Experiencia fantástica: Doctor Cox was great and he hires excellent doctors in training to assist him in the small PT environment at Back at Work. I had shoulder surgery and the recovery is expected to be long, but it was great going to Back at Work and building my strength back up with the team there. I didn’t feel like there was any wasted time, billing and payment was hassle-free, and the treatment was excellent. I would certainly go back there if I needed further PT.

Experiencia negativa: I feel like it is my responsibility to share my wife's experience as a warning for future patients. My wife has been experiencing pretty severe back, hip and leg pain for several months now. After many different appointments from other doctors my wife was finally start to improve and feeling better. She said that her pain level improved from an 8-9 down to a 3-4 UNTIL she meet with doctor Cox. After the first accessment visit my wife said that he pulled twisted and pushed my wife's during the accessment which injured my wife's back a, hip and leg back to a 9-10 on the pain level. I talked to other people and their experience at other physical therapist was a lot more Q&A, researching past medical history and seeing how the the patient can move on their own. We had to go to the ER that weekend for some strong pain medical and morphine. My wife has not been able to walk the same and has been using a wheelchair at work. Needless to to say that my wife is worst off after going to doctor Cox then before. Doctor Cox has asked if we want to return for another visit, but after my wife's experience we are searching another doctor. We hope that by sharing this experience it may help other patients to prevent having to go through what my wife went through. We sincerely anyone else suffering as my wife is will get better soon. Experiencia fantástica: I was riding a electric scooter with no helmet and wrecked I had several stitches on the top of my head from emergency provo hospital...I continued with dizziness approx 8 to 10 days later I was still in alot of pain I could bearly lift my left leg to get dressed I thought I needed treatment for the epley maneuver I got a referral to make an appointment for therapy at... (* BACK TO WORK THERAPY*) AT RIVERWOODS IN PROVO UTAH MY THERAPIST DAN IS WONDERFUL. I KNOW I WOULD STILL BE IN SO MUCH PAIN AND IT WOULD BE MONTHS BEFORE I WOULD HEAL AND IN JUST A FEW SESSIONS MY PAIN HAS RELIEVED SO MUCH I CAN LIFT MY LEG AND WALK AND HELPING ME WITH SO MANY PARTS OF MY BODY THAT WERE INJURED. TO ME THEY ARE HEAVEN SENT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE OLD OR YOUNG.. IM THANKFUL FOR HELPING ME GET STRONGER AND LIVE WITHOUT SO MUCH PAIN.

Experiencia fantástica: If I could give 10 stars I would! Kevin Danny and Bronwyn are a great team. They have been really flexible with my schedule and it was great actually feeling like I was cared for during my time with them. They answered every and any question/concern I had putting my mind at ease. I walked in day one nervous that I would be treated as just another patient but that quickly went away because I got quality time/care every session! They are great listeners and actually hear you. Not only did they get me back at work faster than expected I feel better than ever! If you’re looking for the best you’ve found them!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kevin Cox and his therapist in training were very helpful utilizing the Epley maneuver to treat my recurrent benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), a common vestibular disorder. I highly recommend Back @ Work for this and the pelvic treatment Dr. Melanie Jessup is helping me with. Great staff, highly personable, and very skilled.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to physical therapy due to an auto accident injury and felt well taken care of here. They did different treatments like manual therapy and dry needling and I felt like it helped me to recover. They also adjusted my treatment as my needs and pain changed. I would definitely recommend Back at Work!

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GO HERE!!! Highly uncomfortable atmosphere & And they send you to collections without sending statements! Phone customer service is terrible, when talking to them about this they shut me down and didnt even take the time to work with me or listen to anything I said!

Experiencia fantástica: Melanie was awesome! She made me feel so comfortable and put me at ease about my frustrating situation. She was very informative and professional. Kamra was doing one of her rotations during my visits and was awesome as well. I will be bummed not spending my Monday mornings with these two any longer!

Experiencia fantástica: Back at work was a lot of help for my recovery. I had damaged my joint in my ankle and my ankle has already felt a lot better. Really clean environment and I felt comfortable the entire time.

I was worried I wouldn’t be able to ski this season but I am back on the slopes! Their whole team is great, I highly recommend seeing them. Thanks guys!

