Experiencia negativa: This place is terrible with communication. I had a referral from my doctor for physical therapy and attempted to schedule with them 3 different times. The first time, they turned me away for not having it in hand. Not even 15 minutes later, I contacted my doctor and had him fax it to two different numbers they had listed for fax. I’ve called and left messages with my information and have never received a call back. I have my referall, I know they have received it. If not, why haven’t they called to tell me otherwise? I’m better now, with no thanks at all to Fyzical. Your lack of regard for your patients care is astonishing. Check out my other reviews. I rarely leave a negative review and more often than not, see the positive in situations. Maybe they did me a favor. Beware

Experiencia fantástica: The PTs are professional and fun. Rich explains what he's doing with stretching, what muscles it impacts, and how everything is connected. He's made a tremendous positive impact on my physical health. He's patient and listens to me questions!/concerns when I have them. All the PTs are kind and helpful.

I’m impressed with the equipment available at this location and I am extremely pleased with my therapist Travis. His knowledge and understanding of Neurological Physical Therapy is outstanding and very important for my healing.

Experiencia fantástica: I started going here due to a car wreck I was involved in, I had a really bad concussion and a messed up shoulder. Fizical Therapys staff helped me regain strength in my shoulder after treatments I had received for my shoulder. They helped me get my balance back, give me specific excerices to do for my strength and my shoulder and for my concussion. The staff at Fizycal Therapy is very knowledgeable with their job and allowed to get my life back, I would recommend everybody to Fyzical Therapy. They truly do know their job and know what their doing with getting you on the road to recovery and fully healing. I am very satisfied with my care from them and am very grateful for ehst they have done for me.

Experiencia fantástica: I was extremely impressed at my first visit to FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center in Pueblo West with the center and with Dr. Briana Rodriquez. It was an evaluation visit conducted by Dr. Rodriquez who was very friendly, very professional and exhibited her expertise in physical therapy and balance maintenance. I am looking forward to the actual therapy. I am confident I will benefit from their services.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this facility. Brianna is amazing and is working diligently with me to get me back to walking without a cane. The entire staff from reception to the other trainers are awesome! They truly care about you and your recovery.

Experiencia negativa: I had explained twice do not use a certain phone number, told them to take that specific number off their list and use a certain phone number I gave . They did not. They went against what I said and used the number 3 times trying to reach me. I specifically told them not to call that number . They went against everything I the patient was telling them. How am I supposed to trust someone with physical therapy on my foot when they can’t even call the correct number and go against what I’ve told them specifically? I called and canceled my appointment I will not be going there if I can’t trust them.

Experiencia fantástica: Started first full session and Christina noticed some important issues on my hip, so she adjusted a few things. She took the time to make some revisions and make sure we keep an eye on it. It also helps me to focus on healing correctly in recovery. I am feeling very good about the direction of the effort.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at Fyzical Therapy of Pueblo West has been amazing! I see Devon as my primary therapist to treat my back/neck/shoulder pain, and I see Kylee for dry needling. Devon and Kylee are excellent at what they do! They are both very knowledgeable and customize the treatment plan to suit each client's needs. I have been to physical therapy before but this experience has far exceeded my expectations!

Experiencia fantástica: This facility has been fantastic helping me through my rotator cuff rehab. From the first day when I walked through the door Chrystin ( not sure of the spelling of her name, sorry) she greets patients with kind words and helps schedule appointments to work with my schedule. Christina, and John are caring, compassionate and listen to me with all my concerns and questions. Even though I’ve had some meltdowns a couple times, they have helped me and shown me ways to get through this phase. I’m thankful I chose them for my rehab therapy

All 3 use their expertise, knowledge and patience when caring for my Dad! I have noticed a marked improvement in my Dad’s mobility in his arms and legs, his balance, his attitude and over-all well being! Thanks for all you are doing!

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience here at FYZICAL Therapy and Balance. Christian and Johnathan were fantastic and front desk gal was friendly and welcoming. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that cares. Good stuff!

Experiencia negativa: My college age daughter needed physical therapy for a dance related injury. She was referred here. After several months with no real improvement we went to an insurance in-network therapist in Denver. Wow! What a difference. Immediate improvement. We were told what Fyzical Therapists did was ineffective at best and potentially harmful at worst. I made repeated phonecalls to express our displeasure and contest payment on the outstanding bill to no avail. Repeated letters were also ignored. I do not think it is right for a company to bill when the service they provide does not result in improvement and is questioned by other professionals in the industry. We were turned over to collections. Beware! This company is sketchy and leaning towards shady.

Experiencia fantástica: Had an inflammation of my left knee that caused a lot of pain when I walked. My doctor recommended that I go to therapy. The folks at Fyzical got me going again. Very professional and easy to work with. Would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I have Multiple Sclerosis diagnosed in 2011. Since, then I have had numerous of physical therapists. I needed to have my body challenged, with MS I have balancing issues and it seemed the other places were working other things and not listening to what I wanted. So, I was referred again to physical therapy, but I chose which place to go. I looked at a lot of websites and came across FYZICAL Therapy and Balance, I called and made an appointment. Long story short, Andrew did my assessment and Jonathan helped in challenging my balancing issues. And I must say that these therapists listen to you and work on those things that are important to you. I can't say enough about this place or about Jonathan and Andrew and Patty the Receptionist. If you need therapy, this is the place. I am so glad that they are part of me trying to get better, I wouldn't want anyone else. They deserve 5 stars. I was again referred to FYSICAL PHYSICAL. Worked again with Jonathan, and he worked my troubled spots. This last appointment I had was with Dr. Eder Slone. He put me through the paces and I must tell you, yes I was sore but the more I did the at home exercises I started to feel better. So, I do recommend FYSICAL PHYSICAL THERAPY if you want results, you'll get it here! ☆☆☆☆☆

Experiencia fantástica: I saw Andrew for a nagging injury that had been limiting my run mileage for nearly 4 months. He quickly identified the issue, stretched me out, and gave me advice on lifts to strengthen the affected area. He also showed me several stretches and reiterated the importance of stretching. Hopefully the injury bug does not bite again but if it does I know where to go!

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding care. I threw my back out and needed help asap. Unfortunately my schedule is really tight and it is hard for me to get into appointments for PT. The Falcon team did everything they could to accomodate my schedule and make sure I was on the road to recovery. They not only provided PT, but also advise on what workouts to do to avoid the problem in the future. Tops!
