Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Natasha is an extraordinary physical therapist who goes above and beyond to ease your pain and effectively treat your issues. My situation (hip and back troubles) has improved greatly through her treatments and techniques. She created a plan for me, and led me through a series of very specific exercises and stretches, including hands on work. And she’s excels at that. She is a doctor, a healer, and a no nonsense coach. Lo and behold, the chronic, long-standing hip pain has subsided. What a relief. It’s amazing - I no longer limp! Thank you Dr. Natasha!

Experiencia fantástica: This practice is clean, professional and DETAIL ORIENTED!!! I was struggling with shoulder pain and a separated joint for months!!! Natasha provided the best physical therapy AND tools for after therapy. She helped me regain full range of motion and most importantly she got me BACK ON THE JIU JITSU MATS!!! I highly recommend them!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Mid-year 2020 and into 2021, I had to move my therapy from a counselor to Monte Jackson and I'm glad I did. He's smart and helpful. He listens and is very attentive. Experiencia fantástica: Before meeting Dr. Montigus Jackson my longest relationship with a therapist was maybe 2 sessions. The introduction process started to feel exhausting because I thought I was never going to find the type of conversations and straightforwardness I was looking for. Once meeting with him I knew right away it was the type of engaging sessions I was searching for. He has genuinely helped me overcome various situations I wanted to work on before heading off to law school. I highly recommend Montigus Jackson LMHC at Starting Pointe Therapy and Wellness . Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Starting Pointe Therapy and Wellness. I have visited several therapist over the past few years, but Dr. Jackson has been the first to be attentive (provided 1:1 attention/treatment) and address my needs. She focused on the areas (shoulders and hip) where I was having pain, massaged the areas, and showed me exercises/stretches to strengthen the areas. The 1:1 attention provided by Dr. Jackson allowed a quick recovery in restoring my range of motion and strengthening my muscles in my shoulders and hip.
