Experiencia negativa: Place is unorganized when checking in patients. A simple TB test shouldnt take an hour wait. When the test itself takes 3 minutes. And i know this because im a medical student… dont go here for simple things if they cant do a simple job. Especially when its not done right, they went to deep into the layer of the skin when its supposed to be the first layer, and leave a wheel at that. Which is how you know its done correctly when you leave a bubble.

Experiencia negativa: The whole place is not very welcoming. The doctors and nurses I feel like are there just to get a pay check not to care for your needs. If you need a midwife I recommend find one outside of this place. If you need a OB I recommend going to southern colorado family medicine.

Experiencia negativa: Some years ago I was a patient to Dr. R. Nolan and very happy with her work however something was entered into my chart about me trying to manipulate a MED-9 form for the County of Pueblo. I never did anything of the kind and sent off a letter to the Patient Advocate of PCHC only to have never heard back from them. Since that time I've not been allowed to receive any other medical treatment via Pueblo Community Health Center so do question their medical and professional practices. By trade the bulk of my work has been in customer service and at times in charge of CASH. Not once have I ever had to answer to any theft regarding money, I'm highly regarded for my integrity.

Experiencia negativa: If you value your Life, Health and Financial stability I recommend you do not go to the Pueblo Community Health Center( All locations). I've been informed by several members of the staff that the more poor or more kids I have the better off I am. In addition my experience there made me feel unsafe due to the fact they act as if a patient is cured a customer is lost. After trying to receive a full Male Physical and not receiving it , requesting a tetanus shot twice, an to check to see if I have a Hernia. I was told for being 28 I'll be fine. I miss the days when Doctors/ Physicians would get to know a patient and show concern and ask all the right questions right away. A Patient should never feel unwelcomed.

Experiencia negativa: Waiting a month for appointments, never get call backs. The mental health here makes me need more therapy. No one here listens to you. I had one therapist change my answers on a questionnaire.

Experiencia negativa: Most disorganized facility I've ever been to. They take around a month to get an appointment at times. When doctors call out, you have to reschedule up to another month out as they fail to get a stand in. Took me like 7 weeks to be seen this last time. Not sure how anyone could think that's acceptable. They got my name wrong and accidentally scheduled someone else in my place once. Changed doctors without notice. Changed me to doctor that can't even do what I came in for. Then have to continue to call to get it corrected. Not going to go here again.

Experiencia fantástica: Went for a checkup after being in the hospital for seizures and Dr. Becerill and she was very caring and made sure that I was feeling ok and she told me “if you ever need anything or ever feel any type of way and need support feel free to give us a call and schedule an appointment” she was very caring about everything I had to say, she was very sweet and even gave me a hug, also got blood work done to see where my Depakote levels are in my blood and the lady that did it was amazing!! Big thanks to everybody at PCHC for being so caring and understanding especially during these times!! <3 ( :

Experiencia negativa: I just called today to schedule a pre-school physical for my daughter(required for her to go back to school) with her primary care provider, Dr. Krause and spoke to a Ms. Laura. She refused to schedule my daughter for an appointment because she, " wasn't due until October." I then tried to call back less than 20 minutes later and the number I was calling from (same number I called from the first time) was magically "marked as spam."

Experiencia fantástica: From the phone call.. to checking in..to seeing my doctor. They are all competent.. friendly.. courteous..and my doctor is amazing. I've been with PCHC for over 10 years and don't have a bad word to say about any of them. Dr. Jillian at the dental clinic is fantastic.. caring.. cool..and just a terrific dentist. Dr.la Croix is great as well. I've had a few doctors there. All great. Scott Davidson..dr.krause..all great doctors. All the bad comments? Disregard. Make your own decision and then comment. Thx..

I still would say no man or woman should let any one talk to them the way these staff members do their is an older pepper gray security guard in there who won't tell you his name but he sure will tell you to be quiet. Even when your using your six inch voice I felt like I was on probation. And I've never been on probation, but I know this is close!

Experiencia negativa: Title: Disappointing Experience, Won't Be Returning Review: I recently visited the Pueblo Community Health Center with my family for a routine checkup and vaccinations. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, we noticed that the center was not open as scheduled. The security guard walked right past us without acknowledging our presence, making us feel unwelcome and suspicious. As a concerned parent, I expected a professional and welcoming environment for my children's healthcare needs. However, the lack of communication and disregard from the staff left a negative impression on us. It's disheartening to have such a negative encounter, especially when it comes to the well-being of our loved ones. I decided to leave this review to inform others about our experience and to express my disappointment. I will not be returning to the Pueblo Community Health Center, and I strongly caution others who are seeking quality and compassionate healthcare for their families to reconsider their options. If any legal matters arise from this incident, I would appreciate it if someone from the management could reach out to me directly. Overall, I hope that by sharing my experience, others can make informed decisions and find a healthcare provider that prioritizes patient care and respect.

