Experiencia negativa: One of the worst medical facility on planet Earth! The staff is lazy, rude and treats it's patient like third class citizens. They never follow up on requests from pharmacy or referrals or special needs patients.. I am surprised their license has not been sacked by the Medical Board. Please stay away from this facility.

Experiencia positiva: Normally I have good service at this office. I've had two surgeries by doctor Phan. The only complaint I have about this office is they're slowness when it comes to authorizations and getting equipment or services that they promise they're ordering.. You have to call them several times until you get what you need. Very frustrating. Other than that the staff is friendly And the doctor is a great surgeon.

Experiencia negativa: If you have an appoitment with one of the doctors, plan on being there for 2 hours! You will wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes and see the Dr. the last 15 minutes. This place is horrible!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been under the care of both Dr. Le and PA-C Malisha Patel. They are both caring and wonderful. I was referred due to my first surgery being a failed one for carpal tunnel by a different doctor/clinic. I was very distraught due to a traumatic experience with my first surgery but Dr. Le has done a great job at providing support and walking me through every step of the way. There is a wait time at times like any other Dr. Office/clinic but only because these doctors care about our well being and answer any and all questions and provide support. I highly recommend Dr. Le and Malisha Patel PA-C. Thank you.

Experiencia negativa: The reviews regarding the staff are truth. The staff is very incompetent. The Dr, ordered my meds 2 days ago for knee pain, going on day 3, still no meds have been ordered. This is medical malpractice. Obviously management is not concerned with a change! Otherwise these negative reviews would not keep coming regarding the staff!!

Experiencia positiva: I'm conflicted in my review of Arrowhead Orthopaedics. The girls at the front desk are not very friendly or caring and I cringe every time I have to deal with them, but Dr. Husain, Matthew Frydendall, the Xray techs and the nurses are all friendly and professional. My biggest complaint is the wait time. The wait times are always excessive which tells me they are booking patients too close together and/or double booking. A longer than normal wait should be the exception not the norm.

Experiencia fantástica: Malisha Patel, PA-C has been the provider who has been treating me after my two surgery’s performed by Dr. Le in August & September. Provider Ms. Patel, PA-C has been very attentive with my care and has addressed all questions and concerns throughout my recovery. I look forward to my appointments when I visit Arrowhead Orthopaedics in Rancho Cucamonga because all their staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: First visit to this office to Dr. Husain. Unfortunately, worse customer service and wait time. Don't expect to be seen on time. They had an emergency early in the morning, staff could have communicated that with the patients by calling them before they arrived. My appointment was in the afternoon, which gave them plenty of time to inform me. Staff is not friendly and they look at you with a sour face. Not very welcoming at all. They are the face of the office. Truly a disgrace. The heavy set guy that sits in the back, seems to be the muscle. They him send to intimidate patients when the front staff don't want to deal with grievances. One gentlemen told me he had been waiting for over 2 hours. He complaint as well, which is within his right as a patient and customer and the big guy walk to the front with an intimidating demeanor. Overall, only staff I can say was nice was the girl who called me to go to the room to be seen by the doctor and Dr. Hussain, who seem nice. Spoke to the Doctor and he said he appreciated the constructive negative feedback. Because it can help him avoid similar scenarios in the future. But not going to change my review until I see changes in my future appointments. I see a lot of the same 1 star reviews complaint about the same issue. Horrible customer service from the front staff. I hope they do make changes and better train their staff.

Experiencia negativa: Go see a different doctor. I had a 11:30 appointment, waited for 90 mins and still had a 40 min wait to go. Not sure what’s the point of the appointment if Dr. Le and staff don’t respect your time. A true waste of time and money.

Experiencia negativa: This was the first appointment to see the doctor. The staff was EXTREMELY RUDE!! Unhelpful, and treated us with a lack of dignity. The little nurse was more concerned with her pride and making sure she admonished us versus actually helping us. Th doctor refused to see us, and claimed he didn't perform the surgery we were referred to them for. But hey, at least the doctor had on a fancy suit.

