The staff from medical, techs, and all the way up the chain to director are the most amazing people I have ever encountered. They carry you through many tools and love to help you build a solidified life. I would recommend here to anyone willing to seek for help.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot begin to express my gratitude for ARDU and all they have done for my family. Most of all, I am beyond grateful for Chandler. We were feeling so lost but she walked us through every step with such patience and kindness. My husband had about 2 weeks between his detox and the ability to start his recovery due to insurance. Chandler would check in on him and be an amazing support. To us, this is what it was all about. Being treated as humans with real empathy and understanding. HIGHLY recommend ARDU!

Experiencia negativa: They don't seem very concerned about actually helping. I've had to call almost half a dozen times to get all the information I needed only to find out in the end they won't work with me. They don't return calls to people looking to enter treatment and tailoring a individualized treatment plan based on a person's unique situation and needs is absolutely off the table according to their responses. You'd think such a demonstration of a person's desire to work with you and be part of your program would inspire some kind of consideration that maybe you could be doing things a little better. But alas that is not the case and I'll be finding somewhere a bit more professional and pragmatic to assist me.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so blessed to have the opportunity to be part of Ardu, I have experienced a couple different treatment centers and this one is full of love, compassion and kindness. It truly has been helping.

Experiencia negativa: I had a horrible experience here. Not only were my drug tests run incorrectly for months, but my medical and personal needs were constantly put aside by the staff at Ardu. Because of my 'disagreements with staff and criticisms of the program' I was forced to go to a different program with only one business days warning, so needless to say they left me in the wind in a situation where I was very vulnerable. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a treatment center that you look at the other options in the area. I would assume that you would want a program that runs the drug tests correctly, includes you on communications to your caseworkers/lawyers, doesn't allow uncertified animals to move into your living situation when they know you have allergies, and lastly I would assume that you would want to know that your therapy conversations are confidential and that concerns that you bring to your therapist will not result in rash actions by staff who have spent almost little to no time with you. When my incorrectly run drug test were emailed to my caseworker/lawyer they mentioned to me how it 'seemed' like a case of negligence at the very least. When I told that to a therapist at Ardu they used that as the main reason to ask me to leave, they couldn't have someone threatening 'litigation' in their program. I NEVER threatened litigation, I was simply stating what my criminal lawyer had said. They acted like I had sought out a personal injury lawyer or something. I had tried talking to my assigned therapist about it and somehow that was construed as me wanting to sue... which honestly I may try to do now, based on their abhorrent treatment of me. When they told me I had to move out of the home and be out of the program in one business day... I obviously was shocked, I begged for an opportunity to be put on an improvement plan or sign something stating I wasn't planning on suing (since I had already completed two months of treatment and I had never failed a drug test or missed groups.) I was told that, "I was the cause of all the problems that had happened. And that they were not willing to put me on a contract or offer any type of mediation." I even asked for just some more time so I could find a good program for me and that way not have to start over, they were not open to anything that might have eased my transition. So takeaways. When I asked my caseworker what her qualifications were for being a caseworker there, she said her 23 years of drug use... I was assuming she had some type of education or certificates. My assigned therapist forced me to have conversations with others when I said I didn't feel comfortable, I also found out that what was said in my conversations with my therapist were shared with the staff. I had over 20 drug tests run incorrectly, many of those tests done incorrectly were done that way even though I had approached them and explained the problem with the tests. They allowed an uncertified/trained dog to move into the house, even though I have horrible allergies. Emails were sent to my lawyer/caseworker without being told they were sending them an email/including me (or cc me) on the communication. I was never notified by staff that there was a non expected result on my drug test (even though it was just a prescribed medicine that should have been entered.) If you are looking for other options I highly recommend Steps, Pomarri, Reflections, or I am Recovery!