Experiencia negativa: Was told my Natasha Vigil that her boss would contact me for further steps regarding a new therapist. A week went by and no call was made, instead I called and left a message. Another week goes by and no call has been made. I see my regular provider for an appointment, voicing my concerns and no notes have been made on my account regarding contacting me. Come to find out they cancelled my care entirely and told me through a letter that was written the day after I called asking why I haven’t been contacted. Would not recommend any of these staff to anyone. The ladies on the second floor have zero pep in their step when it comes to checking people in. Natasha Vigil will take the whole session personally, while you’re talking about suicidal thoughts, and get you kicked out of their program. Because of this, the only person I connected with, Casey Fuller, I can no longer see. Thank you for showing me how little your business/ staff cares about helping people who struggle w mental health issues.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Sabatini seemed to be a good doctor with good reviews and was decent at the first couple visits. Then all of a sudden she was completely different unprofessional and highly rude. Sabatini made a comment about my child’s physical appearance she then allowed the women who was shadowing her to make a comment on my child’s appearance as well (her eyes and forehead) we were there for something entirely different. It was the rudest and most unprofessional thing that I have ever experienced. I removed my child from PCHC completely. I would drive to a different city before I would ever make my child have to go through the disrespectful and torment that nasty doctor put her thought . When I went there for being pregnant my arms were bruised my entire pregnancy because they can’t draw blood very well.. The mid wife Ms. millions delivered my child it took her an hour to even get there and they made me wait and not push. When she finally stumbled in it seemed like she had been take sleeping pills in the back or something. Wouldn’t recommend for Children, Mother, elderly or anyone who needs actual care from a doctor.

Experiencia negativa: Never in my life would I recommend this place to mothers. Every time I’ve gone in to check in at the front desk they are rude & unprofessional & make you feel unwelcome. All the OBGYN nurses will gaslight you & tell you things just to harass you. They once told me I was not allowed to leave until I gave a urine sample. ? Also told me oh you’re an anemic which has never ever been brought up before. They would make recommendations without even knowing me. I even filed a complaint bc of the way the nurses would say rude things every time they would simply take my blood pressure etc. from what I gathered the nurses enjoy gaslighting you & doctor Sandra lujan is usually nice but is also conniving when she gets the chance especially when it comes to sticking up for the behavior of her unprofessional nurses. I was so happy I picked Pat to be with me during my c section delivery but that was probably the most unpleasant I saw her & all she had to do was help me get thru an epidural. Never will I ever go back to this ghetto place where you can feel the eyes of security guards checking you out. Even when I filed a complaint to the HR they ignored everything I wrote & simply said it was dealt with. Annie is also the old hag who claims she knows everything about pregnancy bc she has 7 siblings lmfao. 1000000000000.100000% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Please go to the women’s health center if you want to be treated with respect.

Experiencia positiva: It's a good community health center, I really appreciate how organized and professional their whole system is. Also it's super convenient that they have a blood lab in their building. Though it's hard to get an appointment less then a month or 2 out from scheduling, so I think this center is best for yearly check ups and prescription refills, that sort of thing.

Experiencia negativa: Went and had to see a different doctor yesterday then my normal OB because my normal OB was working at the hospital.. I was scheduled to see "pat" but when upon arriving was never told that they changed it to "Maria". Totally unprofessional when it came to asking me questions about my first pregnancy and I am pregnant, literally got told word for word by Maria's nurse that "since your almost 26 weeks pregnant you should already be out of the nausea and vomiting stage" and she rolled her eyes while saying it. The nurse obviously already started off on the wrong foot by making comments about my company I also had with me, and about how my nausea was pretty much all due to be in my own "head". Now I'm stuck sitting at home with literally NOTHING to take, and I'm 100% positive I have the flu.!!!! Got told multiple times that I need to try "home remedies" when it's in my chart I've had HG during my first trimester and that none of these "home remedies" worked before.!!! Also got told about 3-4 different time I AS THE PATIENT needed to wrap up my Dr appointment because the building "closed at noon and people wanted to go home". I dont like live in pueblo anymore and live an hour and twenty minutes away from there.!!! I was rushed, I felt like they didn't wanna hear or worry about my concerns because it was supposed to be "marias" day off and that was MADE VERY CLEAR to us that she didn't wanna be in at that moment. And for the front desk workers on level 3 it's also very nice to hear and SEE you females including a male doctor sitting behind your computers breaking HIPPA by talking smack/trash about patients who got called back before me. This "OB" clinic should not be seeing mothers if they do not want to do their job.!!! Now I'm on the way to the EMERGENCY ROOM because of these incompetent workers who thought "let's rush our appointments today". If you can't respect your patients or HIPPA get a different job.!!!

