PRO Therapy

Experiencia negativa: I want to share this story so others are not put in the same situation I was with this business. I have been coming to PRO therapy since about September 2024, seeing Drew Tennent. He has treated my neck after I was in a car wreck. I had an appointment yesterday and I will never return to this office. Towards the end of the appointment, I laid on my back on a large table, in a room with other patients, and Drew puts a pillow over his lap for my head to rest on. He then will use his fingers on my neck to do whatever it is he is doing. At this point, he said, "I am just nervous for the next few days when you know who takes office". I said, "Yeah, me too, as a female, and a mother of a daughter who has a 504". t this point he said, "Why does she not have an IEP?" An IEP is similar to a 504, I would encourage you to research the difference. I told him, "Well we have worked with her school and they have been great with her plan and we know the 504 is working best for her". He said, "No, you are being naive and you do not know what you are talking about! She needs an IEP, I have done this for a long time being a parent with a child on the spectrum, and I know what is best. I am telling you, you are being naive!" I said, "Well, she has a great teacher and the school is great, she'll be with them until she graduates" He cut me off and said, "Will she have the same teacher?" I said, "No, but her school is great". I told him, "I am concerned the Department of Education will be getting rid of IEP's and it is scary!" At this moment, Drew went from touching my neck, to putting his hands around my jaw, closing my mouth and said, "Stop talking and listen to me!! YOU ARE BEING NAIVE!!" He kept his hands around my jaw keeping my mouth closed and then removed them. I said, "I AM listening to you". At this point I froze. He had leaned into my face when doing this in a very threatening way because it was done so quietly and deliberately. For the rest of his rant, I sat and said, "Mmmhhmmm", over and over because I was in shock. He then said, "The school is the enemy and you must treat them as such!" This person had no right to touch me like this! He seems to have have an episode where his political issues affected his job performance. It is not MY JOB to make sure he is comfortable, but the exact opposite, I am paying for a service, and not to be told I am doing wrong by my child, as a mother, a grown woman, and a customer! Even if we choose to have discussions like this, it is HIS duty as a licensed physical therapist to maintain that professionalism and emotional outbursts! It is worrisome that a person with such an extensive history in the military could have such little control over their emotions in a work environment, despite having been, supposedly, shown how to maintain control IN THE MILITARY! I cannot believe I have to even justify MY behavior, it is wrong! How does he know that I have never been assaulted by a male in that same way, unknowingly causing me to have a very bad flashback. The very things he says he does not like about Republicans, he did to me! He silenced me IN THE MIDDLE OF AN APPOINTMENT in the MIDDLE OF A ROOM FULL OF PEOPLE! This is beyond violating and I really hope PRO Therapy handles it quickly like they said they would. I chose not to go to the police, but DORA will be notified for the office and for him personally. I was in a very helpless position by laying down, he was working on my neck after being angry, which was extremely intimidating! He could have stopped talking at any moment and just listened, and he could have gotten up at any moment as he was sitting down, I could not. The position he put me in was disgusting and he took advantage of it. I felt like a child. This man is very opinionated about many topics and is the kind of person that thinks their opinion is best. His misguided confidence needs to be subdued in the workplace. This office has a very impulsive person working for them, obviously willing to break personal boundaries.

Experiencia negativa: Make sure you triple check that they actually schedule your appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Dr Bill Grey and his team for their amazing care and expertise. The office is always clean and orderly and the staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help in any way they can. Dealing with insurance and various issues with receiving care can be a hassle and this staff makes the whole process a breeze. I have never once waited after arriving for my appointment. The care and personalized treatment I've received is unmatched. Knowing that your provider has a sincere interest in your recovery and well being is priceless and that is exactly how I have felt from the beginning.

Experiencia negativa: canceled my appointment a week ago. They ignored my call and want to hold me responsible for a no show. Front desk was extremely unprofessional and dishonest.

Experiencia fantástica: I have gone here for therapy after an ACL repair and recently for my shoulder. This time I had Stacy. She has been amazing and finally resolved the pain I’ve had for years

Experiencia fantástica: Great place for physical therapy. I have been treated for vertigo and a bad hip. Shannon , Drew and all the PT I seen did a very good job and helped my conditions greatly, I definitely recommend the clinic. : D

Experiencia fantástica: PRO Therapy is the ABSOLUTE BEST physical therapy business in Pueblo! I had a total knee replacement of my left knee 2 years ago & the hospital scheduled me with one that is on the northside of town, I live on the southside. It was a NIGHTMARE! I got my right knee replaced last year & refused to go back to the same place again. I asked the office staff at my surgeons office about other physical therapists that are highly recommend & Thank God that they told me about PRO Therapy!!! From the very beginning they were kind, patient, understanding & extremely knowledgeable. I finished my physical therapy in less time than the other place & my mobility is Amazing!

Experiencia positiva: This is a nice place. Clean and well kept. Staff is friendly. However, I have been bringing my 94 year old mother in for some balance issues during the Covid surge and I am very concerned most of the staff and patients are NOT wearing a mask. My mother is fully vaccinated and boosted, but that does not seem to matter with the new surge going on. If she got sick - which is likely - it would be bad. This is a medical office with a lot of elderly patients. Masks should be absolutely mandatory for staff, receptionist and all patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Ive been to many physical therapists but this clinic and staff is my absolute favorite! The staff is dedicated and determined and funny too. They make every appointment a good time! Diana works me into a full body sweat every time which is exactly what i need!! She goes above and beyond for my recovery and when we find something i "cant" do (bc of my spinal cord injury) she finds a way for me to be able to do it like i said very dedicated and gets me motivated to keep pushing on in my long and tedious recovery!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome! The employees here are so nice, they are really good at their jobs and genuinely care about their clients. I had a wrist and Elbow injury from a fall and the pt I received is really what made the pain and stiffness go away. The atmosphere is lighthearted and fun too! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to PRO Therapy in 2007 after my first knee replacement and I have been there for all my others surgeries ever since. I was diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis at age 4 and let's just say everyone calls me the bionic woman because of all the metal in my body from head to toe. The staff has always gone above and beyond to help me recover. They are like my second family. I would never go anywhere else. Dane and Bill are great therapists!

Experiencia fantástica: WOW! The best service I have ever had across the board! I want to give them TEN STARS!! They first treat me with respect as an unique individual AND they REFUSE to let the VA and the buracratic abomination that is Helth Net bully them into not serving our Veterans in need. They have literally spent DOZENS of hours on hold with Health Net to get Health Net to do there job and pay for veterans services! HAZZA, HAZZA, HAZZA for the dedication of Pro Therapy do doing the right thing!