Experiencia fantástica: I am a recovering codependent alcoholic. When I found Ardu, my call was answered immediately. My outpatient treatment began the next day. Realizing I needed a higher level of care, I entered into their residential treatment program. The directors, therapists, and staff all excelled any experience I had ever had anywhere else, and still do. I was loved and seen for who I am. The experiential activities included hikes, swimming in lakes, hot springs, and Fit To Recover, all of which brought me Peace & Joy, and glowing health of body, mind & spirit. The spiritual foundation that Ardu cultivates, is palpable and life changing. I found my purpose in life, while at Ardu, to boot. I have healthy, sober connections, and lifelong friendships in my life now. I am so grateful for my journey. I have so much love for Ardu. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I never went through ARDU myself but I have Witnessed the "aftermath" with some of their clients. What I have seen is the connection their clients have in long term recovery, They get involved in community and are involved in service all over the place. I know several of them personally and am amazed by how they show up in the recovery community. Most treatment places just get them through treatment while ARDU gets their clients set up for successful recovery and connection long after they are clients. Its such an honor to see their clients doing so well long after treatment. grateful for the service they provide to their clients and the ripple effect it creates within the community. Experiencia negativa: Some facilities are all about the money and lack basic human compassion. This is one of those facilities. Consider if you really want fake individuals guiding you through your recovery during your most vulnerable and difficult times of your life. I really thought this was going to be the facility for me. I was fine with paying for treatment I just couldn’t afford to pay it all upfront and one time (most people can’t if they are without insurance). They cut off contact with me and never even returned my message. The least they could have done is gotten back with me and told me no and possibly offer me some other suggestions or referrals but it seems to me they don’t actually care if people recover they only care about the number in your bank account. Really gross. Learn some compassion and human decency ardu.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to many other treatment centers but none of them feel like Ardu. Ardu is such a loving, compassionate, and spiritual place! The staff truly cared about me and taught me so much about myself. They've made such a positive impact on my life. Ardu will always be my family and I’m eternally grateful For the safe place they create in order for me and others to heal.

Experiencia fantástica: I am very happy with the staff at Ardu and the whole detox program! Extremely caring people work at this place. The detox reminded me of the LDS Hospital detox, which is also a great detox. The only thing I would change would be the food options. I can't imagine anyone in detox being able to stomach any type of curry! It's just not detox food, nor is it a food with mass appeal. There were a few other meals I couldn't imagine serving in a detox, but the staff did bring me some chicken noodle soup one day. They don't let people use their own cell phone like LDS detox does, but that's necessary with many people in detox. You are treated like an adult, not like a child as many detox/programs do. I would definitely recommend this program!

Experiencia fantástica: ARDU Recovery is the BEST treatment center! I was there for 46 days in residential treatment and went through their detox as well. They saved my life! They went out of their way on a weekend and even gave me their cell number so I could reach them easily when I was ready to check in. The program gives you hope at not only the ability for recovery but I learned so much about how to better my life in all ways. It is a good mix of traditional therapy and treatment combined with holistic healing as well. From admission to my clinical therapy and even the out patient program, my treatment was done with true care and concern for my well-being and I was treated like a person who matters. I recommend you go to ARDU if you or someone you know is struggling with addiction. You won't find a better program!!! Thanks to my ARDU family, I now have 91 days in recovery today!

Is it possible that sometimes people don't use their real name when they do reviews like this for whatever underlying fear they might have. Just looking at possibilities. Because he was real specific about certain things. And I've read quite a few other reviews at different counseling /recovery treatment facilities. And one thing I've noticed they have in common is that they say who are you we don't have any record of you. Not that there's any truth to that you do know he is. But you know you don't want to sit in with the rest of folks saying the same old thing it rubs on you like it fleas on a dog. And also you may have been inappropriate good mood but the way it was stated with the troll thing it seems like you're being defensive. The people that work at ARDU are my family, my tribe, my mentors, my partners, my friends, my teachers, my shoulders to cry on when having a bad day, and where my heart truly lies! They all have changed my life forever and helped mold me into the women i am today. They provided a space for me to heal, a space for me to find my voice, a space for me to learn, an a space where i could be authentically me! I will cherish the laughter, the tears, the unconditional love, the joy, the happiness, the healing, the trust, the faith , the power, and all the memories I've had with every single staff and client! I've watched every staff member and every client from the moment they opened walk in those doors. I have walked through all of the changes and watched Ardu be built from the ground up. ARDU IS HOME! Working at Ardu has been the biggest blessing in my life and in my recovery! They have helped me push pass so many of my own perceived limitations , they've seen me at so many of my lows and they supported, loved and guided me as I navigated through this journey of life in recovery. Ardu has highly exceptional staff, that truly love their jobs and care about the clients treating them with the upmost love and respect. After graduating from Ardu in October, I am proud to report that I am still clean and sober six months later. The tools I learned at Ardu are tools I can take with me for a lifetime. Ardu truly saved my life, and helped me to realize my worth as a unique individual and guided me in repairing relationships in my life. They have a great team of therapists/counselors that are hand picked for you, giving you the unique level of care you require. I have nothing but great things to say about Ardu, from the facilities and staff, to the group activities and therapy, everything is impeccable.

After they got my insurance information and said it wasn’t in their network they had no interest in helping me anymore. They told me no and go someplace else. Just like everything when it’s all said and done it’s just about money. Think they should be required to put rejected if you ain’t rich on their website. Only rich lives matter!!!

