It is clean and organized, well equipped, and I felt very comfortable and at ease during each visit. Dr Shannon Cauley was wonderful to work with--she is VERY skilled and knowledgeable, as well as personable and enjoyable!! I especially appreciated the way she explained things to me and gave me options for modifications, in order to keep moving forward. The aide, Daniel, is also very skilled and detail-oriented, which I always appreciate. He is a very positive and encouraging person. I have been to many physical therapy facilities throughout this region and it is with pleasure that I can wholeheartedly recommend Agape PT in Rancho Cucamonga.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Agape for many many years. Prior to Agape, I had my share of Ineffective PT. My full recovery from my full rotator cuff tear, I attribute to their care, thank you Dr. Mary and Dr. Nader. As I am get older, I’ve had to deal with many other issues… knees, hip, back, and shoulders. The last issue was my AC type III separation, Robert did an amazing job in getting me back in the gym lifting my weights. I am currently dealing with a hip issue; and again they are simply amazing. If you are questioning the benefits you’re getting from your PT, you’re going to the wrong place. Try Agape to experience real effective PT.

I had a lot of tingling and severe cramping in my hands, legs and feet. 2 tines a week for 12 weeks total and I can say that nearly all of my symptoms have subsided. She has it post 2 knee surgeries and hand therapy as well. She was treated by Dr Shahids and Robert. They were all very professional and skilled and treated her with so much respect and kindness. In short amount of time , Robert after both knee surgeries helped her have amazing progress, walk with a cane then independently. Every time she left , she had a smile on her face and was so happy with Agape and the most professional and friendly staff! In addition, she had hand therapy for her hand arthritis and now is back to cooking and taking herself and her grandchildren. Experiencia fantástica: I went to Agape Physical Therapy in Rancho Cucamonga with lots of pain in my back and hips. I found that the staff were very knowledgeable and worked with me to identify issues and prescribe the best physical therapy treatment for my needs and abilities. Great explanation of treatment and help with pinpointing problem areas as well as exercises to overcome issues. This place has been wonderful. I have been to several PT places and by far this has been the most beneficial one ever for my back and hips problem. I have received the best therapy ever! One-on-one with my therapist Robert is unique and so personalized. I feel at home here. Everyone treats me like a fabulous friend, and I love coming. I also want to compliment Daniel, my exercise helper. I highly recommend this business. I was completely impressed with their staff and service.

Experiencia fantástica: I just finished my PT at Agape Rancho Cucamonga's office. Let me tell you that I actually visited 4 clinics before I made the decision to get services at Agape. The evaluation was the best, the explanation of how my therapy was going to be developed and the actual exercise given to me during the evaluation made it very clear who I was going the get the services. I did a total of 12 weeks 3 times per week. When I started I could not climb the stairs and I was very tight. Robert was amazing and new exactly where to work, his massages were well done and helped me a lot. Thank you Robert, team and Agape Rancho Cucamonga Physical Therapy!

Experiencia fantástica: I injured my back a week before I was to teach a weekend yoga class in Tucsan. Dr. Mary and Dr. Nader helped me so much in 2 sessions that I could successfully continue with the program in the weekend. They spent extra time, gave laser therapy and did a miracle on me. Experiencia negativa: I was a patient here for 4 months mostly under Robert. In the beginning he was cheery then slowly he started to talk about his personal problems and became negative. Although I missed the way he used to be, I listened and hoped he would feel better and be back to the way he was. Over time he became too comfortable with how he acted and what he said since he knew I had a long recovery ahead of me and was confident I was going to stay. One day he asked how my daughter was doing and I said she'd just recently gotten straight A's. He looked angry and got really quiet after hearing this. Then the next week I came he said, "oh you must offer her incentives to do this." I noticed after the report card mention he always looked unhappy. Then my husband stopped driving me since I was able to drive. Then he kept asking questions about my husband every week after this. What is your husband doing right now? What does he do in his spare time? I said he's studying. Then he looked angry about this and asked what for. I mentioned snowboarding and he said sneeringly did your husband do that too? I said no (Robert has never been snowboarding himself). All his questions and assumptions were meant to put down my husband whom he barely spoke to and barely knows. Then the second to last week I was there we talked about video games and I said I didn't like it and he blew up at me raising his voice saying, "I'm going to play video games and let my kids play too and no one is going to stop me!" Who told him to stop playing?? I was so taken aback since he did this while standing over my head while I laid on the table. Then later Kat asked how was I going to spend my holidays—I guess she shared this with Robert. Then the next week he came in with a big scowl on his face and started asking intrusive questions. He kept pushing even though I wouldn't answer him and we had a long uncomfortable silence between us. Not only is this unprofessional but very shocking that they made it known to me they were gossiping about me. After he finally stopped asking me questions, he then talked about the types of girls he likes. I suggested Bernadette, a former coworker, and he looked offended and said he didn't like Filipino girls (he is Filipino). Then went on about how he likes girls who are White and Hispanic and likes light skinned girls because he himself is light skinned. Then I asked does he have Filipino friends and he said he did. But said in a nasty tone "but they're not part of the group!" (his main group of friends). It was then I realized it wasn't a matter of preference but rather a deep contempt for Asians. All of the weird questions and comments he said throughout the past couple months came to mind like "does your daughter have you or your husband’s skin color?" Then quick to say "Filipinos are racist" because of a negative situation my friend was involved in. And the constant need to laugh and put my husband down who is an Asian man. I find it disturbing that he is so quick to disparage and make fun of Asians. Another problem I had was the fact he couldn't admit when he didn't know something. Robert is a PTA not a PT. Whenever I asked him a question he didn't know, he would either make things up or acted as if the question didn't make sense or my concerns were not valid. I've never written a negative review but I felt compelled to write this as I had trusted this man with my recovery. He told me the last 5 degrees couldn't go down on my knee. I believed him. Then for the last 2 months he made no effort to straighten my knee. Later I learned it was possible and the straighter you are going into surgery the straighter you are coming out. I was 3 weeks away from surgery and needed physical therapy before and after surgery but I decided to leave Agape. I was extremely stressed since I needed physical therapy right after surgery but I couldn't take it anymore. It was the best decision I made. I finally ended up going to another Physical Therapy office where I was seen by a PT (the owner) for 8 months and treated with respect and kindness.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely the best physical therapy ever I have been treated by Dr Mary and Dr Nader for so many years now and honestly they r the best Since I started seeing them they were able to know what was the cause of my pain(neck,lower back or shoulder )they started to hit manually the right spots and it was a great relief since then They r so professional, listen to u,feel your pain,make you feel better just by talking to them,they give you a plan of treatment and they do their best to make u feel better from the 1st visit. They r so knowledgeable ,godly people and so talented And I Don't want forget Robert also he is so good,I had him 2 times working on my shoulder and I was feeling way better after that Also another thank you goes to neven who makes you feel so welcomed and loved once u walked in, she does her best trying to accommodate appointments according to my work schedule God bless you guys All of u are such a blessing to all of us wish you all the best, prosperity and success

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred here by my Son and from the moment of my first phone call with Dr. Mary, I felt very welcomed. we set up an appointment, and she took her time and examined me and she came up with a plan for me. I came in here just barely walking in and Robert has been working with me now and I am able to walk again. My son told me they did wonders for him and I can truly say they have done wonders with me. I love their hands on approach which, I believe that is the difference. The staff is wonderful as well, it is truly great experience to feel the warm and welcomed. I highly recommend them.
