Truhealth is a little more expensive but they have a great system and helpful watchful professionals watching over you. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have had 4 appointments scheduled and 3 of being cancelled or them no showing me on the day of. No one ever answers the phone or is available to talk to quickly or easily. James is a great PT, just unfortunately only got to work with him once over our 4 appointments.

The first day I had an appointment with James I couldn't believe how comfortable he actually made me feel!!! He is so concerned about what your physical problems are and wants to hear all about them!!! He is so hands on, doesn't listen to you and then turn you over to an assistant or someone else to work with you, which as far as I know is unheard of in other physical therapy establishments!!! You can tell when you talk to him that he is really listening and cares!!! He is positive and puts you at ease immediately and lets you know that the problems your dealing with may not be as big as you thought, it is his attitude and knowledge that put you at ease and make you rethink the situation you are in!!! He has such a positive attitude about everything, and that tends to rub off on you, especially when you may not be having the best day!!! He is also very understanding when your personal life gets in the way of you physical therapy appointments , as much as you try to avoid that situation...but find that there are circumstances you can't control or avoid!!! He doesn't make you feel bad or uneasy because you may have to cancel appointments. He listens and understands, so important!!! He is so professional, yet after very little time has the ability to make you feel like a friend, hard combination to pull off!!!! He is so knowledgeable about the human body , how things are so inter-related in your body, the things going on with your particular situation !!! He then helps you to understand that as well!!! My sister is now going to James for a problem she is having and I have told everyone I know with a problem physical therapy could help about James and will continue to do so!!! He, I am convinced and am sure, is absolutely the best!!! He sure has helped me and I will continue my appointments and doing the home exercises he has given me to do and I have no doubt I will be all the better for it, may even be able to continue to put off a pretty big surgery, for as long as possible!! Not to mention how much better I feel and how much I improve when I go to him and also do the exercises he gives me to do at home!!! Experiencia fantástica: TruHealth Physical Therapy Due to serious and extremely painful surgery complications I started therapy with Dr. James Reichman and TruHealth Physical Therapy and Wellness a few months ago. I was debilitated and in constant pain and now I have recovered my functionality, my mobility, my strength and my happy active life. I had sought help from several physical therapists and FINALLY found James. He is the only one who has really helped progress my healing. The thing that is unusual about him is he spends time personally trying to help you feel better in every functional physical and mental way that you need to feel better to be the best you. He takes time and effort to help you meet your treatment goals and to help you have the physical ability and strength and courage that you want and desire. He doesn't not give you a list of stretches and exercises and turn you over to an aid. He is hands-on with every patient Dr. Reichman has incredible education and understanding of how the human body heals and what is needed to help it to heal faster and more completely. I would never go to any other physical therapist. The energy and capability of the staff in the office is so positive and uplifting that I always feel happier and better and more whole when I leave the office then when I arrive. I've never seen anything quite like this before. They are amazing. I wish there were more stars than just 5, because people deserve to know that they are the best!

Experiencia fantástica: After years of issues with my lower back and trying everything from chiropractic, steroid shots, nerve blockers, massage therapy, and even acupuncture. I couldn’t sleep because of shooting pain and had numbness in my right leg and foot. I couldn’t go on walks or hikes with my family and walking from my office to the copy machine was painful. I began judging every activity of my life on how much I might have to walk. I walker or a cane would help but I felt too “young” to use one. I decided to move forward with the suggestion of surgery by fusing my lower back L3-L5. After reading about mixed results from fusing surgery, my wife and I decided to look for other alternatives. We were referred to James Reichman for physical therapy. After a few visits teaching me about stretching and strengthening techniques and movement he made a life changing suggestion. He said,”I’m going to tell you to do some things that other doctors and surgeons may have told you not to do for years. He then suggested “posterior chain exercises”. He explained I need to get back to the gym and do squats, dead lifts, and other exercises that strengthen the lower back, glutes, and hamstrings. I share that my back goes out when I deadlift or squat so he showed me alternatives to modify at the beginning. He explained, “Your back may still go out a few times but in 1-2 years, more importantly in 5 years you will be much better off. So with some new vocabulary and direction I began working. He also recommended weight loss and at that time I weighed 256lbs. So with healthy eating and a weightlifting regimen that includes stretching and yoga I started a change. Fast forward a 1 1/2 years. I’ve lost 30 pounds. I still receive shots in my back a few times of the year but I’m walking regularly. I can go on 7 mile hikes and I have hope to take it farther. I still struggle with back pain, but with the combination of strengthening, stretching, cardio, and diet, I have hope of hiking into my 90’s or longer. I owe everything to James teaching me that the power of healing isn’t in another surgery but in my power. Life is good and getting better!

(which is very different from all of the other physical therapists I've been to in the valley that over book themselves and then make you spend most of your appointments with an intern stretching or exercising in the group gym) So far I've felt really encouraged and hopeful that I can get some improvement in areas that I have chronic pain. Experiencia fantástica: Referred to TruHealth by my Doctor at Spinal Interventions. I’m 46, active, strong, and had a increasing back problem. I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and have “unlucky” bad genetics. I was bummed. Lots of back pain. I was taking 6 Advil a day and getting worse. After my first visit things began to improve. I followed James’ exercise instructions everyday. It was tough, but I made myself do them everyday. It worked. More improvement every week with each visit. After 6 therapy visits and 8 weeks of exercises my pain is 90% gone and now very manageable. I haven’t taken a pill in two months. I’m free! So excited, so relieved, so grateful. I will stay in close touch with James to make sure I adapt as needed in the future to mange this. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I feel I recovered leaps and bound faster once he added that to the regimen. My mobility, activity tolerance, and range of motion has increased at an amazing rate with his technique and these aids. Dr Reichman intuitively knows how to help you, is very diligent, highly skilled, hands-on, and honest. His incredible education and understanding of how the human body heals and what is needed to help it to heal gives amazing results, healing me faster and more completely. The hyperbaric oxygen chamber also helps systemically and is an amazing healing tool. I have never felt better!
