 and continued to do so during each visit without my knowledge. I emailed the main office and was repeatedly told that a check was in the mail. To this day, I have not received a refund. Avoid this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks to Kate for being so professional and caring. My visit was exceptional and her ability to explain everything was outstanding. Looking forward to my future visits for additional help. 2nd visit today with Jamie D. Amazing shared knowledge and great session. It's nice to find PT that actually helps. Great teaching and I learned a lot today. Thx Jamie.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible service. Made an appointment in person. I brought the referral with me 2 weeks ago. I received email n textconfirming the appointment . When I arrived for appointment. She said it was cancel because they don’t have my pcp referral. How come she didn’t tell me 2 weeks ag that I need pcp referral as well or y no one called me to tell me that I needed for pcp referral. Y no one called me that appointment was cancelled. They charge u $45, if u don’t call to cancel ur appointment 24 hr advance. So y don’t pay me for Uber to go to appointments. N wasted my money n time. Because they don’t care if others waste their time n money for their mistakes.

Experiencia positiva: The physical therapists are amazing but unfortunately the billing is very incompetent. I’m being told I have a balance I already paid. What they have on file isn’t even correct. I spoke with someone on the phone and they apologized and said they will resolve it then a few days later a text with the same balance? The providers are amazing but the billing isn’t worth the headache

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Premier in September for a 50 percent torn rotator cuff. I was under their care for about 6 weeks. I still do the prescribed exercises faithfully. As of this date my pain has subsided and my shoulder has gotten stronger. Although it will not heal to 100 percent, to this point I have not had to under go surgery. Surgery is still an option down the road.

Experiencia fantástica: Catherine Howard PT is kind, caring, and knowledgeable in her practice. She takes the time to help you and teaches you ways to improve your muscles. I highly recommend her.

Experiencia fantástica: Kate was wonderful with my Vertigo. She understood my fear & helped me through it. I was so dizzy & disoriented I could not walk without help. Kate worked with me as long as my session took. Maneuvers worked after 2 sessions. She also diagnosed me with left eye neurological issues, which led me to a neurologist. Very friendly & helpful staff. Ryan was great with the initial consultation.

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to add my kudos and appreciation to Premier Therapy & Sports Medicine. Specially the Laser Therapy treatments. Over the last couple of years I received laser therapy for planter fasciitis and pulled hamstring. After only a few treatments, I felt relief from pain and I was able to get back to my regular activities.

Experiencia fantástica: If you ever need physical therapy, Premier is where you want to go. I've been to several therapy places and never received the kind of success I had with Premier. The staff is the best. Most of my dealings were with Jammie/ therapist and Sam the assistant. The staff overall was intense yet kept it light and fun. I can say I feel 100% better now than I did before I started. The main thing I noticed was all the staff took an interest in all the patients, always inquiring as to how you were doing. Great place. So if your hurting go there for help, I think you will be very happy.

Experiencia fantástica: Kim and the entire crew are AMAZING!! My dad has been going there for four years and they have never let us down. I would also like to give a shout out to Alexis whom I’ve spoken with twice in getting my mom set up to go there. She is also awesome and definitely an asset to the Premier organization!

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you Kathy (from PSL office)for helping my mother in law with her vertigo. One treatment from you, and she was better!! The Epley Maneuver works great. The office staff was wonderful also. We called in the morning and they were able to fit her in, in the same day!! We highly recommend Premier Physical Therapy. Then 2 months later I had vertigo and again, I was able to be seen in the same that I called. This time I saw Caleb at SLW. He performed the Epley Maneuver and I was better after just 1 visit!!

The therapists are very professional, very skillful, very caring. I want to thank them because my pain is almost all gone. I feel so good and I am so happy.