Experiencia negativa: One of Arrowhead Orthopaedics doctors gave me his business card when I bumped into him and conversed at an unrelated medical appointment. My insurance company approved me for 12 physical therapy visits. They were going to get paid. Enter the nightmare. 3 months of being jerked around by incompetent office staff. Absolute losers. Again, I was cleared and they were going to get paid. When it became clear that their attitude was that they were doing me a favor I packed up my wagon and moved on. What a waste of time. I don't not recommend Arrowhead Orthopaedics simply because of the stress they caused and horrible customer service. Something so simple was turned into a nightmare. And the they were going to get paid. LOSERS.

I selected him as my doctor because he’s specializes In his field and choosing him was the best decision I have ever made ! My surgery site area you can’t even see scars . I will continue in his care for all of my ortho care in the future .

Experiencia negativa: I had a phone call appointment schedule for today.I was told I didn’t have to go in person by Kendall Sitarski because it was going to be an update about my surgery. Really nice person btw. When I called for the appointment I was told that I never made a phone call appointment and that they were going to cancel my appointment for today. Monica Mejia rude person not professional at all. Really sarcastic remarks during conversation.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. LaRose doesn't deserve any stars. Took a month to get the results of the MRI. Then to get the results it had to be a phone appt. Sadly, Dr. LaRose's staff is very poor at their jobs too. They failed to give the correct phone number to the doctor for the phone call. That call was missed because the doctor called the wrong number. When the appt had to be rescheduled, the staff STILL was ineffective at their job by not giving the doctor the important information for the next phone appt. Then we learned that Dr. LaRose is too busy to close out his notes on time so a referral couldn't be generated for PT. A week has gone by and still no referral for PT. His staff also failed to returns phone calls, or have a supervisor call me (latwr leaneed she wa son vacation). Then learned Dr. LaRose sees patients in different locations, the ball drops getting authorizations or referrals submitted. Basically, the staff doesn't communicate to the other locations. Their phone message states "prompt effective treatment to injured workers" This makes me feel ONLY worker comp patients get speedy treatments. Seems if a person is injured outside of work, their effective treatment is obsolete. We don't have any confidence that we are receiving the BEST CARE POSSIBLE. Appt was in the Rancho Cucamonga office. Phone appt was in the Chino office. Was told the Chino office is TOO BUSY to process the referral. Their is no eagerness for efficient treatment or communication. This whole ordeal shocks me because another orthopedic office within Arrowhead gave the absolute BEST CARE. So how can another doctor and his staff not give the best care too.

Experiencia negativa: Dr Wilton is very kind and polite he did both of my hand surgeries. Surgery center was amazing as well the only complaint I have is how I'm be treated by his medical assistant Leslie. I feel as though she has a attitude with me sadly. My surgery was last Tuesday I have two prior authorizations for my pain medications that are now just being worked on a week later. I was advised by her to take Tylenol and ibuprofen which I am. I understand the office is very busy but everyone is very polite except her. I pretty much had to fight for my second surgery constantly calling the office that my referral was approved. I do want to mention a receptionist by the name of Jose he's so caring and polite!! Other than this issue very pleasant experience.

Experiencia negativa: I had an initial appointment for a shoulder impingement early May, but this office had to reschedule to late May. I had a 2:40 appointment and I checked in at 2:30. I was given a new-patient form to complete and instructed to turn in when I was called into a room. I didn’t get called until 4:45 pm. After checking in for my appointment and returning back to the waiting area, I was never informed that the doctor I was seeing was already backed up about an hour. I would’ve been ok with the open communication and gone back to my car to retrieve paperwork and keep busy in the waiting area. When I approached the front desk to ask how much longer I would have to wait (at this point it was 4:25), the receptionist told me she did communicate with me that my wait time was over an hour. One of us was telling the truth and I know it was me. I’m writing this review because my experience with this office leaves a bad impression of the company. I’ve used Arrowhead at a different location for a different injury & I’ve never had to wait over 3 hrs to be seen. I understand that patients are rarely seen on time these days but It’s past 5:30 pm and still have not seen the doctor. Waiting over 3 hours to see a doctor is beyond upsetting. Staff wasn’t empathetic or sympathetic that I’ve had to wait so long. This situation was the worst.

