Experiencia fantástica: I can’t possibly begin to say how amazing this office is. I worked with Matt briefly a few years back and it was very positive. When I had a spine injury this year and the surgeon wanted me to do physical therapy before surgery, they were my top choice. I have connective tissue problems and they are the only physical therapy practice I trust to have extensive knowledge on how to work with my unique issues. This time around I went with Justin Brown and am so grateful I did. Within a couple sessions of seeing him, he pinpointed an issue I had that wasn’t even connected to my spine injury that was actually causing around 80% of my symptoms. I did not need to go through with surgery because of this discovery and he saved me so much unnecessary pain and recovery because of his diligence in understanding the full picture of what was going on with my body. I have only ever felt extremely safe and respected by Justin and everyone at Bushnell, which is very important when you’re a woman and trusting your body to others for help. From the front desk, to the assistants, and even the students shadowing the providers, everyone is extremely kind and respectful. It will be a long journey forward with my unique problems but I’ve already made so much progress in the last few months and look forward to working with them going ahead. I can’t emphasize enough how much pain and suffering they have saved me from, I’ll always be extremely grateful.

Experiencia fantástica: I was an on/off patient here for YEARS!! I’ve been seen for my shoulders (R+L), neck, knees (R+L), hips (R+L), and ankles (R+L). I pretty much got dealt a weird hand of health issues which included joints that struggle hardcore. They were patient with me and worked with me every time and helped me get better. They’ve even helped me pre and post op when I had shoulder surgery. They mix fun and humor with serious work and I’ve actually seen a lot of improvement. I couldn’t recommend any other physical therapist and can’t give them enough stars. I am a big fan and loyal as can be (because they are THAT good). If you’re looking for a physical therapist in (or around) Utah County, look no further. This is the place ;)

In spite of the complexities of her case, the physical therapists are up to the task and have been patient, kind, professional and even fun to work with! Matt is super knowledgeable and kind, and he's very good with shoulders. One thing I appreciate so much about this physical therapy office is that they don't overbook so that you're not waiting super long (other places I've been to you I've been waiting over an hour to be seen) here I've never waited longer than 5-10 minutes which is incredible! The other staff are always very friendly and helpful. 100% recommend Matt and his office for physical therapy (he has other great PTs working here too- I have a friend that gets treatment who says great things about the other PTs)

Experiencia fantástica: I have a torn and retracted rotator cuff, a tear in my bicep tendon and arthritis, all in my right shoulder. The surgeon I met with discouraged surgery because it would limit my range of motion due to severity of damage to the rotator cuff and my age. His recommendation was physical therapy to train the muscles in my shoulder to help compensate for the lack of a working rotator cuff. Before I started PT the range of motion in my shoulder was very limited because of the sharp pain with certain motions. The chronic pain level was constantly at a level 4 or 5 and the pain level of certain motions was 8 or 9. I've been visiting Bushnell PT for three weeks now and the chronic pain level is maybe a 1. I now have full range of motion and the pain level with certain motions might hit 3 on a bad day. I am so thankful for the thoughtful approach Braiden has taken to get me back on track to leading a pain free life. These guys know what they're doing. The entire staff is very pleasant and respectful.

Justin took great care of me - I had pretty rough Achilles Tendonopathy, and as a marathon runner with races coming up, he was very respectful of my goals, and worked with me to get healed as quickly as possible. He also was realistic and didn’t make promises he couldn’t keep. But I could tell he was really on my side. The dry needling therapy worked wonders, and the massaging, scraping, & electrical stimulation helped a lot too. A very sweet staff, & scheduling is also super easy and convenient. Very happy with my few visits here! I highly recommend you check them out!

After 1 month of physical therapy and keeping up with the exercises that I was taught, I feel so much better! Gina was very thorough with my treatment of my back and I could start to sleep without pain for the 1st time in many weeks. I would recommend her to anyone male or female.

