Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough about the life-changing care I've received from Dr. Taylor. After dealing with lingering issues from an old Army incident that led to another surgery, I truly believed my life would be a never-ending cycle of injections and pills. I’d had physical therapy before, but my experiences left me unimpressed, and I didn’t have much faith that this time would be different. Dr. Taylor proved me completely wrong. From the very beginning, his expertise, personalized care, and genuine dedication stood out. For the first time in years, I’ve regained movement I thought was lost forever. He didn’t just help with my recovery—he gave me hope and a better quality of life. If you’re on the fence about physical therapy or have been let down before, I urge you to give Dr. Taylor and the clinic, a chance. He’s the real deal, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the progress I’ve made under his care.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience! Laid on the table waiting for 40 minutes and he spent 5 minutes with me. Basically 2 weeks of really wasted therapy. I couldn’t believe a business could provide such poor service and remain open. Finally moved on and getting excellent care and progressing well at another therapy office.

Experiencia negativa: After telling you they take your insurance and then suddenly saying they never did, they don't communicate how much they're going to charge you with you or with the receptionists, so the receptionists tell you that the appointments cost $X amount, and charge you that much, but then over a year later they say the price was actually $Y and that you supposedly "should have known it was $Y even if the receptionists only asked to you pay $X" so now they send you a bill to pay to make up the difference for this retroactively changed price jump. How you were possibly supposed to know that when even the receptionists didn't know makes no sense. Then when you ask for documentation, their incompetent billing department makes a "ledger" that doesn't reflect reality at all to make you pay these retroactively added charges, plus they don't even do the math correctly and you have to point out the errors to get charged the "correct" amount for this retroactively added charge. If that new price was supposedly the price the whole time, but the person who communicates the charge with the client makes a mistake, the business eats the mistake, you don't make the client pay the difference they weren't informed of.

Experiencia negativa: They take forever. There were times I was at the clinic over 2 hours and did not receive treatment. I ended up having to leave without service. By the end of my treatments I was no better and was told that they had never seen a shoulder as bad as mine and were unable to help loosen it further post surgery. They are now billing me over 2 years later saying that I have not paid. I have worked with insurance and verified all payments were given, but fyzical changed billing systems and has no way to verify the old payments. They are contacting people for the payment that were never listed as responsible for billing. At this point it seems like a scam business. Would find a place that will respect your money and time.

Experiencia negativa: The billing department is horrible. I received some treatment at the end of 2022 as a result of an auto collision that the other party was found at-fault for. I was led to believe the visits were being paid for by insurance but received a bill in January 2024 for those same treatments. I tried to reach out to Fyzical multiple times to discuss and resolve the charges but never received any response. I've just now received the same bill, but with an additional 2 years of interest fees added on top of it and am now once again in the process of trying to resolve the charges. The actual physical therapy is performed well, but it's not worth the nightmare of trying to work with their billing department. Go elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: Rogan is the guru of PT. Brittany for women pelvic floor therapy - 10/10 recommend! I have found relief from issues I have had for over a decade after coming here. You will not regret going to visit Rogan and his crew!! They have the cutest bunch of college kiddos for techs and they are so personable with you. This is the best PT facility I have been to in my 20 years of needing PT. Thank you Rogan, Nicole, Brittany, and gang!!

Experiencia fantástica: Ruth and Brittany were encouraging, thorough, and competent with my pelvic floor therapy. It had been over a year since I gave birth, but they made sure to address each of my issues (including really bad diastasis recti and leaking). They adjusted my hips and back to be aligned, taught me helpful exercises on their gym equipment, and gave me exercises to do at home to strengthen my pelvic floor. I wasn’t sure my issues could be helped, I thought they were just inevitable changes after having a baby. Now I’m on a good path to continuing to strengthen my core and keep up with my kids without awkward issues. I’m so glad I went in to get assessed. Everyone that has given birth would benefit from getting assessed by a pelvic floor therapist.