Experiencia negativa: Next time, train your doctors to actually look at what medications can be prescribed together. Doctor prescribed my mom medications that can’t be taken together because it can cause organ failure and death. If it weren’t for the Walgreens pharmacist calling a few days later telling her she can’t do it, we would’ve been too late as she’s already in the emergency room and very ill. Congratulations on having incompetent and un-knowledgeable “doctors.” Even google tells you that it’s a deadly mix… Crazy how much this place has gone down hill.

Experiencia negativa: My first experience hasn’t been good so far but I got my referral to two specialists so hopefully that helps with getting closer to a diagnosis. I’m sick of these doctors gaslighting me and have no other option but to put up with this place. So here’s to more unnecessary blood work. They failed to obtain my three years worth of records from my previous PCP. I do see another review in regards to chronic illness and praising Valeria Labato so if all else fails with my current PCP, I’ll see if I can be moved. But I don’t appreciate being told ALL FIFTY OF MEDICAL AILMENTS (most of which are agitated by physical exertion) ARE A RESULT OF ANXIETY when I’m not experiencing any emotional or mental distress and have suffered these symptoms since as early as 2 years old. I highly doubt a 2 year old would be riddled with mental illness, I had a happy childhood. I won’t name the doctor just yet because I got my referrals so I’ll update this as I go but I’m not happy by any means.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my first appointment at the Pueblo Community Health Center today and I don't know what to say other than it was a class act across the board. I was immediately greeted with a brief intake completed. I sat down and within minutes I was called back (right on time). The nurse took some initial info. & vitals. The PA came in, thoroughly assessed and responded. She walked me back and seamlessly passed me to lab who promptly did what they needed to do and passed me back to the PA who told me she would be contacting me with results as soon as they were available. Everyone was very professional, helpful, and seemed to have my best interest at heart. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: OMG! The environment very clean, the nurses I came in contact with and the providers were awesome. Waiting time is simply amazing. We had Megan as our provider and she was wonderful, very nice to us and then she left. We got another provider Pauline Adjei. Waww! She is so nice to me and my family anytime we visit the clinic. She makes sure you understand and don't have any other issues that needs to be addressed at the clinic. She simply knows her job. Thank you Pauline and all the staff for your wonderful work.

Experiencia positiva: Getting better since getting a new doctor previous doctor Jerriann Vigil constantly rescheduled appointments only hours before the appointment had to finally say nevermind after the fifth rescheduled in a row. I would not call with an emergency because you are likely to have Jerriann as you doctor and she doesn't care but make you feel worse than the reason you came like I'm only here for one thing because she really doesn't care about you as a person. Not to mention she never calls you back with any results. The worst person to help in an emergency. Now my Dr Kelly McLean calls me back if I call about anything the same day.

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional in most my interactions here. And I've been to several different offices throughout my life of traveling and moving around constantly. And I had been going here for a good amount of time when I'm making my final review. And I can no problem rate it as the worst. With the employees not making sure I benefit from anything from them? And have seen things reported to be incorrect. As taking down my issues I brought up, as not even close to what I actually said or explained. Constantly proving that me and my appointments are taking anything near serious. and forget to realize that even though the some of us who do have medicaid insurance. Meaning we get gov to paid insurance. That we don't deserve ok service. In my experience, it's only been rude and liying interactions. If not purposely falsely reporting things. Than it's them just poorly doing job. I would be needing a lot of writing space for me to specify my examples to past experiences that makes me rate it as so. And I would surely no problem have a lot to say in how I felt they fall short with discrepancies that I seen happen and dealt with in my so called health providers interactions. With my point I was making when I brought up the Medicaid is that in the end, they are still getting paid by us to do a service. When we come in for our appointments. As they surly do get pain on our behalfs. Even though it's free insurance for us. Doesn't change that fact, they get paid for there job with our appointments we come in for, for ourselves.