I felt like he involved me in my care. On my good days he pushed and encouraged me. On my bad days he was able to quickly adjust the type of treatment I needed. Experiencia fantástica: For those of you near Utah county and in need of physical therapy, I have found an amazing pt that knows how to work with fibromyalgia patients. Collin Bateman with Back at work Physical Therapy. He teaches you how pain really works and that some of the pain we think is bad, actually is Ok!!! I have actually made improvement with this treatment and don't fill rushed or that I am not working hard enough at my goals. Very grateful to find someone who takes the time to get to know your problems, strengths and weaknesses then turns it around to something that you can really do and make improvements with.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff at back at work in Orem made me feel very at home and comfortable with my situation! Colin did a great job making me feel like I was heard and my pain was real even if we continued doing the same things. Very accommodating to my needs (I’m really short that’s all) and the environment was encouraging and supportive! If you’re nervous about physical therapy Colin is your guy! Alexis and the new office staff are all very nice!

Experiencia fantástica: The team here is absolutely awesome. I started three months ago to figure out how to better manage pain caused by scoliosis, and it went better than expected. Not only did Collin help me learn how to do the right exercises, he helped me learn cues from my body and went to the root of why my body responded positively or negatively to different situations. I couldn’t drive without pain before I started, and now I understand how to accommodate for my spine while driving and why, so that I don’t have to keep going back to physical therapy to help adjust for pain. Today was my last appointment. I am on a much better path thanks to learning the right habits and adjustments to make for myself! Disclaimer: if you go to physical therapy and are assigned exercises or things to think about during the day, make sure to do them. You won’t improve if you only exercise or do the right things or make the right adjustments during your appointment. You’ll have to start practicing them outside the physical therapists office to feel the difference. Keep that in mind!

Experiencia fantástica: I switched to back at work from a physical therapist I’d been going to for about two months, and it was the best switch! The whole experience is great, starting from the really sweet receptionists, to the one on one time you get with the physical therapist. I got the pleasure of working with Collin, he was super attentive and cared. Even when other patients came in, he showed the same courtesy to them as well. I definitely recommend them! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else! Thanks for all the help you’ve e given me!

He also helped me create a plan for working at home and was very flexible. The whole staff there is empathetic and friendly. They want the therapy to work for you in your own life. They don't impose their own strict agenda that does not work for you. I love this place. I will be back if I ever have any other issues.

Experiencia fantástica: I came here as a last resort because I felt like I was out of options for dealing with my chronic, debilitating pain. I couldn’t walk, couldn’t sleep, and my quality of life was poor because I was always in pain. Collin gave me my life back. He took the time to truly understand my pain and worked with me to address both the physical causes and some of the emotional issues that pain causes. He has been caring, understanding and willing to listen to what my issues are, and then adapt his treatment to meet my needs. He worked at my pace and comfort level while still encouraging me to meet my goals. He always answered any questions and helped me to understand my pain. I am now in a great place of being a functioning human that can sleep, walk, move, do chores and travel again with a tool belt full of strategies and exercises to keep me active! The office staff is also very friendly and helpful - I can’t say enough good things about them! They’re just the best! Thank you Collin and team for giving me my life back.

Collin and the team ensured that each movement performed was done correctly to make sure that the focused area was being worked and not painful. If an exercise was painful, he would modify the movement to alleviate the pain and refocus on the muscle group. He answered all of my questions and concerns in detail. I have taken his suggestions and incorporated the exercises completed in the office into my daily workout routine. Overall, a great experience and highly recommend Back at Work!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a TMJ injury from a dental procedure which included trigeminal nerve damage. I had dry needling and other procedures which drastically decreased the level of my pain (which was severe.) It’s nothing like it was. I’m so glad I came here! Colin and his staff were so great!

Experiencia fantástica: I would give 10 stars if I could! My health care provider recommended physical therapy after a very traumatic ovarian cancer surgery that included a bladder injury. I was in so much back pain from lack of movement and was feeling that the recovery for the back problems was going to be far longer than recovery from the surgery. Collin was very patient in helping me understand the difference between PT and chiropractic, which I had relied on for too many years. I have had to be very patient with myself to give my body time heal. I love my exercise time everyday and feel such a difference in my over-all health. Collin has been so good at addressing whatever issue is worse on the days I am in, and getting me back to biking at the six-week post surgery point. I highly recommend Back@Work Physical Therapy and the amazing Dr. Collin over snap-crackle-pop chiropractic any day. I didn’t know how badly I needed PT until I got here and know I will be far better off in the future having come here for help.

Experiencia fantástica: The Provo location of Back at Work physical therapy is AMAZING. Collin really knows what he’s talking about and was extremely helpful. Not only that, but he was kind, fun, and reassuring. I injured my lower back for the first time in my life and discovered that I have a compressed disc in my spine. Collin and his team were positive and gave me some much needed peace of mind as well as movements that would actually help strengthen my body and deal with my new reality. The front desk managers were friendly, patient, and always made me feel like an important person and not just another patient. Back at work was a literal answer to prayer and I cannot recommend it enough.
