Experiencia fantástica: Love this group! Have been in for a number of treatments. Each time I am greeted with a smile! Dr. Sanders is so attentive, listens to what is said, but notices how I move. Goes the extra mile every time I see him or his MA Jenn, the care the concern is always top level. I would say they are the best in the business! The check-in process was a bit lengthy, but the front desk staff handled it efficiently and with kindness, making sure all patients were cared for and informed. Experiencia negativa: I'm genuinely confused why nobody answers the phone during business hours and why it's near impossible to get a call back. I had to literally drive to their office to schedule my first appointment and haven't been able to get a new one since. It shouldn't have to come to going into the office to make the appointment. It's a real pain.

Experiencia fantástica: I had Cryotherapy on Friday the 6th of Dec. Dr. Stringham is my Doctor there. He is very caring, and before the procedure, he comes and explains what is going to happen, and how things will go after the procedure is done. The staff is very caring and willing to help you with anything that you may need before and after. I will continue to go to Spinal Intervention for more procedures, as needed. Thank You

I have had many procedures done on my lower back, hips & neck ranging from steroid injections to nerve ablations over the years by Dr. Stringham. I would not even consider going anywhere else. He is so kind and sincerely cares about each of his patients!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had an epidural steroid injection procedure done at Spinal Interventions in Provo. They were able to do it with sedation since I was so terrified of having it done & have such a low pain tolerance. I barely even felt the IV started in my forearm. I don’t remember too much after receiving the sedation, except feeling really woozy. I pretty much slept the rest of the day & night. Since having the procedure done, I have had zero lower back pain, which I have been suffering from for over 20 years. I had no ill after effects. No signs of infection or bruising. The staff there are very kind & professional, always making sure of my safety & comfort. I wish I had done this sooner, & will be much less hesitant to do it the next time I need it done!

I’ve had several different injections during the last several years in my lower back with zero positive results. Spinal Interventions and Doctor Sanders have changed all that. Doctor Sanders has magic in his hands! I now have zero pain immediately after the injection! Spinal interventions has given me a choice. I don’t have to rush into serious back surgery because of the excruciating, debilitating back pain. I can honestly say, that my appointments at Spinal Interventions are happy visits. The Doctors, Nurses, and staff are so kind and helpful. They always answer my questions with a smile. Doctors included!!

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t express my gratitude enough for the kindness and compassion of Dr. Partridge and his entire team. I explained my situation to the receptionist regarding the back pain I was having, and I had to travel for work on Sunday. She was incredibly kind and informed me that Dr. Partridge was in surgery, placing me on hold to check a few things. When she returned to the call, she told me to arrive in an hour when Dr. Partridge had a break and was happy to squeeze me in. They were all very kind. Dr. Partridge was extremely helpful and ensured that I received the necessary assistance with my pain so I could go to work. I live in Salt Lake; however, I will be going to Provo for my back issues going forward.

Experiencia negativa: Ive been a patient of Spinal Intervention for over 10 years. Please do yourself a favor and don't go here. The billing department is lazy, disrespectful and dishonest. They don't work well with insurance companies and you are on the hook for things that would normally be paid for. My insurance company said that either the procedures that they did were not medically necessary and or the billing department is not giving them the information needed to cover the claim. In both of those situations that's not a good look for Spinal Intervention and you are going to be the one paying for it. They are very quick to send your bill to collectons and they will charge you with over $500.00 of fees. Please do yourself a favor and heartache and please don't go here. Thanks for reading. :-)

We do our best to estimate the cost of what insurance should and will pay for, but unfortunately this is just an estimate. Each insurance plan is different when it comes to deductibles, coinsurance, and copays. If we are a contracted provider of your insurance, we do require that deductible, coinsurance, and copays are paid at the time of service. We heavily encourage patients to know their benefits ahead of time, so that there are no surprises. We appreciate your feedback as we strive to provide the best possible service. Experiencia fantástica: Every time I visit, the staff are polite and kind. The anesthesiologist asked about my mum, remembering her circumstances from when we talked last visit!! Dr. Stringham is personable, kind and shows genuine care. His work is impeccable and although he makes sure I understand the risks, I have never had a problem, post procedure. His skill as a doctor is amazing.These are a great group of people that I would recommend to anyone who needs spinal help.

Experiencia fantástica: Spinal interventions are always friendly and professional. I've had neck, back and SI joint problems for years. I've had injections and radio frequency at other offices. I've been going to Spinal Interventions for about 2 years now for pain management. The SI joint injections done by Dr. Donaldson about 14 days ago. Worked great for several days then gradually started wearing off. That's great though for diagnostics. Have been considering SI joint surgery for years.

