Experiencia positiva: The therapist is very professional, but one of the customer services gave me attitude because I cancel 2 appointments for being sick and not allowed to go. She should be empathetic and understand that things happen unexpectedly.

Experiencia fantástica: I see Janet Rivard Michaud, OT. My evaluation was very impressive. More than any other I have had in 61 years. Janet was so knowledgeable in all of my body malfunctions, and I have many. Way more so than my primary care doctor. She is so talented at what she does that each visit she brought my pain scale down @ 2 points. I felt so relaxed I didn’t want to get off the table. Not only did my pain go down I am sleeping better and the awful buzzing in my ears disappeared! Janet is knowledgeable, caring, talented at her profession, empathetic and a joy to work with!
