Very little wait time if any as you are moved from the greeting to the Therapy staff. Douglas Ashton was my DPT and I really appreciate his attention to my needs and hi ability to help me understand the the movements and reasons behind them as we worked on Balance. All the staff I worked with has shown that same attention and has made me feel welcome and genuinely cared about. Thanks to all at the Orem Fyzical. Experiencia fantástica: How do I begin to describe my amazing experience here?? I am so impressed with everyone here, and I want to thank Julie and shout out to her for being my therapist. I first came here after getting a recommendation to do pelvic floor therapy from an OBGYN who said I had Vaginismus. I was newly married at the time so I was still learning about my body and sex, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to get help since I was struggling. Dr. Kimball was the first provider I saw -- he was great and knowledgeable-- and the following visits were with Julie. We set a game plan and goals, and the following months were eye-opening and game-changing as my body began to adjust and become flexible from the stretches and tools she used (including dilators). I highly recommend pelvic floor therapy to all women who are either getting married or newlyweds. This experience overall improved my sex life -- which is exactly what I was going for! Julie is a fantastic therapist with great advice and a good friend -- with whom I had a lot of fun. I am so grateful for her. Thank you, Julie and Fyzical!! :)

Experiencia fantástica: My primary care physician recommended FYZICAL for its potential to remediate my worsening balance and gait. During my first appointment, I met with one of the owners, who outlined their approach, which features a personalized agenda of increasingly more directly targeted exercises. I then began the initial set with a member of the staff. The session ended, as all others have, with a 15-minute application of electical stimulation and heat pad in my lower back. At this point, I am approximately halfway through the projected course of treatment. With each session, I find further reason to respect the creativity of therapists who devised the methods now in place. For the most part, they are seemingly simple but uncannily effective. I am walking more normally, less prone to falling, and not as stooped than at the outset.

I will even pay out of pocket for this care because I know it will be the best. I just wish my insurance would cover Fyzical instead of funneling me to their own PT system.

Experiencia positiva: The therapist and assistant are pretty good, helped me with my injuries from an accident. However, their billing department is horrible. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A LEIN. They are so paranoid about getting paid they will refuse service if there is any hiccup in billing insurance or payments. They charge interest on lien agreements. None of my other providers did. I was in with my therapist several times during therapy discussing billing. Why is he discussing this with me? I should be focused on getting better, not bills when I'm seeing him.

They have helped his spine and core strength immensely, and continue to help him be better without causing him pain. The environment is clean and well-kept, and the staff are all very friendly.

Kimball has helped me a lot figuring out solutions. Also, recently Ty figured out that the lower back, hip, pelvis, leg, and knee pain I have is from a tight psoas muscle(s). This also explains my leg length discrepancy and sciatica-like nerve pain (since the nerve runs through/past the muscle) and difficulty sitting up straight without feeling the physical need to slouch. Experiencia fantástica: I suffer from chronic headaches and have spent my life finding coping therapies to avoid being medicated for it and finding fyzical made all the difference. With all the physical therapy tricks I had in my repertoire the adjustments and support from Dr Mark Peterson was the turning point that has turned what was a monthly disabling experience into having over 3 years without an episode. I do my stretches and exercises and when I get too bound up I come in and he sets me right and I manage my headaches without pills. It feels so empowering to have all these tools at my disposal and to have the power of my health in my control. I can't recommend Fyzical enough.

Experiencia negativa: Consumer Beware!!!!!! They will tell you one price and then their billing department will charge you 5 x as much and then lie about it. You LIE again! It has nothing to do with the Insurance company. You LIE and state that you can't void the Insurance claim and honor your agreed upon treatment cost at the time of service. Which is a blatant lie. You absolutely can void the insurance claim, but won't because you are too greedy. Honestly it is criminal that you charge the insurance companies 5 times ($250 vs $50) as much as you charge consumers that don't have insurance. No wonder why insurance companies have to charge the general public such high premiums and deductibles. It is because of fraudulent companies like you! You are a habitual LIER. This is 100% about agreed upon treatment cost at time of service vs what you actually charged. Not Ins vs non-Ins there are 100 different ways to skin a cat. Until now you have LIED over and over stating that you can't void a claim, as you know you absolutely can. So a legal and ethical billing department would void the claim and bill the agreed upon cost of treatment at time of service. We received treatment numerous time with the understanding/ agreement that it would be $50 a time. It wasn't until a month later when I got the bill, was it ever disclosed that the cost would be any different. If we would have known it would cost us personally $250 each time we wouldn't have gone more than once. The old bait and switch trick. I went to you and explained the situation and to stated that you couldn't void the claim and LIED over and over stating that same LIE. You are of the dredges of society. I don't know how you sleep at night. You will be hearing from my lawyer and I will see you in court.

Experiencia negativa: I am going to absolutely have to say that ther are multiple injuries and multiple reasons I need therapy, but not by uneducated kids who can't even print out my appointments. As it seemed that the kid asked for help even he could not get. really ?? It was bad enough to be worked on by uneducated kids, though the main therapist had some education... still left me having to go elsewhere for the treatment I need. Minimal help at best, but I guess that's why I stopped going here ..

They do a wonderful job helping patients feel comfortable and make recovering from an injury a lot more tolerable. I've yet to have a negative experience and I couldn't have picked a better place for physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Fyzical has been great! Went in with a pulled hamstring which I knew would take awhile to get better. Been back frequently during the last few months and have noticed a huge improvement almost back at 100%. I primarily work with Kimball but I've worked with the other physical therapist as well. Everyone of the technicians are friendly and helpful which makes the time go by a lot easier. The receptionist, Courtney, has been fantastic even when I need to cancel or reschedule a visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I made an appointment for lower back pain. I have anxiety and was so nervous about going that I missed my appointment. The friendly staff texted me and when I told them my fears, the doctor himself called to answer my questions and give me an idea of what to expect. And I’m so so glad I went. The doctor listened to me and was very respectful and put me at ease. He found exactly what was wrong and after the first treatment (by a very nice tech,) I feel so much better. If you’re thinking pt might help you, don’t hesitate—call them!!

They help and have helped me to improve my mobility and gain strength through the exercise program that is individual to me, plus their new app is wonderful. Usually places like this have long wait times; however, this place got me in and out within a reasonable amount of time. They helped alleviate my neck pains that was hindering my ability to drive, relax, work, and other pertinent day to day activities. I worked with a therapist named Kimball who was extremely knowledgeable in helping me identify what exactly was hurting and how to go about recovering. I was extremely happy that my neck pain disappeared in a matter of days with their help.

They use a hands on approach versus the traditional "read your medical paperwork, send you home with stretches" pt model. My PT, Kimball wasn't afraid to work on me himself plus I got an awesome massage on my 1st visit. The office staff were extremely helpful and even demonstrated my prescribed exercises which were tailored specifically for me. He knew what to have me do because he had pushed on and rotated the affected areas and HE ACTUALLY LISTENED TO ME. I love that! Try them out and you'll be hooked too. Thanks guys. You rock!