The doctor then came and thoroughly explained the entire procedure in a professional manner emphasizing clear and understandable terms making me very comfortable and confident going forward with the procedure. He and his assistant then performed the procedure in an excellent and professional manner. The care and follow up after the procedure was true to the same excellent standards as already explained. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve suffered with sciatic pain and hip pain for almost 2 years. It just kept getting worse. I've had cortisone shots given in my back, have done physical therapy, and a few Insta Care visits. Nothing gave me relief. I was at the point where I couldn't hardly walk without a walker or cane. My days were spent at home mostly, in pain. Then my wonderful GP referred me to Dr. Sanders at Spinal Intervention. I went in about a week ago and received a shot in my hip area. I was apprehensive as my cortisone shot did nothing for me. I felt relief right away, as expected, because they numb the area so l was worried when the numbness wore off the pain would return as it had before. It's been over a week and I'm walking normal and have been BLESSED with NO PAIN!!! Dr. Sanders was a God send! He really knows what he's doing! His staff was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Experiencia fantástica: It took awhile to get an appointment with the doctor but after that things moved along fast. I chose no medication and hardly felt anything during the procedure. Within a short time I was feeling better and this my second day is painless. What a relief! I had a spinal quite a few years in a hospital with the same outcome but the Spinal Intervention was easier access and faster.

Experiencia negativa: Advocate for yourself! After several injections, and nerve ablation, my pain has gotten worse. I expressed my concerns about nerve pain after the procedure and how my pain has gotten worse, and I was ignored and dismissed by doctor's Sander's PA. Today I was offered more injections and pills. Doctor Sanders needs to get a new PA! He is arrogant, rude, ignores your concerns, and talks over you. So rude! He does not seem to care about his patients. It seems like they want to schedule as many procedures as possible, and squeeze as much money as they can eventhough their procedures do not seem to work on you. The PA even said, "we need to do one more just to be sure! We can give you a lower dose so you don't experience side effects." What! The last 4 have not worked! I still don't have a diagnosis! Enough is enough. So unethical.

He was also very sympathetic to my pain. I also really liked that they offered sedation, which I used and that made it such a better experience. Experiencia negativa: My husband went for an ablation. Left side went okay. Went back 2 weeks later for the right side. The doctor confirmed that they were doing the right side... but after my husband was under anesthesia, the doctor did the left side again. (They called us later to tell us this.) Driving home, we noticed they left the IV catheter in. When they called to let us know about the error of doing the wrong side they said to come back in and it would be no charge. We debated about going in again, but they assured that he would be well taken care of. When we went for that appointment, the receptionist knew nothing about the situation and tried to collect a copay. Horrible patient care and severly inadequate customer service!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Donaldson listened, was light hearted but professional, and helped keep me calm during my epidural steroid injection. The actual procedure was a few tiny stinging pokes in my back, taking maybe 5 minutes. No sweat. The procedure hasn't helped me personally, but they still get 5 stars just for their conduct.

Experiencia negativa: We tried a good 4 different times to address my partner's pain, and this place managed to not only NOT address the pain, but make it worse and then proceed to ignore the pleas for help after the fact as if it was a boy-who-cried-wolf regarding his pain. Seriously? We just found out they also hadn't been sharing any information with his primary care (tho I'm not sure that there was documentation he could have signed to ensure that). The wait times can be ridiculous... and the front desk staff give false information regarding recovery times - the actual doctor had to correct us idk how many times to ensure we were aware it was a more intense recovery than anticipated. We've tried everything... over the course of 2-3 months now and the pain has only gotten worse and worse. Pain medication has also been tossed at us and somehow also ignored when he said it did not work...idk how many times now. So incredibly frustrated. :( I have never felt so ignored by a doctor's office.

Experiencia fantástica: For the past six weeks it has hurt to sit, stand, sleep or basically move. Dr Stringham and his team performed a radio frequency procedure and I am feeling some relief the next day. I know more relief will come with time. I almost slept through the night and that is a huge benefit. Thank you Dr. Stringham and your staff.

Experiencia positiva: Wasn’t as happy with this visit, I have had at least 4 other times I have had the same procedure done and my husband has ALWAYS been back with me they said oh we don’t do that due to privacy for you it’s my spouse and I wanted him back there with me they let him come back while I done everything and we went back to have the procedure done while I was back they asked if they could show him to the waiting room plus he said she wasn’t very professional about it either. It doesn’t hurt to have someone with you back in that area. Plus I feel like while I. The procedure area the lady went a little far with how far she undressed my bottom half to clean the area it’s never been done to that excess before plus the door was opened up before I was covered up. Then when they went to get me off the table she gave no warning and just pulled me to the ground it kind of took me a second to get my ground. The doctor was great and professional I definitely would recommend him.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Stringham is the kindest most wonderful person I’ve ever meant. My procedure went well and I have a Lot of relief In my back and legs. I’ve had this procedure before and it lasted me a year, which was just a wonderful relief for a long time. I think it’s amazing how he could find the pinched nerves that are back there where there are so many and give me so much relief. Dr. Stringham is a genius and is such a credit to his profession.