Experiencia negativa: I’m not a patient, but my loved one is. All I have to say is this is the absolute worst experience we have encountered within the medical industry EVER. Extremely unhelpful. Extremely unprofessional. Extremely rude. Extremely disorganized. Extremely CONNIVING. They time their calls, appointments, etc at the most inconvenient time for the patient regarding their situations with insurance. They use every excuse in the book to keep pushing back surgery’s, it seems, based on a personal and greed filled agenda. They kept holding off scheduling my loved one’s surgery until his insurance conveniently ran out. He got rescheduled as he was renewing his insurance, and the day before his second surgery date, staff called to tell him that all of a sudden they had to reschedule because it was no longer the same plan as he had just renewed. Mind you he had called at the beginning of the week to make sure everything was okay and staff said that everything was approved and still scheduled according to plan. He went to the office to talk to them in person regarding the situation as he was annoyed, but they told him that they couldn’t schedule his surgery until almost a month later due to their own incompetence of not calling the insurance to get the correct approval needed. My loved one has been patient with this staff for over a month, while in pain, waiting for a much needed surgery, and they simply act as if they can’t be bothered. I cannot emphasize enough how far away you should stay from this dump of an office. The staff needs to seriously take a course on professionalism, empathy, and apparently administration since their clerical skills seem to be extremely underdeveloped. After an understandably heated exchange of words were said at the office, a bad review was left on google. The office manager Monica Mejia then called my loved one to antagonize him some more regarding what was left in the review. Seems she took things too personal. Arrowhead Orthopaedics… DO BETTER.

Experiencia negativa: READ REVIEWS FIRST. Monica mejia the manager, CALLED ME AFTER THIS REVIEW. She called to tell me that she wants to deny me service because of my GOOGLE REVIEW. How much more do i need to say after that?Don't waste your time with these IDIOTS. This is a person who told me the customer in person to be more "professional." When she has tattoo's from head to toe. Leslie the scheduler, Luis the supervisor. all the worst people you could ever deal with.Been waiting months for my surgery and they tend to keep rescheduling. I would rather die than come back here. Don't waste your time with these people. They are the reason this place is not doing well at all, literally empty and still don't have time to schedule appointments.

Experiencia fantástica: It my first time coming here, the staff here is very nice, the surgery went well. The surgeon is good at what he does but the day of the surgery I couldn't take my medicine for my anxiety disorder so I was feeling anxious. His unconcerned response didn't help at all, I was making a weird face at him. Luckily the sweet nurse older lady give me something to relax before surgery. I wanted to give five stars because of the good experience with the staff. Not just from one bad interaction.

My mom was seen on March 4 and was told she needed minor surgery on her hand and she would hear back from the surgery coordinator within the week. We waited two weeks before calling to see why we hadn't heard from them. Had to leave a message. No response. Waited until March 22, called again. We were then told they are waiting on authorization from the medical group. I called the medical group to see what was taking so long and was informed that the authorization wasn't submitted until March 20! Why did it take nearly 3 weeks to submit for authorization? That should have been done the day of her appointment. Incompetent staff or poor staff management. Whichever it is, they need to figure it out and fix it.

Experiencia negativa: Just listen to the low ratings feedback. For my experience, I send the docs for them to filled it out since January 17th, called today and then somehow they misplaced it. Those docs are timely sensitive from the army. The office management are so disorganized and I keep calling for the status of the docs. It just nonsense and unprofessional overall.

Experiencia negativa: The surgeon I got was a 5 star professional to be clear. That being said, the ENTIRE staff outside that are completely useless, and shouldn't be in charge of flipping burgers at McDonalds. This includes the administrators and the office managers, ALL the lower status medical assistants or anyone wearing the smocks, and finally the appointment setters and front desk personnel. Aside from the surgeons, the staff at Arrowhead Orthopedics represent the perfect examples of the failures of the human species. They are God's mistakes during the creation process, and should have been thrown in the scrap bin.

Experiencia negativa: Had an MRI. Requested it with contrast which was not done. This is after waiting two hours to be seen. Never called with results. Now they want to obtain a disk and drop it off at their office.