Experiencia fantástica: Recovering from a Total Knee Replacement gives you one chance to restore range of motion before scar tissue determines the limit for the rest of your life (unless you want more surgery). Many other aspects of recovery are also critical. I couldn't have been more pleased with the staff and care I received at Bushnell PT. Orion led my team, Emma, Brooke and others assisted. Care and treatment was, encouraging, compassionate and professional on every visit. I never waited more than 5 minutes to get started and equipment was always available. The facility in Provo was receiving new equipment and had everything I needed. My questions and concerns were addressed and reports were written for follow up visits with my surgeon, Dr. Nathan Momberger at TOSH, who BTW couldn't have been more pleased with my recovery. Bushnell provided me with a plan for continued PT when I moved to my Winter home in AZ. Also, I do not have traditional insurance and they offered a more than fair cash discount along with full billing records to submit to for reimbursement to a cost sharing group I belong to.

Experiencia fantástica: I had severe neck ache before I went in for consultation. It was so bad that it was preventing me from doing my day job. Justin was really helpful in diagnosing and treating it. After two sessions I saw significant improvement and I was able to get back to normalcy. I was able to schedule/cancel appointments with quick phone calls and the staff were awesome and hospitable. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for physical therapy.

As an athlete, I am very picky with who I choose to work with for rehab because I don’t just want to return to everyday life after an injury, I want to return to sports. I doubted it because I had never done physical therapy before, and I am getting older and creakier so I pretty much figured that's the way it was, I was probably just going to have to live with it. But, I really wanted to at least try something. Voila! Justin fixed me right up in 4 visits. I am so happy, I honestly feel like a new human being instead of an old creaky one! The physical therapist were knowledgeable and if I had any questions that pertained to my visit, they were quick to give me an answer. Scheduling was also easy and I appreciated the text messages that they would send prior before my scheduled appointment. When I had arrived, there was relatively no waiting. If I did have to wait it was less than five minutes. Overall my experience was pleasant and I had absolutely no issues. I would highly recommend Buchnell physical therapy.

I especially appreciate the comfort of their personable Atmosphere, and personalized treatment program. They coordinated perfectly with my insurance Co. so there were no issues whatsoever, I didn’t even have to deal with it. When the time came for me to take responsibility for my own care they were 100% supportive. I was helped in formulating a long-term plan, and long after my treatment had ended they were very happy to advise me over the phone. I was even offered a free follow up session and consultation. Can’t ask for more than that! So I have nothing but praise for the treatment I have received at Bushnell.

Orion & Justin were the two Physical Therapists that worked on my jaw and they were always professional and kind. Both of them were taking a class on TMJ/TMD which was especially helpful for my situation. They always took the time to listen and were willing to try new things and go the extra mile. Orion recommended Justin do needling and even though I was nervous they both explained how it would work and needling completely changed the headaches I was experiencing. Amy was at the front desk most mornings I was there and always made me feel welcome and was extremely kind. He helped get them into much better shape and made the cramps and tightness release making everything flow much better, like a river! 10/10

I’m a teacher and was very concerned about being able to start teaching in August with the pain I was having. Orion saw me a couple of times a week, being very thorough with adding new techniques and exercises as my ankle became stronger. I’m now back in school with no pain. The whole team is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The ankle was a bummer—I even had to cancel my vacation—but my experience at Bushnell was great.

I never felt rushed or unimportant. They were spot-on with the suggested time frame it would take for me to heal. I entered the facility in a tremendous amount of shoulder pain and now, 4 weeks later, I am pain free and have regained all of my mobility. The exercises were catered to my abilities and increase as I was able. The facilities were perfectly sanitized and never overcrowded. I would highly recommend their services.

The bus was going down the canyon about 40 miles an hour when the driver lost control and smashed into our car. My car was demolished and I was banged up really bad especially my left hip. Matt Bushnell and his team were very professional and helped me recover. I appreciated them taking such great care of me, helping me to heal and getting back on the slopes!
