Experiencia fantástica: The staff are literally the sweetest people. They made me feel very comfortable and were very punctual and understanding if i needed to reschedule. After 3 months of therapy I’m very happy to be where i was before my accident. They also all speak spanish and :)

Experiencia positiva: The staff is very friendly, and there's many bilingual Spanish-speaking people on their team. There's two doctors that do neck and spine adjustments: There's a doctor with black hair who is very friendly, sociable and thorough in his work. However, the doctor with blond hair comes off a little less personable, and goes through the motions much faster- I often feel there's been something missed, and it doesn't feel as good. I'd advise trying to schedule your visits according to the first doctor's availability, if you want a better visit and more relief.

Experiencia fantástica: I love going here. The Dr is very good. I always feel better. The mix of popping and snapping he does just right along with the stem treatment and massages loosens me up. They are never too busy. I get right in every time. I've sent my family and friends to them. They all tell me thank you. I got hurt pretty bad in a car wreck. I felt like I would never heal. I walked in here and a few months later I was playing basketball and skiing again. I highly recommend this chiropractor if you are looking for a good one. The girls at the front counter are also very good at their jobs. Very sweet personalities. Always so friendly and polite. The massage lady massages. I feel very massaged when I leave. Some how I twisted my pelvis and I called them the same day and they fit me right in knowing I couldn't go another day in pain! Always super friendly there! I would recommend them to anyone

They made a point to remember my name and know me personally, they were extremely flexible and understanding about payment and schedules, and their medical care has been excellent. I continue to see them even for injuries unrelated to my car accident, and even though they don't accept my insurance I will probably keep going just because the quality of care and service I get there has been top notch. I highly recommend this clinic.

I used to work for Baker Chiropractic (another clinic here in Provo) and my husband and I both got treated by Dr. baker and it was never a good experience. I never felt like Dr. Baker actually took the time to see what really was the cause of the pain. He would just adjust me really fast and I was always left with more pain. Same was my observation with his clients. The goal was just to go through as many clients as possible in a day. Not actually treat everyone to their specific situation no matter how long it would take. After working there i literally thought the worst of chiropractors and thought they could do nothing to help anyone. But recently, my husband and I got rear ended and were left with a lot of pain especially my husband. I was not excited at all to go to a chiropractor to say the least, but my husband was in so much pain we didn’t really have a choice. I was super cold to the chiropractor when we first went to this clinic because I literally had no trust in them and had such a bad experience with Dr. Baker. But No lie, I quickly saw such a big difference. They went above and beyond for my husband and I. They really got down to the reason of all the pain we were experiencing. And at every single appointment they have treated us with the same care and genuine interest to help our bodies heal and feel better. My husband has seriously improved so much (he really was in so much pain). And i have too. I’m super grateful for Utah Accident clinic, for actually caring about the individual. And for helping me and especially for helping my husband. When you are hurt all you want is to go to a doctor who will really take the time to take care of you and that’s exactly what they do here. I couldn’t be more grateful.