Experiencia negativa: My appointment was 12/5. I was told I needed a minor surgery to correct my problem and that someone would call me before the end of the week to schedule but my tentative surgery date was 12/27. I never heard back even though I called multiple times and was told the scheduling person would call me back. She called today, 12/28 to try and schedule my surgery for the second week of January. That would be after my deductible resets and after my holiday PTO was over, so I’d be forced to pay more money and take additional time off. I refused to schedule with her and when I’m ready to do this, it won’t be at this office. It’s a shame because the doctor was great, but his staff is terrible.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible place to have to deal with your issue. First it took 2 hrs to call me in. The lobby has this sick smell. They did additional xrays. After being brought in, it took another half hour for the "doctor" come in. The room was dirty with hair and flyid spill spots all over tge floor. "Dr" asked a couple of questions then pretty much stated there was nothing they could do. Waste of time.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. LaRose is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I first saw him in June of 2020, and came to learn I had a torn hip labrum. I have small children, and also run a business, so having surgery at that time, or even now, was, and still isn’t in the cards for me. Dr. LaRose recommended I try a PRP injection into the hip, so I did. It worked wonders. I went with little to no hip pain for close to 2 years. I just saw him again yesterday, and plan to do another PRP injection this Spring. I highly recommend Dr. LaRose.

Experiencia negativa: Have been calling several times a week asking for the office to contact my insurance for a PTP. I’ve had to reschedule my MRI appointment multiple times since March and was notified by my insurance yesterday that they denied the MRI because neither Dr LaRose or a Nurse has completed the PTP to get the order approved. I continue to leave messages with the receptionist and no one has given me a call back. I would really appreciate this getting taken care of as my knee pain has gotten a lot worse and is now causing issues with my calf and ankle.

He is always caring and is very good at explaining things so that I understand. He offers options and works with you to determine the best solution for your situation. The only downside is that he is very popular which makes getting an early appointment with him difficult.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a complete knee replacement a couple of weeks ago. I’m already walking pain free. The only discomfort is the nerves everything is settling so the feelings are a normal part of the healing process. My Dr. is Dr. Kenneth Jahng he is amazing everything from the surgery, to the wound which was uncovered yesterday, looks awesome. Of course still hurts, it’s healing nicely. I’ve already recommended him to a friend. The PA is awesome as well.

The American public has experience mostly dissatisfaction with the medical services and pricing. I am very satisfied with the efficiency shown so far to my case.

Experiencia fantástica: Very clean and short waiting time. Referred by my doctor for evaluation of my right pinkie finger in pain and couldn't bend or move it . Saw Doctor Wilton, was told needed to have surgery asp. Torn tendons needed to have surgery. He put a pin in finger from bending or moving it for six weeks. Then comes the therapy and will be ready for movement. Highly recommend this doctor if need to find one in this field of work.

Experiencia positiva: Dr. Larose is nice and so is his staff, we have had a good experience so far, the only complaint I have is when the doctor ordered an MRI for my daughter I had to be the one to pick up the results on CD and deliver it to his office when the office is literally right across from the imaging center. This was my first time experiencing this when usually the ordering doctor receives the result or most of the time they have access to it.

Experiencia negativa: If there is a no star I would rate this place with no star Went there after one year of knee pain , been referred to a sport medicine doctor, was rushed he said that he is suspecting acl injuries but he need MRI to get better diagnosis, he reviewed the MRI over the phone with me and he said exactly what was written in the report , it is sprain in the Acl , he said no surgery needed but physical therapy and cortisone shot , didd all but I didn't get better , went for a follow-up with him , was so nasty he told me that I've never had any injury in my Acl and the pain is in my head ( I'm imagining it )and the MRI tech did a mistake writing the report , and he said I need a hyloric acid shot , off course been denied by the insurance because it is not necessary, and now I'm back to square zero worse than before ,seeking second opinion, and I'm another cold case on his shelf.

Experiencia fantástica: This location is a very professional environment. Wait time was minimal. Doctor was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my pain immediately. He explained everything to me and I was very Content with the results. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent Dr. he is very thorough and makes sure my son understands everything that is going on. The office has a warm welcoming environment I wouldn’t want my son under anybody else’s care.

Experiencia negativa: This place was worst the two receptionist were very rude and unhappy. I asked for a doctors note one girl told me she would get it for me and to take a seat so I did then two mins later she went on break. So I went up and asked the other receptionist and the first girl didn’t even have it ready for me like come on I get you have to take breaks but communicate. If I didn’t get up and say anything about my doctors note I would have been wasting my time it’s ridiculous and they don’t communicate in the back as well 0 stars if I could.