Experiencia negativa: Scheduled an appointment to have my child seen by Melissa Roger's bc this is one of the facilities his insurance recommended. We waited 3 months to get to this appointment which is seriously. 2 days before his appointment they called and "need to reschedule bc the doctor has been out of town ALL week". And 2 days have already gone by this week where they hadn't called us to let us know. Not that it matters bc Now the first available is in ANOTHER 2 months! If you're desperate for medical help, definitely don't expect to be seen here within 6 months of your first appointment. And to top it off when I told the receptionist we have already waited 3 months she sat there in silence as to say "get over it." Didn't apologize for this. Didn't have any empathy. Then just hung up not even saying "thank you, goodbye" as if WE are the ones rescheduling. I will update if something changes but definitely won't hold my breath after reading the other reviews.

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional staff!!!! I called to let the receptionist know that I was going to be 10 min late, but I was put on hold for 10 min. Once a receptionist finally answered, she was very disrespectful raised her voice and tried to blame me for being late. My appointment was at 9.20 am and I got there at 9.30 am exactly 10 minutes later. She had told me if I get there 15 minutes later that they won't see me, which makes sense, but in my case I got there 10 min after my actual appointment time. They told me that they had put me as " no show" already and I had to reschedule. I told them that I want to release my documents and change my physician!

Experiencia negativa: I have been going there for four years. This is a community health center that my provider at John’s Hopkins in Baltimore would be mediocre care because they are a provider of last resort. She said since it was the only facility in Southern Colorado that treats me my chronic condition. I find their patient portal a waste of time and money. They never call you with results of labs. You have to either call to get them or wait until your next visit. This is not care that is patient friendly. If it were not for a two hour drive to Denver I would go to UC Health where I know I would get the specialized care for my health condition. Healthcare in general expects you to have a job and yet expects you to see providers between 8:30-4:30. I know that falls within my workday so I have to always take off work to see a doctor. This isn’t patient friendly and sometimes it means you have to take time without pay.

Experiencia negativa: I have been a patient here for years but after my visit with Jeriann Vigil today I will never return. I was ignore disregarded and talked down to. I was made to feel like an inconvenience my entire visit. I made and appointment as an established patient and was asked to come back for a new patient appointment. I explained that I work 2 jobs and have no time and she ignored me and changed the subject. I made this appointment and I’m here why would I need to come back? At the end of the visit I told her I would not be returning and she laughed at me. Working in patient care I would never treat my patients this way.

Experiencia fantástica: I arrived at 9:40 for my doctor's appointment with Dr Riley. I want her opinion on my mri, ct,and bone density tests. I value her opinion before I have back surgery. She has been my doctor since 1999 so I also wanted to give her a copy of my new book.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff treat me decent and I really like my doctor who I've had since I was pregnant with my daughter in 2012. She is a fantastic doctor. The staff are usually very helpful and friendly too. I've been going here for over 8 years now and a lot of the staff wave or say hi as I come in.

Experiencia fantástica: only issue I had was when I first started going the Doctor at the time told me if I feel fine not to go back, I haven't gone back and when I needed too I ended up with another doctor and he told me that if you don't go within couple years they will cancel you out and you will have to register again I registered for second time talked to that doctor and then later on got letter that he was going to the clinic in Avondale so I transferred to a doctor at the Colorado clinic and like her very much.

Experiencia fantástica: Need medical care? Physical, mental or dental they have it. You may qualify for a sliding scale of charges on their services. So don't suffer, get some help and stay healthy. Been taking care of me for 25 years plus. Must be doing something right.

Experiencia negativa: I had gotten an order for an X-ray aug 11, they told me they would give me a call about the results in 3 days, I barely gotten a call back aug 30 after me reaching out, I asked if I can get a referral to physical therapy she literally told me “you have to call back and schedule another appointment okay goodbye” Like why do you guys treat a patient that’s dealing with crippling pain so negligent and rude, honestly it’s uncalled for! Highly suggest a different doctors office definitely going to file a report to the state I guess if you have Medicaid they can treat you less of a person

Experiencia negativa: I had seen Gerry Ann vehill as my doctor and I have never met someone so unconcerned about their patients as her. I have had THE WORST skin problem and 9 months later find out that my "referral" she put in was for a clinic that doesn't even see people with my condition. So now I'm back at square one and literally have no hope of having my skin look even remotely normal in the future. This provider has made it very hard for me to hold down a job as my employers freak out about how gross my skin looks.