Experiencia positiva: Good therapists, good techs. I mean every single tech is awesome. They care. Great program. Aftercare people though are loyal to referrals. I was referred from one recovery house but wanted to find one with a single room. Assured me there was no recovery houses that met my needs of a single room, so I went to another place, found it on my own immediately then transfered and it costed me when they could have put in more effort opposed to just telling me it wasn't an option when it actually was. Other than that it would be 5 stars because I love ardu, their wholesome program and the Sunday pizza

I was in full panic mode when walking through the doors where I was greeted with love and respect. The detox process was not as scary or as painful as I had thought with the help of wonderful nurses and of course Dr. Blake. I stayed an additional 30 days where I grew close to all staff and felt very comfortable there. They introduced me to a huge variety of treatments that would help me stay sober. They taught me how to love myself again. After care options were discussed and I chose an IOP that best fit me. I am very blessed to say that I have remained sober, going on 16 months. Thank you Ardu for helping me start my new life journey.

They went above and beyond to help with an individual who was struggling and needed to get into detox. I work for a residential program and Saturday I had someone reach out to me wanting help. He was scared and desperate and needing detox to safely come off the substances he was currently taking. I reached out to the team at Ardu and they assisted without hesitation! I have utilize Ardu several times and the service and care that they have given each individual has been outstanding!!! I definitely recommend this program!

As a mother of a person with both mental health and addiction issues i was of course scared. i wanted her to be in a place that had good people, clean, intensive care . A place that my daughter would be able to open up and grown and become clear and sober. EVERYONE is so kind amd caring its unbelievable. When I speak to my daughter she sounds so clear and open. Experiencia fantástica: I went to Ardu only for detox (my first treatment ever) they made it incredibly comfortable for me. The nurses were awesome! They made it so comfortable for me going through something I felt very nervous about with it being my first time. Staff was welcoming to me to join groups but not pushy as I was detoxing. When I knew I was wanting to do residential treatment but didn’t want to stay at their facility for location reasons they helped me find a place that suited my needs and helped me find a great place to move on to! I can greatly thank Ardu for opening the door of sobriety and treatment to me with the upmost comfort and ease.

Experiencia fantástica: Going to this place was the best decision that I made in my addiction. The facility is super comfortable and clean. The trips and activities are usually exactly what you need even if you don't think so at the moment you are getting into it. The food is incredible. The staff truly care about the clients and go out of their way to make sure you are in a safe environment and have what you need. They also provide support after you finish your treatment there. I don't think it's really required from them but they do it anyways. I am still in contact with many of them which really helps with maintaining sobriety. If you're looking to help yourself and are willing to put in the effort to clean yourself up, this is the place to do it. Thank you guys. This place truly turned my life around.

I hold the experience I had at Ardu very close to my heart and stringing some words together won’t ever be able to adequately describe what it did for my life. Which is save it. Ultimately, I know it was me who made the decision to change, but without the guiding hand, compassion, challenges and honest work from the therapist and staff, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Ardu was a safe space for me, a place that allowed me to be open, honest and vulnerable. I could relate to the staff because their experiences in life were ones I was familiar with, ones that you only learn by walking through yourself. I will forever be grateful for Ardu, the staff, the facility.. Its no small thing what they do, what they provide for those who are desperate and willing to change.

I was ready for my so called life to end. They helped me work through my emotions and past trauma. They help me get my self-respect back gave me love and support. I can't say enough great things about the staff they all really do care and would do anything to help. The therapy was the best I have ever had the food was great the nurses were very helpful and the tech's are so amazing. I still try and keep in contact with a lot of the staff they are some of the most genuine people I have ever met. I love and care about them all they have helped me more than anything. I'm sober and I'm doing pretty good .I did go to a treatment center before Ardu and on day 16 I left against medical advice because I was not helping at all . I'm grateful for everyone at Ardu I owe them my life. I would refer anyone I know to Ardu

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Blake Rapier took my brother in as a patient after he was released from the hospital from a suicide attempt. He was detoxing from heroin. The hospital was going to release my brother on his own with a few numbers of doctors who would treat him using Suboxen. What a messed up system! People leaving the hospital who are on drugs or alcohol need to be sent to a rehab center, not to a doctor who will just treat the symptoms! Thank goodness for Ardu Recovery Center. They saved my brothers life and his marriage. I highly recommend Ardu to anyone struggling with an addiction. My brother is a new man thanks to the love and care that he received! I went through both the detox facility and the residential treatment program and I can't stress enough how great of a program Ardu is providing. The staff there truly cares and goes above and beyond to take care of each and every patient. The facility is so clean and comfortable! The kitchen staff kills it each and every day!