They are diligent in figuring out what may be causing the pain you may be experiencing, or what may be restricting your movements. Then they put together a personalized exercise program for the patient to follow to help relieve their pain or to improve restricted movements. I’m very impressed and pleased with my results so far.

Experiencia fantástica: Went today for my first appointment. I was very happy with my experience. Everyone was super nice and professional, even though we are dealing with a private area. They have been flexible in their scheduling, and the intake paperwork was sent to me over email when I made the appointment, so I could get it done on my own time at home, instead of scrambling while in the waiting room for whatever info I didn't have. I really appreciate that. I left feeling an inch taller than I did walking in, there was no wasted time between treatments, and I was given paperwork with my exercise homework on it so I don't forget. I will be going back frequently in the following weeks and I will update my review as needed.

This is by far the best treatment i’ve received for TMJ (as well as for related neck and back problems), and my physical therapist, Rogan, is so competent and good at what he does but has great bedside manner. As someone who is often intimidated in a medical space, I cant believe how safe and heard I feel here. And again, the treatment itself is incredible and life-changing. I swear I feel like I’m 2 inches taller.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve never been to this office, so this review is based solely on my experiences with Claire your one person billing department. I’m not exactly sure how Claire is supposed to keep up with her workload. I might be wrong but as far as I can tell Claire is the billing department for all of the Fyzical offices in Utah County. She’s not keeping up, in case you haven’t noticed. Claire needs help. I believe most of it can be provided by Fyzical. She’s the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. I don’t think Claire is actually rude however, I believe she’s just doing her best to cope. Unfortunately she doesn’t have the necessary skills to de escalate an upset customer so instead she brings all that baggage into every conversation she has about billing. At the mere mention of billing, Claire becomes someone else entirely. Completely devoid of anything but contempt. During all of our conversations except the last, I tried my best to de escalate her, to no avail. She doesn’t calm down, maybe a class for anger management could benefit her, or just a quiet calm room where she can talk about how hard her job is without judgement. Her biggest problem and ultimately the reason I won’t be coming back is there’s no SOAP notes. I believed after three phone calls over a 2 month period and her returning all of my phantom copays I’d finally stop being asked for a copayment I didn’t have, but every time they asked her she told them I had one. My final conversation with her was about an email from the Orem office, also an office I’ve never been to. I called and asked about it because it stated that my claims weren’t being processed, however not only was that not true ever single one had been paid. So I was simply trying to understand, However instead of being able to answer that question she gave me an explanation for what a COB is that only a small child would be satisfied with. It was completely confusing and that only further exasperated her. So instead of trying to get answers she so obviously didn’t have, I agreed to call my insurance company. So for the past few months I’ve been receiving paper copies of my claims because my insurance providers were not only just as confused as I was, they wanted to make sure I had a copy if I had to go into your office.

All the Technicians are absolutely stupendous; every one of them, is kind and friendly, and they all strike up some of the best conversations. Sarah is an absolute Southern Peach of a Receptionist. The atmosphere is so soothing, calm, peaceful and everyone is ever so polite and friendly. It was nothing but amazing and perfect. BRAVO.

So naturally when I had knee surgery I chose to go to him because I trusted his expertise and that he would help me recover in the best way possible. I would recommend this place to anybody! Experiencia fantástica: I had thrown out my back and was having back pain for several months. I had gone to a chiropractor several times and he kept promising me that he could fix it. After about 12 times of going, my back was still not any better. I then decided to go to a Physical Therapist. A friend referred me to this clinic. Kimball Taylor was the doctor who was working with me. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful right from the start. The treatment I received was top notch. Very quickly, my back started to get better with less and less pain each time. It only took about 5-6 visits and I was finally pain-free. It turned out to be a problem with my SI Joint that the chiropractors had never diagnosed. I highly recommend their service and I will always go back to them without hesitation.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to SOS Physical Therapy for just over two weeks, and I couldn't be more satisfied! I had my ankle scoped along with my metatarsal which reduced my range of motion to less than five degrees. I see Brandon who is an amazing physical therapist, he has helped me already increase my range of motion to forty degrees. Brandon explains the treatments very well, and makes sure I am comfortable with what is going on. Prior to going to SOS and seeing Brandon, I was going to another therapist who just wasn't getting the job done. At SOS, I always get as much time as needed with the therapist to make sure I'm improving. The techs are always attentive and are happy to help out. Highly recommend!