Experiencia negativa: For the one and two star reviews they must’ve showed up the same day of the week as me. The ladies working the desk come off as rude and as if they do not like their job. We had to get four x-rays done because of lack of communication. Went in for a fracture in the elbow. First x-ray they took was of the arm then realized they needed it of the elbow. Second was of the elbow. Third they wanted to compare right elbow to left elbow but again took an x-ray of the elbow that was fractured then realized in the fourth x-ray was of the other arm to compare. Mind you we were walking back-and-forth from the waiting room to the x-ray room four times.

Experiencia fantástica: The medical staff were solid. One of the receptionists there really needs to work on her people skills and work ethic. She gave us the wrong email address twice, even after I went back to clarify it with her personally. I had to figure out the correct spelling of her name and the clinic’s domain on my own. Another thing, if you want someone to wear a face mask, you ask them... You just don’t hold the things up to people’s faces without saying a word. Besides that, I believe my brother’s injury was accessed correctly by PA-C, Colleen.

Experiencia fantástica: The Dr was very friendly and explained in details my procedure. He was very helpful and calmed my nerves. I had a great experience with him .

Experiencia negativa: I had knee surgery that was acceptable. However, the recovery process was difficult. Dr. LaRose and his staff ignored my pain as well as reexamining my surgery wound after I had a compromising fall. I would recommend looking somewhere else for attentive care.

Experiencia fantástica: I had total knee replacement. My surgery went very well. I was up and walking after a short nap and lunch. No pain. Recovery went well - I did all the required exercise sessions at home and with my PT. I am 79 years old and I walk and feel better than I did before the surgery. Dr Hussain and and his staff are very sharp and concerned about your care. They give you all the info you need to have a successful experience. Hindsight, I would not choose another Dr for this surgery.

Experiencia fantástica: It was a long wait while I got my X-rays and saw the doctor but it was worth the wait, nurse and doctor were very knowledgeable and friendly and they moved my painful injury forward to the path of recovery! I highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Being a senior citizen I was nervous going in with knee pain. However, Dr. Jahng and his nurse were super nice. Although they were very busy, he answered all my questions and recommend injection. Which went pretty well. I was pleased with visit and would recommend this clinic and dr.

Experiencia negativa: Was waiting for over an hour past my appointment time, they finally brought me into one of the rooms, where I waited another 20 minutes before the doctor finally arrived. When I asked him questions about what we were going to do about my injury, he spent 10 to 15 minutes ranting about how he's not "anti-comfort, but pro-function" and not really answering my questions and giving weird metaphors, and he talks a mile per minute with nothing but the biggest words you ever heard, there wasnt a single layman's term in there. Until finally after repeating my questions several times finally he made an almost statement that I should go to physical therapy, though his actual words were more like "we have to work on functionality and rehabilitation is the best low risk option" then when I asked if they had references or recommendations for said physical therapists he said "there are lots of good ones" and I was like ok so we're done then? And he said "i know you've already been waiting a while but stay here and they'll bring you some paperwork" i was thinking it was gonna be some doctor type papers and the prescription for some anti-inflammatory gel he had mentioned in his rant, but nope another 20 minutes of waiting and this assistant brings me a single piece of paper with a list of recommendations for the physical therapists. So yeah over 2 hours passed my appointment time I finally leave with a bunch of nonsense metaphors and a single sheet of references for PT. Do not recommend.

Experiencia positiva: As I sit here in the waiting room for my appt relating to my 2nd knee surgery here, I’m disappointed this office hasn’t improved since last year. My appt was for 4:30. They called me earlier asking if I could come in at 4:00. I said, sure… and showed up at 3:30, only to find out “he’s running behind, do you want to hang out?” The first knee surgery appts last year were similar. Lots of down time waiting for the doctor, the PA, and one of my appts I even waited 1 hour in the exam room to see the PA. The Rancho Cucamonga jersey street office staff acts very unforgiving, unfriendly, and uncaring, every time I come in. No sense of customer service for their patients. However, Dr. Jaung is excellent, as is the physical therapy office and staff, actually amazing! Also, the Redlands surgery staff where I got my knee replacement was excellent too. They both get 5 stars but whoever is in charge of the office part needs to get that part acceptable. At the current rate, it is not and that’s a shame for such a busy office with patients in need!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent PA-C knew just what I needed for my pain and did an excellent job administering it. Hardly felt a thing. He is very kind and patient. Would recommend him to anyone.
