Experiencia fantástica: Late September I was evaluated with a shoulder issue. Orthopedic Dr. suggested PT first instead of surgery. I've had the best experience with the folks at Premier Wellness, I have worked with 5 different therapists each one bringing a different approach and all looking to get me back to a former self. Any questions or concerns were answered and process given to remedy the problem. Will the issues ever fully be resolved, no but I am for the most part pain free. In addition the office staff are extremely helpful! If you need therapy I highly recommend Premier Wellness.

While the owner and physical therapist may project a friendly demeanor, I discovered that their actions were marked by dishonesty and untrustworthiness. This is not merely an opinion; I have documented proof of the lies I encountered during my time there. If you are seeking a genuine experience, I would highly advise looking for another provider. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Everything about the visit from the greeting at the front desk, to the onboarding app and questionnaire, to the quality of the facility and mostly, the quality of doctors and staff and you know you are in a high outcome environment looking to achieve positive health outcomes. Leaves me with great confidence in the roadmap to recovery.

When he called, he spoke to one of the friendly female doctors who answered all his questions! I really needed to get in that day due to my pain and we didn’t have an appointment but they were very accommode us and told us they would make sure I’d be seen. I was highly impressed with the office and staff from the moment I walked in- we were greeted with a cheerful hello and smiling faces! The office was so clean and modern, like a spa and very busy but we knew it would be-and were just grateful to be able to get in on such short notice. I saw Dr. Bill Jensen and felt very confident in his knowledge and abilities to diagnose and treat my issues - he didn’t hesitate to let us know his plan of action that night and got to work! Was told it wasn't necessary, although was asked for it at appointment. The nerve pain in my thigh is much worse after treatment. I'll see what the next two days bring.

Billing and accounting was not easy to work with for getting insurance forms sent or receipts (so that I could forward to insurance company) for reimbursement.

Experiencia positiva: The massage was fabulous with Katie. I’ve been a Massage Club member for a long time. However, I cancelled it effective 7/1 because of the tremendous rate increase. I normally went once a week and the increase would amount to an ADDITIONAL $105+tips a month! When I started a little over a year ago it was $50/massage. Now it will be over $80/massage. There also was a discount for the additional massages in a month in the past. I understand that staff need to be paid a good wage so they will stay and that they built a new building, but this increase is just too much unless they want to cater only to wealthy clientele or people who only come once a month.

A young man took weight, BP, height, posture, 2 x-rays of my back and moved me to an adjustment room. The doctor came in and spoke to me about my back history and then Electrical Muscle Stimulation. An assistant checked on me periodically. Adjustments came next. Unfortunately my back was too tight and did not cooperate. I will try again in a couple of days. The place is immaculate and the people are very nice.