They are all so polite and do everything they can to ensure their patients are comfortable. Chandler is an amazing physical therapist. He is very attentive to his patients. He listens to their concerns and designs exercises accordingly, educates them on what to do at home to keep making progress and is just an all around caring and great physical therapist. I would most definitely recommend Fyzical therapy & Balance Centers. I've been to multiple physical therapy offices throughout the years and I would recommend this place over all others

Experiencia negativa: If this review was just about the techs it would be 5 stars, the techs are sweet and they do a great job. However my experience with the therapist was horrific. On my intake visit I waited 45 minutes before I saw anyone. They claimed they had an emergency to deal with, but I was never notified that there was an issue. It just seemed like they had forgotten me. My second visit after the techs had finished I waited 15 minutes for the therapist and on my third visit I waited nearly an hour from the time the techs finished to when the therapist came in. The space next to me had two patients come and go in the time that I waited. When the therapist finally did come in he only worked with me for 10 minutes. The work he did was incredibly painful and left me with bruises. The office staff was nice, but they could never give me an answer on what my cost for each visit would be. I chose to discontinue my treatment there because with my busy schedule I need to know how long my appointments will be. Also I don't think it's right for me to be in such pain when I leave.

Experiencia negativa: They were very poor with their service and some individuals had no respect for my wife and no humility either when a mistake was made on their end. It was frustrating to wait more than 30 minutes for registration forms when compared to other therapy offices, we would get the registration forms immediately upon arrival. This dilemma put us past our appointment time as well. We called before the appointment and the individual who answered was very unhappy and not helpful when we asked if the forms had been sent through email and she insisted she sent them and offered no solution to the problem. It was just an overall very disappointing visit with this team.

Experiencia negativa: Procedures helped me feel better, but it was a very impersonal experience. It felt like a revolving door of patients came in without any connections being made with anyone, including the physical therapist. He always seemed rushed and somewhat apathetic about my progress and knee health. I always dreaded going because they never hardly ever played music or made any genuine or friendly conversation; it just felt awkward whenever I had a checkup. I wouldn't recommend the experience to anyone who wants PT.

My physical therapist and techs were grate but I would not recommend due to the front staff and the billing department. They haven't sent my bills to insurance and I can't get a hold of anyone who knows anything. I asked at my last few appointments and she was never there, I called in several times and she was never there, I emailed who they told me to and never got a response. I don't know what else to try.

Billing has VERY odd hours and Evelyn in medical records needs to be either be replaced or a class in public relations. She is beyond rude and unpleasant. Moving our business elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: This is definitely a good place to go for physical therapy work, all techs and therapists are trained well and do a good job. The service here can sometimes be backed up, but that shows the quality of the service and the volume of people that enjoy this facility. As an elite high school runner, I can vouch that the treatment they offer makes a difference even in small everyday life ways and especially running.

He was super encouraging, personable , and most of all new his stuff. Thanks FYZICAL — I really appreciate have a NOT dislocated right shoulder Also they were great about COVID and wiped down everything which is important due to all of their elderly patients.

They use all the current forms of promoting proper muscle repair, and their knowledge of specific stretches and exercises to help you is expansive. I will be recommending them in the future!

Experiencia positiva: Update: They have a serious scheduling issue. I would often wait an hour, once even two, to be seen! I came in after a week long of hardly being able to move my neck. I had been laying awake in bed at night in pain for hours. After one visit, I finally had a good night's sleep and woke up feeling almost completely better!

Experiencia negativa: Other than the horrific wait times, the service itself was great and the people were really pleasant. PT relieved some of my discomfort on the first visit! I won't be going back though. First visit started 40 min late, I complained, the PT called to apologize personally, and they made the second visit really prompt. But then the THIRD visit started 35 minutes late. I noticed another patient who had come in at the same time as me was finished and out before I even started. Then they acted like nothing was wrong when they finally called me back. They are overbooking themselves on purpose! I was really sad and disappointed by the lack of care I was shown especially after I gave them a second chance to make things right.

I had previously given a 1 star review and a pretty negative comment regarding the staff (specifically regarding insurance billing) the whole situation was a little taxing and that is why 4 stars instead of 5 but once my problem was noticed by staff members other than the 1 single staff member who was the problem. The problem was resolved quickly and professionally and with care and compassion. They are actually very amazing and caring people. I have actually been going to Fyzical for years all the way back before they were Fyzical. And that's the way it is once you come to Fyzical you don't want to go somewhere else. They do more for patients then other therapist I've been to focusing on stretching and breaking up scare tissue when others don't. I'm really grateful we were able to resolve my insurance problems.

After multiple doctor and chiropractor visits (which was making the problem worse and I was taking pain medication that was making me sick), Reed was the first person who felt all over my back and figured out the real problem. He listens and thinks instead of railroading you through a quick diagnosis. The techs who do massage and ultrasound are very responsive and nice, they always make you feel at ease. They demonstrate all your exercises and there's even an app with videos for when you forget what you're supposed to be doing. I feel very well cared-for, and after a couple of weeks I can't believe how much improvement I've made. Very very happy with the team here.

He diagnosed my SI joint problem after several others in Utah County could not, and I finally had some relief from the pain. I've been to see him periodically for almost 20 years, including for whiplash after an auto accident. Wonderful treatment!

From helping make immediate, significant physical progress, to instilling mental tools to help combat pain and disability, the care I've received there has gone beyond measure. They've put back hope in my life where there was none for years. Very friendly and flexible staff and office overall. Great amenities for a full experience of pool time, working out, electrotherapy, massage, and time working on specific parts of the body that need stretching and reprogramming. The work they've done on my damaged body has been noticeable right out of the gate and I look forward to each visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow. Coming here has been the best decision. I honestly had 24/7 lower back pain for 4 months that I couldn’t shake. I tried everything. I tried stretching, belt, chiro, even bought my own inversion table. It was miserable. Not sure why I didn’t think about physical therapy until my dad actually recommended I come see Dr Rogan Taylor. I’m 2 weeks in and I only have probably 5-10% of the discomfort left and getting better each day. They gave me a routine to work on specifically for my issue at home that has worked. It’s been life-changing. I thought for awhile I would just have back pain the rest of my life and honestly, my mental health suffered from it as well. This has completely changed things for me. I do my routine at home and make 2 visits a week. I’ve done 4 total and can’t believe the progress I’m seeing. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you’re in pain. I’m seriously grateful I decided to come in, and really wish I would have months ago, I could have saved myself months of pain and discomfort.

Experiencia fantástica: Here's the deal, I don't normally do reviews but after working through an injury I had with Bert there, I can't not. The people here are so friendly and so willing to help. When I got hurt, I went to like 4 different doctors who all couldn't figure out what was wrong. After my first time with Bert, he gave us a theory of what he believed was wrong, and it felt like we had an answer. He got me walking again, and really helped with recovery. This is definitely the place to go for PT!

Experiencia fantástica: After a diagnosis indicating I needed spine surgery, I was referred to FYZICAL to see if they could relieve some of the pain while I was awaiting surgery. Riley the DPT was very confident that he could help me out. In just a few visits, my pain was almost completely gone. He was able to zero in on the several areas of pain and manipulate them to the point that now, after a couple of months, I’m 95% pain free! The surgery is off and I’m like a new man. The office staff and the Techs are fantastic. These folks are the best!!
